Abstract

A fluid control valve includes a body, a piston assembly, a buffer pad, a diaphragm, and a valve seat. The gas inlet and outlet of the body and a first opening communicate with a chamber. The piston assembly is disposed in the chamber. The buffer pad is disposed at the first periphery of the first opening and closes the first opening. The diaphragm body abuts against the buffer pad, and the column passes through the through hole of the buffer pad along a reference axis and engages in the engagement hole of the piston assembly. The two ends of the ridge are connected to the periphery of the diaphragm body. The stop portion of the valve seat is located between the inlet flow path and the outlet flow path. The second opening of the valve seat communicates with the inlet flow path and the outlet flow path along the reference axis. The diaphragm is disposed at the second periphery of the second opening and closes the second opening. By moving the piston assembly between the first position and the second position, the buffer pad and the diaphragm are pressed down to control the communication between the inlet flow path and the outlet flow path.

Claims

1. A fluid control valve, defining a reference axis and comprising: a body having a gas inlet / outlet, a chamber, and a first opening, the gas inlet / outlet and the first opening communicating with the chamber, the first opening being located at the bottom of the body and having a first periphery; a piston assembly extending along the reference axis and disposed in the chamber, the piston assembly having a connecting hole and a pressing surface, the connecting hole penetrating the pressing surface along the reference axis, the piston assembly being movable back and forth between a first position and a second position along the reference axis; a buffer pad disposed at the first periphery, the buffer pad abutting the pressing surface on one side of the reference axis and closing the first opening, the buffer pad being deformable under pressure from the piston assembly, the buffer pad having a through hole communicating with the connecting hole along the reference axis; A diaphragm, deformable under the pressure of the piston assembly, comprises a diaphragm body, a column, a ridge, and an annular wall. The diaphragm body has an upper surface and a lower surface opposite each other along the reference axis. The upper surface abuts against the buffer pad on the other side of the reference axis. The column is formed on the upper surface, passes through the through hole along the reference axis, and engages in the coupling hole. The ridge is formed on the lower surface, with its two ends connected to the periphery of the lower surface. The annular wall is formed on the periphery of the lower surface, with its two ends connected to the periphery of the lower surface through the connecting annular wall. Two recesses are formed between the annular wall and the ridge, and the annular wall has higher rigidity than each of the recesses. A valve seat has an inlet flow path, an outlet flow path, a stop portion and a second opening. The stop portion extends along the reference axis and is located between the inlet flow path and the outlet flow path. Two recesses face the inlet flow path and the outlet flow path respectively. A ridge and the two recesses close the second opening. The second opening connects the inlet flow path and the outlet flow path along the reference axis. The position of the second opening corresponds to the position of the first opening and the stop portion. The second opening has a second periphery. A diaphragm is disposed on the second periphery. The lower surface closes the second opening. When the piston assembly is in the first position, part of the pressing surface abuts against the buffer pad, and a gap is formed between the stop and the lower surface. The gap connects the inlet flow path and the outlet flow path. When the piston assembly moves along the reference axis to the second position, the piston assembly presses down on the buffer pad and the diaphragm. The pressing surface completely abuts against the buffer pad, the ridge abuts against the stop and closes the gap, and the inlet flow path does not connect to the outlet flow path.

2. The fluid control valve as claimed in claim 1, wherein the piston assembly has two locking blocks symmetrically formed in the engagement hole, the cylinder has two protrusions extending perpendicularly to the reference axis and respectively engaging with the two locking blocks.

3. The fluid control valve as claimed in claim 1, wherein the stop portion has two inclined surfaces that are inclined relative to the reference axis and respectively toward the inlet flow path and the outlet flow path.

4. The fluid control valve as claimed in claim 1, wherein the top surface of the pressure surface and the top surface of the stop portion are arc surfaces, and the radius of curvature of the pressure surface is the same as the radius of curvature of the top surface of the stop portion.

5. The fluid control valve as claimed in claim 1, wherein the width of the ridge is less than the width of the top surface of the stop.

6. The fluid control valve as claimed in claim 1, wherein the valve seat has an annular groove formed at the second periphery, and the annular wall is disposed in the annular groove.

7. The fluid control valve as claimed in claim 1, wherein the depth of each recess is 60% to 80% of a first length between the top surface of the annular wall and the upper surface.

8. The fluid control valve as claimed in claim 7, wherein a second length between the bottom surface and the upper surface of each recess is less than or equal to 0.5 mm.

9. A diaphragm comprising: a membrane body having an upper surface and a lower surface opposite to each other; a column formed on the upper surface; a ridge formed on the lower surface, the two ends of the ridge being connected to the periphery of the lower surface; an annular wall formed on the periphery of the lower surface, the two ends of the ridge being connected to the periphery of the lower surface through the annular wall, the annular wall forming two recesses between the annular wall and the ridge, the annular wall having higher rigidity than each of the recesses.

10. The diaphragm as claimed in claim 9, wherein the column has two protrusions that extend opposite to each other.

11. The diaphragm as claimed in claim 9, wherein a depth of each of the recesses is 60% to 80% of a first length between the top surface of the annular wall and the upper surface.

12. The diaphragm as claimed in claim 9, wherein a second length between the bottom surface and the upper surface of each recess is less than or equal to 0.5 mm.
