Abstract

This invention provides a display panel, including a substrate, a display layer, a circuit board, and a heat dissipation module. The substrate has a first side and a second side disposed opposite to each other, and the first side has a circuit distribution. The display layer is disposed on the first side. The circuit board is disposed at the edge of the first side and electrically connected to the display layer. The heat dissipation module includes a heat-conducting plate and a heat dissipation structure interconnected, wherein the heat-conducting plate is connected to the second side and disposed corresponding to the position of the circuit board. This invention also provides a transparent display, including a substrate, a display layer, a circuit board, and a heat dissipation module, wherein the substrate comprises a transparent material.

Claims

1. A display panel, comprising: A substrate having a first surface and a second surface opposite the first surface, the first surface having a circuit distribution; a display layer disposed on the first surface; a circuit board disposed on an edge of the first surface and electrically connected to the display layer; and a heat dissipation module comprising: a heat-conducting plate connected to the second surface and disposed at a position corresponding to the circuit board; and a heat dissipation structure connected to the heat-conducting plate, wherein the first surface includes: a connection area where the circuit is electrically connected to the circuit board; and a fan-out area disposed between the connection area and the display layer, at least a portion of the circuit reaching the connection area via the fan-out area, and on a virtual extension surface of the second surface, the projection range of the heat-conducting plate at least partially overlaps the projection range of the fan-out area.

2. The display panel as claimed in claim 1, wherein the display layer comprises a plurality of light-emitting units.

3. The display panel as claimed in claim 1, wherein the display layer comprises a plurality of liquid crystal display units.

4. The display panel as claimed in claim 1, wherein the first surface has a plurality of first pads respectively connected to the circuit, the circuit board has a plurality of second pads, and the plurality of second pads are connected to the plurality of first pads.

5. The display panel as claimed in claim 1, wherein on the virtual extension surface of the second surface, the projection range of the heat-conducting plate extends beyond the projection range of the substrate.

6. The display panel as claimed in claim 5, wherein the heat dissipation structure is on the same side of the substrate connected to the heat-conducting plate.

7. The display panel as claimed in claim 1, wherein the heat dissipation structure and the substrate are respectively connected to opposite sides of the heat-conducting plate.

8. The display panel as claimed in claim 1, wherein on the virtual extension surface of the second surface, the projection range of the heat dissipation module does not overlap with that of the display layer.

9. The display panel as claimed in claim 1, wherein the heat-conducting plate includes an ultra-thin vapor chamber (SVC).

10. The display panel as claimed in claim 1, wherein the thermally conductive plate is attached to the substrate with a thermally conductive adhesive.

11. The display panel as claimed in claim 1, wherein the heat dissipation structure comprises: a main body portion; and a connecting portion connecting the main body portion and the heat-conducting plate, wherein, On the virtual extension surface of the second side, the projection range of the main body does not overlap with that of the substrate, and the projection range of the connecting part does not overlap with that of the circuit board.

The display panel as described in claim 1, wherein: On the virtual extension surface of the second surface, the projection range of the heat dissipation structure at least partially overlaps the projection range of the circuit board; and, in the direction parallel to the edge, the length of the area where the heat dissipation structure contacts the heat-conducting plate is equal to the length of the heat-conducting plate.

13. A transparent display, comprising: A substrate comprising a transparent material, the substrate having a first surface and a second surface opposite the first surface, and a circuit distribution on the first surface; a display layer disposed on the first surface; a circuit board disposed on an edge of the first surface and electrically connected to the display layer; and a heat dissipation module comprising: a heat-conducting plate connected to the second surface and disposed corresponding to the position of the circuit board; and a heat dissipation structure connected to the heat-conducting plate, wherein the first surface comprises: a connection area, wherein the circuit is electrically connected to the circuit board in the connection area; and a fan-out area disposed between the connection area and the display layer, wherein at least a portion of the circuit reaches the connection area via the fan-out area, and on a virtual extension surface of the second surface, the projection range of the heat-conducting plate at least partially overlaps the projection range of the fan-out area.

14. The transparent display as claimed in claim 13, wherein on the virtual extension surface of the second surface, the heat dissipation module does not overlap with the projection area of ​​the display layer.

The transparent display as claimed in claim 13, further comprising a back cover comprising a transparent material and disposed on one side of the second surface of the substrate, wherein the projection range of the back cover at least partially overlaps the projection range of the display layer on the virtual extension surface of the second surface.

16. The transparent display as claimed in claim 15, wherein the back cover is disposed adjacent to the heat-conducting plate in a direction parallel to the second surface.

17. The transparent display as claimed in claim 15, wherein: Within the projection range of the second surface, the heat dissipation structure has a rear surface of the heat dissipation structure that is away from the second surface, and the back cover has a rear surface of the back cover that is away from the second surface; and, in a direction perpendicular to the second surface, the distance between the second surface and the rear surface of the heat dissipation structure is less than or equal to the distance between the second surface and the rear surface of the back cover.
