Abstract
Claims
1. An optical goggle structure capable of expanding the field of view, comprising: an optical lens substrate layer having a first front surface and a second rear surface, wherein the optical lens substrate layer is made of an optical material; at least one windward curved surface disposed on the first front surface of the optical lens substrate layer, wherein the windward curved surface on the first front surface of the optical lens substrate layer has an expanded field of view angle; and at least one side wind-cutting guiding surface disposed on one side of the windward curved surface relative to the expanded field of view angle; wherein, when worn, a windward airflow or a strong wind airflow can be guided from the windward curved surface to the side wind-cutting guiding surface at the expanded field of view angle of the first front surface of the optical lens substrate layer.
3. An optical windshield structure that can expand the field of view as described in claim 1 or 2, wherein the windward surface is selected from a cylindrical surface, a spherical surface or an elliptic spherical surface.
4. The optical windshield structure with an amplified field of view as described in claim 1, wherein the amplified field of view is defined and formed between the side wind shear guide surfaces.
5. An optical windshield structure with an expanded field of view as described in claim 2, wherein the expanded field of view is defined and formed between the airflow deflection and guiding surfaces.
6. A method for manufacturing an optical goggle structure capable of expanding the field of view, comprising: preparing an optical lens substrate layer having a first front surface and a second rear surface; providing at least one windward curved surface on the first front surface of the optical lens substrate layer, and providing an expanded field of view angle on the windward curved surface on the first front surface of the optical lens substrate layer; providing at least one side wind shearing guide surface on one side of the windward curved surface relative to the expanded field of view angle; and, when worn, guiding a windward airflow or a strong wind airflow from the windward curved surface to the side wind shearing guide surface at the expanded field of view angle of the first front surface of the optical lens substrate layer.
7. A method for manufacturing an optical goggle structure capable of expanding the field of view, comprising: preparing an optical lens substrate layer having a first front surface and a second rear surface; providing at least one windward curved surface on the first front surface of the optical lens substrate layer, and providing an expanded field of view angle on the windward curved surface on the first front surface of the optical lens substrate layer; providing at least one airflow deflection guiding surface on one side of the windward curved surface relative to the expanded field of view angle; providing at least one side wind shearing guiding surface on one side of the airflow deflection guiding surface; and, when worn, allowing a windward airflow or a strong wind airflow to be smoothly guided from the windward curved surface to the side wind shearing guiding surface at the expanded field of view angle on the first front surface of the optical lens substrate layer.
8. A method for manufacturing an optical windshield structure with an expanded field of view as described in claim 6 or 7, wherein the expanded field of view of the windward surface is formed by a cylindrical surface, a spherical surface, an elliptic spherical surface, or other curved surface shapes.
9. A method for manufacturing an optical windshield structure with an amplified field of view as described in claim 6, wherein the amplified field of view is defined and extended between the side wind shear guide surfaces.
10. A method for manufacturing an optical goggle structure with an expanded field of view as described in claim 7, wherein the expanded field of view is defined and extended between the airflow deflection and guiding surfaces.
