Abstract

A display device is disclosed, comprising a panel module and a circuit board. The panel module includes a display surface defining a first region and a second region. The first region and the second region are adjacent along a fold line, and the second region is bent by the fold line such that the plane containing the first region and the plane containing the second region form an inclined angle. An image displayed in the first region and an image displayed in the second region are respectively projected onto separate first projection regions and second projection regions. The circuit board is electrically connected to the panel module and is disposed on the opposite side of the panel module relative to the display surface.

Claims

1. A display device comprising: a panel module including a display surface, the display surface defining a first region and a second region, the first region and the second region being adjacent along a fold line, and the second region being bent by the fold line such that the plane containing the first region and the plane containing the second region form an angle, wherein an image displayed in the first region and an image displayed in the second region are respectively projected onto a separate first projection region and a second projection region; and a circuit board electrically connected to the panel module and disposed on the other side of the panel module opposite to the display surface.

2. The display device as claimed in claim 1, wherein the first region and the second region are arranged side by side along a first direction, and the fold line is inclined relative to the first direction.

3. The display device as claimed in claim 1, wherein the second region is trapezoidal.

4. The display device as claimed in claim 1, wherein the display device is disposed on one side of a windshield of a transport vehicle facing the interior of the transport vehicle, the first projection area is located in a visible area of the windshield, and the second projection area is located on the edge of the windshield or on a pillar next to the windshield.

5. The display device as claimed in claim 1, further comprising a polarizing film disposed on the first region.

6. The display device as claimed in claim 1, further comprising a light guide box disposed on the first region, the light guide box comprising: a sidewall structure disposed along the edge of the first region; and a cover disposed on the other side of the sidewall structure opposite to the first region, configured to reduce the amount of sunlight passing through.

7. The display device as claimed in claim 6, wherein the sidewall structure adjacent to the fold line is light-transmitting.

8. The display device as claimed in claim 1, further comprising a light control film disposed on the second region and configured to control the direction of light travel.

9. The display device as claimed in claim 8, wherein the light control film comprises a plurality of gratings extending along the normal direction of the display surface of the second region.

10. The display device as claimed in claim 1, further comprising a heat dissipation module, the heat dissipation module comprising: a plurality of heat pipes disposed on one side of the panel module facing the circuit board, wherein, The circuit board is located within the vertical projection range of the first region, such that the portion of each of the heat pipes within the vertical projection range of the first region is sandwiched between the panel module and the circuit board; a heat sink is disposed on the other side of the circuit board relative to the panel module, comprising a plurality of heat dissipation fins extending from the vertical projection range of the second region to the vertical projection range of the first region, wherein the portion of each of the heat pipes within the vertical projection range of the second region is in contact with the heat sink; and a fan is disposed on the other side of the heat sink relative to the circuit board and located within the vertical projection range of the first region.

11. The display device of claim 10, wherein the heat dissipation module further includes a liquid cooling device disposed on the other side of the heat sink relative to the circuit board, the liquid cooling device including a conduit extending through a portion of the heat sink within the vertical projection range of the second region, wherein a cooling liquid may flow in the conduit.

12. A display device for a transport vehicle, comprising: a panel module disposed on one side of a windshield of a transport vehicle facing the interior of the transport vehicle, including a display surface defining a first region and a second region, the first region and the second region being adjacent along a fold line, and the second region being bent by the fold line such that the plane containing the first region and the plane containing the second region form an angle, wherein an image displayed in the first region and an image displayed in the second region are respectively projected onto a separate first projection region and a second projection region; and a circuit board electrically connected to the panel module and disposed on the other side of the panel module opposite to the display surface.
