Abstract

An outdoor photoelectric junction box includes a box body, at least one terminal block, and at least one door panel. The internal space of the box body includes a cable splicing area, an equipment housing area, and a dust buffer area separated from each other, wherein the equipment housing area is located between the cable splicing area and the dust buffer area. External cables are adapted to enter the cable splicing area from the bottom of the box body. The terminal block is pivotally connected to the box body. The door panel is pivotally connected to the box body and located on the same side as the terminal block, such that when the terminal block and the door panel are closed relative to the box body, the door panel covers the terminal block. The opening and closing directions of the door panel and the terminal block relative to the box body are opposite to each other.

Claims

1. An outdoor optical transceiver junction box, comprising: The enclosure includes an internal space comprising a cable splicing area, an equipment housing area, and a dust buffer area separated from each other, wherein the equipment housing area is located between the cable splicing area and the dust buffer area, and an external cable is adapted to enter the cable splicing area from the bottom of the enclosure; at least one terminal block is pivotally connected to the enclosure; and at least one door panel is pivotally connected to the enclosure and located on the same side as the terminal block, such that when the terminal block and the door panel are closed relative to the enclosure, the door panel covers the terminal block, wherein the opening and closing directions of the door panel and the terminal block relative to the enclosure are opposite to each other.

The outdoor light-transmitting junction box as claimed in claim 1, wherein when a user stands in front of the box, the door panel unfolds relative to the box in a clockwise or counterclockwise manner for the user, and the terminal block unfolds relative to the box in a clockwise or counterclockwise manner.

The outdoor light-transfer box as claimed in claim 1, wherein the dust-falling buffer is formed by multiple vertical channels that are parallel to each other and connected end to end in sequence, the airflow inlet of the dust-falling buffer is located at the bottom of the first vertical channel and passes through the box to connect with the external environment, and the outlet of the dust-falling buffer is located at the bottom of the last vertical channel and connects with the bottom of the equipment housing area.

4. The outdoor light-transfer box as claimed in claim 3 further includes a fan disposed at the bottom of the equipment housing area and adjacent to the outlet of the dust-fall buffer zone, the fan drawing in air from the external environment through the dust-fall buffer zone.

5. The outdoor light-transmitting junction box as described in claim 3, wherein the upright channels are parallel to the direction of gravity.

6. The outdoor light-transmitting junction box as claimed in claim 1 further includes a fan and a plurality of telecommunications devices. The fan is located at the bottom of the device housing area and generates airflow to blow upward toward the telecommunications devices. The telecommunications devices are arranged side by side to form at least one channel for the airflow to pass through. The device housing area also has an airflow outlet located at the top of the device housing area and connected to the external environment. The airflow after passing through the channel is dispersed to the external environment through the airflow outlet.

The outdoor light-transmitting junction box as claimed in claim 1, wherein the at least one terminal block includes a pair of terminal blocks pivotally connected to opposite sides of the box body, and the cable splicing area, the equipment housing area and the dust-collecting buffer area are respectively located between the pair of terminal blocks, and the equipment housing area is located between the dust-collecting buffer area and the cable splicing area.

The outdoor light-transmitting junction box as claimed in claim 1, wherein the box has a first side and a second side opposite to each other, and a third side and a fourth side opposite to each other, the third side and the fourth side being adjacent to each other between the first side and the second side, the first side, the fourth side, the second side and the third side surrounding and forming the interior space of the box, the at least one door panel including a first door panel and a second door panel, the at least one terminal plate including a first terminal plate and a second terminal plate, the first door panel and the first terminal plate being located on the first side, the second door panel and the second terminal plate being located on the second side, the dust-collecting buffer being located on the third side, the cable splicing area being located on the fourth side, and the equipment housing area being sequentially surrounded by the first terminal plate, the cable splicing area, the second terminal plate and the dust-collecting buffer.

The outdoor photochemical junction box as claimed in claim 8, wherein the top of the equipment housing area has an airflow outlet located on the fourth side and communicating with the external environment, and the bottom of the dust buffer has an airflow inlet located on the third side and communicating with the external environment.

10. The outdoor light-transmitting junction box as claimed in claim 8, wherein the box has a sloping roof and a plurality of hanging rings disposed on the side of the sloping roof, and the hanging rings are respectively located on the third side and the fourth side.
