Abstract

A smart refrigerated food preservation pan includes an upper shell, a lower shell, an upper cover, a movable inner pot, and a refrigeration device. The upper shell includes an outer wall and an inner wall to define an insulated space. A receiving groove is formed inside the lower shell. The movable inner pot can be placed inside the upper shell. The refrigeration device includes a mounting bracket, a coil evaporator, a compressor, a condenser, a throttling valve, and a processor. The mounting bracket is installed on the bottom side of the receiving groove. The coil evaporator, compressor, condenser, and throttling valve are connected by copper pipes. The coil evaporator surrounds the outer surface of the inner wall of the upper shell. The compressor, condenser, and throttling valve are mounted on the mounting bracket and together with the coil evaporator constitute the refrigeration device. The processor is electrically connected to the coil evaporator, compressor, condenser, and throttling valve to control the operation of the refrigeration device.

Claims

1. A smart refrigerated food preservation pan, comprising: an upper shell, including an outer wall and an inner wall to define an insulated space; a lower shell, the interior of which forms a receiving groove; an upper cover for sealing the upper opening of the upper shell; a movable inner pot, including an inner pot side wall and an inner pot bottom wall, and movably inserted into the inner side of the upper shell; a refrigeration device, including a mounting bracket, a coil evaporator, a compressor, a condenser, a throttling valve, and a processor, and mounted on the bottom side of the receiving groove; and a temperature sensor electrically connected to the processor, disposed between the outer wall and the inner wall, and adjacent to the inner wall, for sensing the temperature of the coil evaporator; for controlling the flow rate of the throttling valve according to a temperature threshold, so that the coil evaporator is continuously maintained at a low temperature; wherein... The coil evaporator, compressor, condenser, and expansion valve are connected in sequence by metal conduits. The coil evaporator surrounds the outer surface of the inner wall. The compressor, condenser, and expansion valve are mounted on the mounting bracket. The processor is electrically connected to the coil evaporator, compressor, condenser, and expansion valve to control the operation of the refrigeration unit. When the temperature of the coil evaporator rises to the threshold, the temperature sensor sends a temperature sensing signal to the processor, causing the processor to send a control signal to the expansion valve. When the temperature of the coil evaporator falls below the threshold, the temperature sensor stops sending the temperature sensing signal, causing the processor to stop sending the control signal and returning the expansion valve to a preset state.

2. The intelligent refrigerated and fresh-keeping pot as described in claim 1, wherein the movable inner pot further includes an inner pot flange that can be engaged with the inner upper edge of the upper shell.

3. The intelligent refrigerated and fresh-keeping pot as claimed in claim 1, wherein the upper shell further includes a bottom wall, and the bottom wall of the movable inner pot is in close contact with the upper surface of the bottom wall of the upper shell.

4. The intelligent refrigerated food preservation pot as described in claim 1 further includes a heat insulation material layer disposed in a surrounding manner between the outer wall and the evaporator.

5. The intelligent refrigerated and fresh-keeping pot as described in claim 2 further includes a bottom plate having a plurality of heat dissipation holes.

6. The intelligent refrigerated food preservation pan as described in claim 5 further includes a row of hot air fans disposed below the condenser and adjacent to a plurality of heat dissipation holes on the base plate.

7. The intelligent refrigerated food preservation pan as described in claim 5 further includes a row of hot air fans disposed above the condenser.

8. The intelligent refrigerated food preservation pot as described in claim 6 or 7 further includes a drain pipe and a drain outlet, the drain pipe being disposed below the evaporator and the drain outlet being disposed on one side of the base plate, and the drain pipe being connected to the drain outlet for discharging water generated by the evaporator into the lower housing.

9. The intelligent refrigerated and preserved food pan as described in claim 8 further includes a plurality of feet disposed on the bottom surface of the base plate.

10. The intelligent refrigerated and fresh-keeping pan as described in claim 1 further includes a buffer sealing ring disposed between the upper shell and the lower shell.
