Abstract
Claims
1. An interlocking device between high-voltage and low-voltage switching panels, comprising: A lock actuation unit is connected to a circuit breaker tripping and power-off control unit. The lock actuation unit includes: a lock on which a key can be placed; the key actuates a transmission link, the transmission link being actuated by the key; a microswitch actuated by the transmission link; when the key actuates the transmission link, the transmission link actuates the microswitch, causing one of the microswitch's actuating contacts to actuate, at which point the key can be removed from the lock; and an external terminal connected to the lock actuation unit, the external terminal electrically connected to the microswitch for actuation. Contact; The circuit breaker tripping power-off control unit is provided with a connection terminal and a tripping power-off control circuit. The connection terminal connects to the contact status information of a circuit breaker auxiliary contact and a circuit breaker alarm contact, and is electrically connected to the tripping power-off control circuit along with an external tripping command status information. The tripping power-off control circuit forms a tripping power-off circuit based on the microswitch actuation contact, the circuit breaker auxiliary contact, the circuit breaker alarm contact, and the external tripping command, and is electrically connected to an external tripping output contact. When the key is removed from the lock or When the external trip command contact is activated, the trip power-off control circuit is activated and electrically connected to the external trip output contact. This external trip output contact is electrically connected in parallel with a circuit breaker trip power-off actuation contact, and then connected in series to a circuit breaker trip coil, thus de-energizing and locking the circuit breaker. Under normal conditions, when the key of the high- and low-voltage switchgear interlocking device is placed in the lock, the lock actuation unit is not activated. At this time, the circuit breaker can be activated via the external trip command connected to the external trip output contact, thus actuating the circuit breaker trip coil. When the circuit breaker trips, the key is restricted from being pulled out. The key can then activate the transmission linkage of the lock to activate the micro switch contact, allowing the key to be pulled out. When the key is pulled out of the lock, the trip power-off control circuit of the circuit breaker trip power-off control unit is activated, which can activate the circuit breaker trip coil to de-energize and lock the circuit breaker, restricting it to the trip power-off state, thus achieving the trip power-off locking function. This can be installed on any high- or low-voltage power receiving panel that needs to be interlocked, and the interlocking function between the high- and low-voltage power receiving panels can be achieved according to the operation state of the key.
