[0032] At this point, it should be understood that the combination of blocks in a flowchart and the flowchart itself can be executed by computer program commands. These computer program commands can be loaded onto the processor of a general-purpose computer, a special-purpose computer, or other programmable data processing equipment. Therefore, these commands, executed by the processor of a computer or other programmable data processing equipment, produce methods for implementing the functions described in the blocks of the flowchart. To implement functions in a specific manner, these computer program commands can also be stored in computer-usable or computer-readable memory that is accessible to a computer or other programmable data processing equipment. Therefore, commands stored in such computer-usable or computer-readable memory can also produce manufactured items containing command methods for implementing the functions described in the blocks of the flowchart. Computer program commands can also be loaded onto a computer or other programmable data processing equipment. Therefore, a series of action steps are performed on the computer or other programmable data processing equipment to produce a flow executed by the computer. Thus, commands executed by the computer or other programmable data processing equipment can also provide steps for executing the functions described in the blocks of the flowchart.
[0033] Furthermore, each block can represent a module, fragment, or portion of code that includes one or more executable commands used to perform a specific logical function. It should also be noted that in some alternative execution examples, the functions mentioned in the blocks may be executed out of order. For example, two blocks shown successively may actually be executed simultaneously, or occasionally in reverse order depending on their corresponding functions.

In terms of hardware, the processor 230 can be implemented as an electronic circuit that processes electrical signals and performs control functions; in terms of software, it can be implemented as a program that drives the hardware processor 230. On the other hand, unless otherwise specifically mentioned in the following description, it can be understood that the operation of the electronic device 100, the operator terminal 110 connected to the electronic device 100, and the target terminal 120 is implemented through the control of the processor 230. That is, when implementing the module in the file information management method of the embodiment of the present invention, the module can be interpreted as controlling the processor 230 to enable the electronic device 100, the operator terminal 110 connected to the electronic device 100 and the object terminal 120 to implement the steps of the file information management method.
[0050] In summary, various embodiments can be implemented using various mechanisms. For example, various embodiments can be implemented using hardware, firmware, software, or a combination thereof.

The memory can be located inside or outside the processor and can send and receive data with the processor through various known mechanisms.
[0053] The following describes various embodiments in more detail based on the technical concepts described above. The embodiments described below can be applied to the content described above. For example, actions, functions, terms, etc., not defined in the various embodiments described below can be implemented and described based on the content described above.
[0054] The following describes various embodiments based on the premise that the electronic device 100, i.e., the server for managing file information, implements the file information management method. According to the various embodiments, the electronic device 100 can send and receive information related to the steps of the file information management method with either the operator terminal 110 or the object terminal 120 connected to the electronic device 100.
[0055] Figure 3 is a flowchart illustrating an embodiment of the file information management method of the present invention.
[0056] Referring to Figure 3, in step S310, the electronic device can receive first information, including a file, from the operator's terminal. The file may include, for example, an executable file or application that performs the instructed operation according to coded commands.
[0057] In step S320, the electronic device can receive a file request from the target terminal and transmit the first information to the target terminal in response to the request. According to an embodiment, the target terminal's file request can also be controlled by an operator terminal. According to an embodiment, even without a file request from the target terminal, the electronic device can still transmit the first information to the target terminal requiring testing based on information related to the target terminal.
[0058] In step S330, the electronic device may receive second information related to the process of executing a file on the target terminal from the target terminal. The second information may include at least one of image information, text information, video information, and audio information related to the process of executing the file. For example, the image information related to the process of executing the file may be a screenshot image file of a page provided to the target terminal during the execution of the file. For example, the video information related to the process of executing the file may be a video file recording a page provided to the target terminal during the execution of the file. According to an embodiment, the image information related to the process of executing the file may be an image file obtained by capturing a video file recording a page provided to the target terminal during the execution of the file at fixed time intervals. According to an embodiment, the second information may be information about errors that occur during the execution of the file on the target terminal.
[0059] In step S340, the electronic device can confirm the first information and the second information. Step S340 may include the step of classifying and storing the first information and the second information according to the respective identification information of the first information and the second information. According to an embodiment, the first information and the second information may be classified according to at least one of the file type and the uploading subject.
[0060] According to an embodiment, the file information management method of the present invention may further include the following steps: after step S340, transmitting the second information to the operator terminal in response to the operator terminal's request for the second information. In other words, the electronic device can receive the operator terminal's request for the second information and transmit the second information to the operator terminal in response to the operator terminal's request. According to an embodiment, even without a request from the operator terminal, the electronic device can also transmit the second information to the operator terminal based on information related to the target terminal or information related to the operator terminal.
[0061] According to an embodiment, the operator's terminal can upload a file (i.e., a test file) to be tested on the target terminal to the electronic device, and the target terminal can download the test file via the electronic device. After executing the test file or during the execution of the test file, the target terminal can upload information related to the execution process of the test file to the electronic device, and the operator's terminal can download the information related to the execution process of the test file. In other words, the electronic device can transfer files and transmit information between the operator's terminal and the target terminal, and can manage files and information.
