Abstract
Claims
1. A testing apparatus, comprising: A base includes a lower cover and an upper cover that are relatively closed. A first channel is formed between the lower cover and the upper cover, penetrating the base. The base is provided with an insulating sleeve, which is disposed inside one end of the first channel. A support plate is disposed between the upper cover and the lower cover. The support plate includes a structural member and a retaining member made of different materials. The structural member has a first through hole corresponding to the first channel. The first through hole is aligned with the first channel and its inner edge protrudes into the first channel. The retaining member protrudes into the inner edge of the first through hole. A single-action signal needle is inserted into the first channel. The outer diameter of the single-action signal needle is smaller than the inner diameter of the first channel, forming a gap between the single-action signal needle and the inner wall of the first channel. The structural member is plate-shaped, and the retaining member is attached to the inner edge of the first through hole and protrudes into the inner edge of the first through hole.
2. The test apparatus as claimed in claim 1, wherein the base is provided with another insulating sleeve and disposed within the other end of the first conduit to sleeve the other end of the single-action signal needle.
3. The test apparatus as described in claim 1, wherein the retainer does not protrude from either side of the structural member.
4. The test apparatus as claimed in claim 1, wherein the structural member and the retainer are both sheet-like, the structural member and the retainer are stacked, the retainer is provided with a second through hole, the second through hole is aligned with the first through hole, and the inner diameter of the second through hole is smaller than the inner diameter of the first through hole, such that the inner edge of the second through hole protrudes beyond the inner edge of the first through hole.
5. The test apparatus as described in claim 4, wherein the thickness of the structural member is greater than or equal to the thickness of the retainer.
6. The test apparatus as described in claim 1, wherein the structural component is made of metal.
7. The test apparatus as described in claim 1, wherein the retainer is made of an insulating material.
8. The testing apparatus as claimed in claim 1, wherein the single-action signal needle has a first end piece, a second end piece, an elastic member, and a tube, the first end piece being disposed at one end of the tube and axially movable, the second end piece being fixed at the other end of the tube, the elastic member being clamped between the first end piece and the second end piece, the first end piece being retractable into the tube to compress the single-action signal needle, forming an axial channel within the insulating sleeve, the second end piece having an outer flange, the insulating sleeve being fitted onto the second end piece to laterally maintain the outer flange in the axial channel, and the outer flange being axially movable along the axial channel, an inner flange being provided at one end of the axial channel to prevent the outer flange from disengaging from the seat, and when the single-action signal needle is compressed from the second end piece, the outer flange disengages from the other end of the axial channel.
9. The testing apparatus as claimed in claim 1, wherein the single-action signal needle has a first end piece, a second end piece, an elastic member, and a tube, the first end piece passing through one end of the tube and being axially movable, the second end piece being fixed at the other end of the tube, the elastic member being clamped between the first end piece and the second end piece, the first end piece being retractable into the tube to compress the single-action signal needle, forming an axial channel within the insulating sleeve, the second end piece having an outer flange, the insulating sleeve being fitted onto the second end piece to laterally maintain the outer flange in the axial channel, and the outer flange being axially movable along the axial channel, wherein when the single-action signal needle is compressed from the second end piece, the length of the axial channel is less than the movable stroke of the outer flange.
10. A testing apparatus, comprising: A body comprising a lower cover and an upper cover that are relatively closed, with a first channel forming between the lower cover and the upper cover, the upper cover having an insulating sleeve disposed inside one end of the first channel; a support piece disposed between the upper cover and the lower cover, the support piece comprising a structural member and a retaining member made of different materials, the structural member being sheet-shaped, having a first through hole corresponding to the first channel, the first through hole being aligned with the first channel and the inner edge of the first through hole protruding inside the first channel, the retaining member being attached to the inner edge of the first through hole and protruding beyond the inner edge of the first through hole; and a single-action signal needle passing through the first channel, the outer diameter of the single-action signal needle being smaller than the inner diameter of the first channel, forming a gap between the single-action signal needle and the inner wall of the first channel.
11. The test apparatus as claimed in claim 10, wherein the base is provided with another insulating sleeve disposed within the other end of the first conduit and fitted onto the other end of the single-action signal needle.
12. The testing apparatus as described in claim 10, wherein the structural component is made of metal.
13. The test apparatus as described in claim 10, wherein the retainer is made of an insulating material.
14. The test apparatus as claimed in claim 10, wherein the retainer does not protrude from either side of the structural member.
15. The test apparatus as claimed in claim 10, wherein the base is provided with a second conduit penetrating the base, and a grounding pin is inserted inside the second conduit, the grounding pin contacting the inner wall of the second conduit and electrically connected to the base.
16. The testing apparatus as claimed in claim 10, wherein the base is provided with a third conduit penetrating the base, a power needle is inserted inside the third conduit, and a third insulating sleeve is provided inside the third conduit, the third insulating sleeve being movably sleeved on the power needle.
