Abstract
Claims
1. A magnetic attraction structure for a relay, which is installed inside the relay, wherein the relay includes a housing, a base, a plurality of plug-in pins inserted into the base, a coil assembly, an armature, an elastic conductive sheet, and a magnetic attraction element; the housing is attached to one side of the base and forms an operating space with the base; the coil assembly is mounted on the base and located within the operating space; the armature is mounted on the base and located within the operating space; and a portion of the armature corresponds to one end of the coil assembly, while the other portion corresponds to... The coil assembly is surrounded by an elastic conductive sheet located within the working space, with one end of the sheet connected to the armature plate on the surface of the coil assembly. The other end of the elastic conductive sheet is connected to the other end of the coil assembly. The coil assembly generates a magnetic field and indirectly drives the elastic conductive sheet to swing. Each connector is partially mounted on the base and located within the working space. The other part of each connector passes through the base and is exposed outside the working space. Any two connectors are located on either side of the elastic conductive sheet at one end of the coil assembly. The oscillation of the elastic conductive sheet is electrically contacted with either of the two corresponding plug-in pins; the coil assembly further includes a coil base and a coil, and the coil base has two side frames and a central tube connecting the two side frames, the coil is wound around the central tube, and the magnetic attractor is installed on the side frame corresponding to the armature piece; the magnetic attractor is characterized in that: the magnetic attractor is made of a magnetic non-rare earth material, and includes a positive electrode surface and a negative electrode surface, either the positive electrode surface or the negative electrode surface is engaged with the corresponding side frame, and the other side of the positive electrode surface or the negative electrode surface is movably abutting against the armature piece; wherein the magnetic attractor is made of a non-rare earth material, which can reduce the cost of manufacturing the relay, and has corrosion resistance and a better service life in any environment.
2. The magnetic structure of the relay as described in claim 1, wherein the magnetic component and the corresponding side frame are assembled together by an adhesive.
3. The magnetic structure of the relay as described in claim 1, wherein the side frame portion on which the magnetic member is installed is further recessed on one side to form a mounting groove, and an interconnected glue injection groove is formed on the groove wall surface and the groove bottom surface of the mounting groove, and the glue injection groove located on the groove wall surface of the mounting groove has a glue injection port, after the magnetic member is installed in the mounting groove, a glue is injected through the glue injection port and fills each glue injection groove, and the glue is used to bond the magnetic member to the side frame portion.
4. The magnetic structure of the relay as described in claim 3, wherein the width of the glue-filling groove located on the wall of the mounting groove in each glue-filling groove is gradually reduced from one end having the glue-filling port to the other end.
5. The magnetic structure of the relay as described in claim 1, wherein the armature piece is further recessed with a notch, and a gap is formed between the armature piece and the magnetic element, wherein the notch and the gap are connected.
6. The magnetic structure of the relay as described in claim 3, wherein the armature piece is further recessed in relation to the glue injection port, and the recess is connected to the glue injection port.
7. The magnetic structure of the relay as described in claim 5 or 6, wherein the notch further includes two inclined surfaces, a bottom surface connecting the two inclined surfaces, and two injection ports that are mutually connected.
8. The magnetic structure of the relay as described in claim 1, wherein one end of the base is combined with the housing, and a water guide block is further protruding from the other end face of the base, and a center point is defined at the center position of the water guide block, and the end face of the water guide block extends downward in an arc from the center point towards the periphery.
9. The magnetic structure of the relay as described in claim 8, wherein the water guide block further forms a plurality of corresponding grooves at the locations where each plug pin protrudes from the base, and the groove wall surface of each groove is an arc-shaped surface.
10. The magnetic structure of the relay as described in claim 8, wherein the housing covers one end edge of the base and further recesses a plurality of drainage notches corresponding to the positions of each groove; furthermore, a waterproof adhesive is filled into each groove, and after the waterproof adhesive hardens, the water guide block and the waterproof adhesive guide water vapor to be discharged from each drainage notch.
11. The magnetic structure of the relay as described in claim 10, wherein the waterproof adhesive fills each groove, and the hardened surface of the waterproof adhesive extends in an arc, similar to the end face of the water guide block.
12. The magnetic structure of the relay as described in claim 1, wherein the side frame portion on which the magnetic member is mounted is further recessed to form a mounting groove, and a limiting claw is respectively protruded on any two corresponding groove wall surfaces of the mounting groove, wherein the magnetic member is mounted in the mounting groove and the two limiting claws restrict the magnetic member from detaching.
13. The magnetic structure of the relay as described in claim 3, wherein a limiting claw is provided on each of the adjacent two sides of the groove wall where the glue injection groove is provided in the mounting groove, the magnetic component is installed in the mounting groove and the two limiting claws restrict the magnetic component from detaching, and the magnetic component is glued to the adhesive.
14. The magnetic structure of the relay as described in claim 1, wherein a protective protrusion is further provided on the side frame portion facing the armature piece, the protective protrusion extends toward the armature piece, the protective protrusion surrounds the armature piece, the provision of the protective protrusion restricts the displacement of the armature piece, and is firmly attached to the magnetic member.
