Combination of an electronic scale and a hand drip apparatus

Abstract

An electronic scale and pour-over appliance assembly includes a pour-over appliance, an electronic scale, and a support structure. The pour-over appliance includes a water guide cup, a pour-over cup, a filter paper, and a container. The electronic scale has a main body and a weighing platform, with the weighing platform disposed on the main body and the container placed on the weighing platform. The support structure includes at least one bracket and a water guide cup holder. One end of the bracket is disposed on the weighing platform of the electronic scale, and the water guide cup holder is disposed at the other end of the bracket. The water guide cup is installed in a receiving hole of the water guide cup holder, allowing hot water to be poured into the water guide cup. The pour-over beverage preparation process is performed according to the information displayed on the electronic scale, so that the hot water can be evenly distributed through the water guide cup onto the pour-over beverage ingredients in the pour-over cup, forming a pour-over beverage that flows into the container. This invention can form a brewing aid that can follow the information displayed on an electronic scale to brew ingredients for hand-drip beverages. It can easily brew the desired taste without the need for professional brewing skills, and can also reliably replicate the brewing process, making it easy and simple to brew hand-drip coffee and other beverages.

Claims

1. A combination of an electronic scale and a hand-poured appliance, comprising: A pour-over appliance includes a water guide cup, a pour-over cup, a filter paper, and a container. The water guide cup has multiple water outlets. The pour-over cup, the filter paper, and the container are located below the water guide cup. The filter paper is placed inside the pour-over cup and can hold ingredients for pour-over beverages. The container is located below the pour-over cup. An electronic scale has a main body and a weighing platform, the weighing platform being disposed on the main body, and a container being placed on the weighing platform of the electronic scale; and a support structure, the support structure including at least one bracket and a water guide cup holder, one end of the at least one bracket being disposed on the weighing platform of the electronic scale, the support structure being disposed on the weighing platform of the electronic scale, the water guide cup holder being disposed on the other end of the at least one bracket, and the water guide cup being disposed on the water guide cup holder, capable of pouring hot water into the water guide cup, and performing the brewing process of the hand-drip beverage ingredients according to the information displayed on the electronic scale, so that the hot water can be evenly poured through the water guide cup onto the hand-drip beverage ingredients in the hand-drip cup, thereby forming a hand-drip beverage and flowing into the container.

2. The electronic scale and hand-operated appliance assembly as claimed in claim 1, wherein the support structure comprises two supports, one end of each support being disposed on both sides of the weighing platform of the electronic scale.

The electronic scale and hand-poured appliance combination as described in claim 2, wherein each side of the weighing platform is provided with at least one bracket fixing groove, each of the two brackets is provided with at least one insert rod at the bottom, the insert rods at the bottom of the two brackets are respectively inserted into the bracket fixing grooves on both sides of the weighing platform of the electronic scale, and the water guide cup holder is respectively locked to the other end of the two brackets with at least one screw on each side.

The electronic scale and hand-operated tool combination as described in claim 2, wherein the electronic scale has a support groove and a fixing column on each side of the weighing platform, and the bottom front ends of the two brackets are first hooked to the fixing column with a hook, and then the bottom of the two brackets are placed flat on the support groove.

The electronic scale and hand-poured appliance assembly as claimed in claim 1, wherein the water guide cup holder comprises an outer water guide cup holder and a relay water guide cup holder, the outer water guide cup holder is assembled on the at least one bracket, the relay water guide cup holder cooperates with the outer water guide cup holder, and the water guide cup is installed on the relay water guide cup holder.

The electronic scale and pour-over appliance combination as described in claim 1, wherein a pour-over cup hanger is provided on each side of the water guide cup holder, and two hanging ears are provided on the upper end of the pour-over cup. The two hanging ears of the pour-over cup slide into the pour-over cup hangers that fit against the sides of the pour-over cup, and the upper edge of the front end of the pour-over cup touches a positioning folded edge at the rear end of the water guide cup holder for positioning.

7. The electronic scale and hand-operated apparatus assembly as claimed in claim 1, wherein the bracket is fixed and the at least one bracket is secured to the weighing platform of the electronic scale with screws.

The electronic scale and hand-poured appliance assembly as claimed in claim 1, wherein a movable water guide cup holder is assembled on the at least one bracket, the movable water guide cup holder is movable up and down on the at least one bracket and can be positioned by a positioning member, and the water guide cup holder is pivotally connected to the movable water guide cup holder by a first hinge, so that the water guide cup holder can be flipped upward or flipped to a horizontal position.

The electronic scale and pour-over appliance assembly as claimed in claim 1, further comprising a pour-over cup holder, the pour-over cup holder being pivotally connected to a lifting seat on the support via a second hinge, allowing the pour-over cup holder to move up and down on the at least one support and to be positioned by a positioning element, the pour-over cup holder having a base, the base having a plurality of stepped surfaces having different diameters, the plurality of stepped surfaces being usable for mounting the pour-over cup.

10. The electronic scale and hand-pour tool combination as claimed in claim 1, wherein the hand-pour tool is aligned with the center of the electronic scale.

The electronic scale and hand-poured appliance assembly as claimed in claim 1, wherein the upper end of the at least one bracket has an assembly groove, the water guide cup holder is provided with at least one assembly sleeve, the cross-section of the at least one assembly sleeve is I-shaped, and the at least one assembly sleeve is fitted into the assembly groove at the upper end of the at least one bracket, so that the water guide cup holder is assembled onto the at least one bracket.