[0062] Figure 4 is a flowchart illustrating the file information management method according to an embodiment of the present invention. For ease of explanation, descriptions of items referenced in Figure 3 will be omitted below.
[0063] Referring to Figure 4, the file information management method of the present invention may further include steps S410 and S420. Step S410 may be performed after step S310, and step S420 may be performed after step S330.
[0064] In step S410, the electronic device may attach the first identification information to the first information. According to an embodiment, the electronic device may attach the first identification information to the name information or the comment information of the first information. The first identification information may include, for example, at least one of the following: operator terminal identification information, operator terminal network status information, and file extension information. The operator terminal identification information is information about the uploader of the first information, and may include, for example, at least one of the operator terminal machine name information and operator terminal IP address information. The file extension information is information about the file type.
[0065] In step S420, the electronic device may attach the second identification information to the second information. According to an embodiment, the electronic device may attach the second identification information to the name information or the comment information of the second information. The second identification information may include the first identification information attached to the first information corresponding to the second information. The second identification information may, for example, include at least one of the following: operator terminal identification information, operator terminal network status information, file extension information, target terminal identification information, target terminal network status information, target terminal memory usage information, and file execution time information.
[0066] The identification information of the target terminal is the information of the subject uploading the second type of information, and may include at least one of the target terminal's machine name information and the target terminal's IP address information. The memory usage information of the target terminal may include at least one of the target terminal's RAM usage information and the memory usage information of the program currently running on the target terminal. The file execution time information may include at least one of the following: the time the file was executed and the total time spent executing the file.
[0067] According to an embodiment, a plurality of second pieces of information can be provided for the process of executing a file. In other words, the plurality of second pieces of information can correspond to one first piece of information. In this case, the second identification information can further include information about the relationships between the second pieces of information. In other words, the electronic device can attach information about the relationships between the second pieces of information and other second pieces of information to each of the second pieces of information.
[0068] For example, the second information could be a screenshot image file of a page provided to the target terminal during the execution of a file. The plurality of pages could include, for example, a first page containing a plurality of icons, and a plurality of second pages provided based on input corresponding to the icons. In this case, for example, in step S420, the electronic device could append information about other second pages and their relationships with the first page to the screenshot image file of any of the second pages. The relationship information could include, for example, whether the pages are parallel or hierarchical. Therefore, when analyzing the second information based on the relationship information between the second information, it is easy to determine at which level of the relationship network of pages provided to the target terminal the error occurred.
[0069] According to an embodiment, the electronic device can control whether access to the second information of the operator terminal is possible by means of at least one of the second identification information attached to the second information, according to step S420. As an example, the electronic device can control whether access to the second information of the operator terminal is possible by means of the identification information of the operator terminal attached to the second information.
[0070] Figure 5 is a flowchart illustrating an embodiment of the file information management method of the present invention.
[0071] Referring to Figures 4 and 5, step S340 may include steps S510 and S520.
[0072] In step S510, the electronic device can classify and store the first information and the second information according to the respective identification information of the first information and the second information. The electronic device can classify the first information according to at least one of the first identification information, and can classify the second information according to at least one of the second identification information.
[0073] In step S520, the electronic device can analyze the first and second information based on at least one of the first and second identification information. As an example, the electronic device can analyze the first and second information based on the identification information of the operator's terminal and the identification information of the target terminal, and can confirm whether an error occurred during file execution, or whether an error occurred on a specific operator's terminal or a specific target terminal, independently of either the operator's terminal or the target terminal. As another example, the electronic device can analyze the first and second information based on the network status information and memory usage information of the target terminal, and can confirm the impact of network status and memory usage on file execution. As yet another example, the electronic device can statistically analyze the first and second information based on the file execution time information.
[0074] Figure 6 is a flowchart illustrating the file information management method according to an embodiment of the present invention. For ease of explanation, descriptions of items referenced in Figure 5 will be omitted below.
[0075] Referring to Figures 4 and 6, step S340 may include steps S510 and S610. According to an embodiment, step S340 may include a step between steps S510 and S610 to set at least one of the first information and the second information to be locked.
[0076] In step S610, the electronic device may periodically monitor the first information and the second information. Step S610 may include the following steps: confirming the elapsed time since the first information and the second information were stored and whether they are set to be locked; and deleting information whose elapsed time since storage is longer than the set time and which is not set to be locked. The electronic device may delete information whose elapsed time is longer than the set time, thereby ensuring storage space.
[0077] Figure 7 is a diagram illustrating the page provided to the operator's terminal according to the file information management method in an embodiment of the present invention.
[0078] Referring to FIG7, a first page 700 is shown, including the first information received from the operator terminal according to step S310 described with reference to FIG3. According to an embodiment, the file information management method of the present invention can provide the first page 700 to the operator terminal. The first page 700 may include a first area 710, a second area 720, and a third area 730. An electronic device can receive first information including files from the operator terminal in response to input to the first area 710 of the first page 700.
[0079] The second area 720 of page 700 may include a directory of first information received from the operator's terminal. For example, the second area 720 may include the name information 721 of the first information, the comment information 722 of the first information, the information of the uploader of the first information 723, and the update time information 724.
