Abstract
Claims
1. A tool-free rivet gun with replaceable grippers, comprising: a main unit having an assembly space therein and a through-hole at its front end; a rivet pulling mechanism disposed within the assembly space of the main unit; a screw disposed at the front end of the rivet pulling mechanism, which can pass through the through-hole and reciprocate; a through-groove formed within the screw; an elastic element and a push head disposed within the through-groove; a locking unit sleeved on the front end of the screw and movable along the axial direction of the screw; a locking portion disposed at the front end of the locking unit; a sleeve disposed at the front end of the screw and rotatable with the screw; a chamber disposed within the sleeve communicating with the through-groove; an overlapping portion formed at the rear end of the sleeve, the overlapping portion being locked by the locking portion and unable to detach from the screw; and a gripper assembly sleeved within the chamber of the sleeve, the push head driving the gripper assembly to move within the chamber.
2. The rivet gun as described in claim 1, wherein: The screw has a connecting sleeve at its front end, a flange protruding around its circumference, and a threaded portion at its front end. The locking unit is located between the flange and the threaded portion and can move axially in the connecting sleeve. The sleeve has a threaded portion at its end, which is screwed onto the threaded portion at the front end of the connecting sleeve, and the locking portion can be locked into the overlapping portion.

The rivet gun as described in claim 2, wherein: An elastic element is provided between the flange and the snap-fit unit, so that the snap-fit unit can generate a forward thrust; the connecting sleeve is provided with a groove, and a slider is provided radially inside the snap-fit unit. The slider can slide in the groove, so that the movement position of the snap-fit unit can be restricted.
4. The rivet gun as described in claim 1, wherein: The screw has a sleeve at its front end, a shoulder at its rear end, and a threaded part at its front end. The locking unit is fitted onto the sleeve and located between the shoulder and the threaded part, and the locking unit can move axially on the sleeve. The sleeve has a threaded part at its end of its chamber, which is screwed onto the threaded part at the front end of the sleeve, and the locking part can be locked into the overlapping part.

The rivet gun as described in claim 4, wherein: An elastic element is provided between the shoulder and the locking unit, so that the locking unit can generate a forward thrust; a sliding groove is provided on the sleeve, and a slider is provided radially inside the locking unit. The slider can slide in the sliding groove, so that the movement position of the locking unit can be restricted.

A rivet gun as described in any one of claims 1 to 5, wherein: The snap-fit part of the snap-fit unit consists of several protrusions, and the overlapping part of the sleeve consists of several grooves; the protrusions are embedded into the grooves, so that the sleeve cannot rotate relative to the snap-fit unit.

A rivet gun as described in any one of claims 1 to 5, wherein: The snap-fit part of the snap-fit unit is a polygonal groove, and the overlapping part of the sleeve is a polygonal insert; the polygonal groove is embedded into the polygonal insert, so that the sleeve cannot rotate relative to the snap-fit unit.
8. The rivet gun as described in claim 1, wherein: It also includes an outer sleeve with a receiving space inside. The receiving space has open ends at both the front and rear ends. The rear end of the outer sleeve is connected to the front end of the main unit. The snap-fit unit and the sleeve are covered in the receiving space. A guide head is provided on the open end side of the front end of the outer sleeve.
9. The rivet gun as described in claim 8, wherein: The main unit has a threaded part inside the outlet, and the outer sleeve has a threaded part at the rear end, so that the outer sleeve can be screwed into the outlet.

A cover has a cover hole in the center and a positioning pin is provided on the cover. The outer sleeve is located outside the outlet of the main unit, and the positioning rib coincides with the connecting rib. The cover hole of the cover is fitted onto the outer sleeve, and the positioning pin is engaged with the positioning rib and the connecting rib.
