Abstract

A snoring-reducing mattress for back sleeping includes a support layer, a comfort layer disposed above the support layer, and a cover layer disposed outside the comfort layer and the support layer. The mattress is characterized by including a thoracic spine support element positioned corresponding to the thoracic vertebrae. This element causes the mattress to bulge at the corresponding thoracic vertebra position, creating at least one inclined surface facing the user's torso. When the user sleeps on their back, this inclined surface causes their torso to rotate 3-10 degrees relative to the mattress. This invention allows the user to slightly turn their body to their side while sleeping on their back due to the mattress's bulge, reducing the degree of upper airway collapse, increasing tracheal airflow during sleep, and reducing snoring volume and the risk of sleep apnea.

Claims

1. A snoring-reducing supine sleeping mattress, comprising a support layer, a comfort layer disposed above the support layer, and a cover layer disposed outside the comfort layer and the support layer, characterized in that the snoring-reducing supine sleeping mattress includes a thoracic spine support snoring-reducing element, the thoracic spine support snoring-reducing element being disposed at a position corresponding to the thoracic vertebrae of the human body, the thoracic spine support snoring-reducing element being movably disposed on the snoring-reducing supine sleeping mattress, the lateral movement range of the thoracic spine support snoring-reducing element being greater than 3 cm, the thoracic spine support snoring-reducing element being an isosceles triangular prism or a right triangular prism with a square face as the base, at least one base angle of the thoracic spine support snoring-reducing element being between 4 and 40 degrees, the thoracic spine support snoring-reducing element causing the snoring-reducing supine sleeping mattress to bulge at the position corresponding to the thoracic vertebrae of the human body and having at least one inclined surface facing the user's torso, the inclined surface causing the user's torso to deflect 3 to 10 degrees relative to the snoring-reducing supine sleeping mattress when the user is sleeping on their back, so as to reduce upper airway collapse and reduce snoring.

2. The anti-snoring mattress as described in claim 1, wherein the thoracic spine support anti-snoring element is disposed between the support layer and the comfort layer or between the comfort layer and the cover layer.

The anti-snoring supine sleeping mattress as described in claim 1, wherein the anti-snoring supine sleeping mattress has a relatively low-support side sleeping area corresponding to the position of the human body's shoulders, so that the shoulders can sink down and relieve pressure when the user's torso turns.

The anti-snoring supine mattress as described in claim 1, further comprising a booster pad disposed at the position of the anti-snoring supine mattress corresponding to the human head or head to neck, the booster pad causing the anti-snoring supine mattress to rise at the position corresponding to the human head or head to neck, thereby causing the user's head or head and neck to turn, the booster pad being disposed between the support layer and the comfort layer, between the comfort layer and the cover layer, or above the cover layer.
