Abstract

A leakage detection device includes a plurality of detectors, an instrumentation amplifier, and a controller. The detectors are disposed on an object to detect the background magnetic field of the object. The instrumentation amplifier is connected to the detectors. The controller is connected to the instrumentation amplifier. When any one of the detectors detects a change in the background magnetic field of the object, it generates an electrical signal. The instrumentation amplifier amplifies the electrical signal to generate an amplified signal. The controller receives the amplified signal and executes an alarm mode based on the amplified signal.

Claims

1. A leakage detection device, comprising: a plurality of detectors disposed on an object to be tested and used to detect the background magnetic field of the object to be tested, each detector including a first sensor and a second sensor, the first sensor and the second sensor being linear Hall sensors, and the first sensor and the second sensor being spaced apart from each other; an instrumentation amplifier connected to the detectors; and a controller connected to the instrumentation amplifier; wherein when any detector detects a change in the background magnetic field of the object to be tested, the first sensor and the second sensor of the detector generate a sensing signal, the instrumentation amplifier is used to amplify the difference between the sensing signal of the first sensor and the sensing signal of the second sensor to generate an amplified signal, and the controller is used to receive the amplified signal and execute an alarm mode based on the amplified signal.

2. The leakage detection device as claimed in claim 1, wherein the detectors are evenly distributed around the object to be tested and surround the object to be tested.

3. The leakage detection device as described in claim 1, wherein the distance is 1 mm to 50 mm.

4. The leakage detection device as claimed in claim 1 further includes an alarm, the controller being configured to execute the alarm mode to control the alarm to generate an alarm signal.

5. The leakage detection device as described in claim 4, wherein the warning signal is an audible warning or a warning light.

6. The leakage detection device as claimed in claim 1, wherein the controller is configured to execute the warning mode to generate a leakage warning signal and transmit the leakage warning signal to an external electronic device.
