Abstract

A frame lifting device for securing pre-assembled reinforced columns includes a top frame, a positioning frame, a fixing bracket, and a plurality of fixing elements. The top frame includes a plurality of first openings for the end of at least one main reinforcement bar of the pre-assembled column to pass through. The positioning frame is disposed below the top frame and includes at least one second opening. The fixing bracket connects the top frame and the positioning frame. The fixing elements are respectively coupled to the ends of the main reinforcement bars. Each fixing element includes a positioning structure. The positioning structure passes through the second opening to restrain the fixing element on the positioning frame.

Claims

1. A frame hoist for fixing a reinforced pre-assembly column, wherein the reinforcement pre-assembly column contains a plurality of main bars, the frame hoist comprising: a top frame comprising a plurality of first holes for the end of at least one main bar to pass through; a plurality of fixing elements to be connected separately to the ends of such main reinforcement, each of such fixing elements comprising a positioning structure comprising a positioning hole and for passing through the second orifice so that the fixing element is suspended from the positioning frame, and at least one fixing element is connected through the end of the at least one main reinforcement of such first hole and attached to the top frame; a support element fixed to and comprising a support hole positioned against the position of such positioning hole for at least one fixing element; 2. A frame spreader of claim 1, wherein the top frame contains a plurality of plates as well as a plurality of lock attachments, each end of each containing a plurality of locking holes, respectively, the lock attachments selectively passing through such locking holes to secure the plates.

3. The frame spreader of claim 1, wherein the fixing bracket comprises a plurality of fixing sub-brackets and such fixing sub-brackets are provided in one of the corner positions and side positions of the top frame, respectively.

4. The frame spreader of claim 1, wherein the at least one second hole is a long strip hole and the length of the retaining rod is greater than the length of the strip hole.

5. The frame spreader as described in claim 1, further comprising a plurality of hanging rings disposed on the top frame.

6. A pre-assembled steel reinforcement assembly with a frame lifting device, comprising: a pre-assembled steel reinforcement column including a plurality of long main reinforcement bars, a plurality of short main reinforcement bars, and a plurality of stirrups; and a frame lifting device as described in any one of claims 1 to 5, coupled to the pre-assembled steel reinforcement column, wherein the fixing elements of the frame lifting device are respectively coupled to a first end of the long main reinforcement bars and the short main reinforcement bars; wherein, When such long-branch main bars as well as a second end of such short-branch main bars are butted to a reinforcement column, the first end is simultaneously detached from such fixing elements.

A method for connecting a pre-assembled steel reinforcement assembly with a frame lifting device, comprising the following steps: providing a pre-assembled steel reinforcement column, wherein the pre-assembled steel reinforcement column includes a plurality of long main reinforcement bars, a plurality of short main reinforcement bars, and a plurality of stirrups; providing a frame lifting device, wherein the frame lifting device includes a top frame, a positioning frame, a fixing bracket, and a plurality of fixing elements, the top frame including a plurality of first holes, the positioning frame including at least one second hole, the fixing bracket connecting the top frame and the positioning frame, each of the fixing elements including a positioning structure, some of the fixing elements corresponding to the first holes, and the positioning structure of some of the fixing elements passing through the at least one second hole; the long main reinforcement bars passing through the first holes to engage with the fixing elements, and the short main reinforcement bars engaging with the fixing elements; The frame lifting device is used to move the pre-assembled steel column above a steel column; and the long and short main reinforcing bars are connected to the steel column and simultaneously detached from the fixing elements.
