Abstract
Description
Technical Field
[0001] This invention provides a finger-worn stabilizing structure and a finger-worn device, particularly a finger-worn stabilizing structure and a finger-worn device that prevents the finger from rotating or shaking after being worn. Prior Technology
[0002] A finger-worn device is an electronic device worn by wrapping a strap around the finger. Finger-worn devices can be equipped with electronic devices (such as scanners) and are widely used in industries such as medical institutions, logistics warehousing, and retail. Wearing a finger-worn device frees up the hands to perform multiple tasks simultaneously, thus increasing convenience during work.
[0003] However, the weight of the electronic components in a finger-worn device is often much greater than the base of the device, causing it to rotate or wobble on the user's finger when worn. Furthermore, since different users have different finger sizes, webbing is needed to adjust the size to fit the user. To prevent the device from rotating or wobble, users tighten the webbing to secure it, but this increases discomfort in the user's fingers.
[0004] Therefore, how to provide a finger-worn device that improves the stability of use and increases user comfort remains a commercially valuable industry demand in the current market. Summary of the Invention
[0005] One embodiment of the present invention provides a finger-worn stabilizing structure, comprising a body and a carrier member. The body has a bearing surface and an outer annular surface, and includes a first end, a second end, a stop portion, and a through hole. The first end and the second end are separate from each other. The stop portion is disposed on the outer annular surface and adjacent to the second end. The through hole extends through the second end. The carrier member is integrally connected to the first end, wherein the carrier member has a first surface and a second surface, the first surface being connected to the outer annular surface, and the second surface being connected to the bearing surface. The body and the carrier member are connected to define a finger accommodating space, the second surface and the bearing surface surround the finger accommodating space, and the carrier member and the second end are separate from each other to form an opening.
[0006] Another embodiment of the present invention provides a finger-worn device comprising a finger-worn stabilizing structure as described in the preceding embodiment, a base, and an electronic device. The base is disposed on the first surface of a support member and includes a first connecting portion, a second connecting portion, a fastener, and a strap. The first connecting portion and the second connecting portion are located on opposite sides of the base, with the second connecting portion closer to the first end of the body. The fastener connects to the first connecting portion. The strap connects to the second connecting portion, wherein the strap extends from the first end of the body along the outer circumferential surface of the body and passes through a perforation, and one end of the strap is detachably connected to the fastener. The electronic device is disposed on the base.
[0007] Therefore, by including a body and a support member in the finger-worn stabilizing structure of the present invention, and the body including a first end, a second end, a resting part, and a perforation, and defining a finger accommodating space by connecting the body and the support member, the comfort of the user when wearing the finger-worn stabilizing structure and the finger-worn device of the present invention can be increased. Furthermore, by including the finger-worn stabilizing structure of the present invention in the finger-worn device of the present invention and fixing the finger-worn stabilizing structure of the present invention with a strap, the user's fingers can be prevented from shaking the finger-worn device during movement, thereby improving the stability of the finger-worn device of the present invention. Simple Explanation of the Diagram
[0008] To make the above and other objects, features, advantages and embodiments of the present invention more apparent and understandable, the accompanying drawings are described below: Figure 1 is a schematic diagram illustrating a finger-worn stabilizing structure according to an embodiment of the present invention; Figure 2 is another schematic diagram illustrating the finger-type stabilizing structure in Figure 1; Figure 3 is a side view of the finger-type stabilizing structure shown in Figure 1; Figure 4 is a schematic diagram illustrating a finger-worn device according to another embodiment of the present invention; and Figure 5 illustrates the user wearing the finger-worn device shown in Figure 4. Implementation
[0009] Please refer to Figures 1 and 2. Figure 1 is a schematic diagram illustrating a finger-worn stabilizing structure 100 according to an embodiment of the present invention, and Figure 2 is another schematic diagram illustrating the finger-worn stabilizing structure 100 of Figure 1. The finger-worn stabilizing structure 100 includes a body 110 and a carrier member 120.
[0010] The body 110 has a support surface 111 and an outer ring surface 112. As shown in Figure 1, the support surface 111 can be an arc-shaped surface, and the outer ring surface 112 can also be an arc-shaped surface. When a user wears the finger-worn stabilizing structure 100 of the present invention, since the user's finger has an arc and can conform to the arc of the support surface 111, the fit of the user's finger when wearing the finger-worn stabilizing structure 100 of the present invention can be increased. Furthermore, there can be a thickness between the support surface 111 and the outer ring surface 112, thereby increasing the durability of the finger-worn stabilizing structure 100 of the present invention.
[0011] Furthermore, the material of the finger-worn stabilizing structure 100 can be a flexible material, which can be appropriately deformed to accommodate the size of different users' fingers, thereby increasing the application range of the finger-worn stabilizing structure 100 of the present invention, but the present invention is not limited thereto.
[0012] The body 110 includes a first end 113, a second end 114, a stop portion 115, and a through hole 116. The first end 113 and the second end 114 are separate from each other. The stop portion 115 is disposed on the outer annular surface 112 and adjacent to the second end 114. The through hole 116 passes through the second end 114. As shown in Figure 1, the stop portion 115 can be integrally connected to the second end 114, while the first end 113 is located on the side of the body 110 that is different from the second end 114, so that when the body 110 is viewed from the side, the thickness at the second end 114 is thicker and the thickness at the first end 113 is thinner. When a user wears the finger-worn stabilizing structure 100 of the present invention, the second end 114 and the abutment portion 115 will be located between two adjacent fingers of the user, wherein the second end 114 will be in contact with one finger, and the abutment portion 115 will be in contact with the other finger, while the first end 113 is used to support the finger in contact with the second end 114. This can effectively separate the user's adjacent fingers, thereby increasing the flexibility of wearing the finger-worn stabilizing structure 100 of the present invention with a single finger, and reducing the discomfort caused by friction between two fingers. However, the present invention is not limited thereto.
[0013] The carrier 120 is integrally connected to the first end 113 of the body 110. The carrier 120 has a first surface 121 and a second surface 122. The first surface 121 is connected to the outer annular surface 112, and the second surface 122 is connected to the bearing surface 111. As shown in Figures 1 and 2, the carrier 120 can be an arc-shaped sheet structure, and the area of the carrier 120 can be greater than or equal to the area of the body 110. In this way, the carrier 120 can cover the user's finger wearing the finger-worn stabilizing structure 100 of the present invention, and can increase the contact area of the item attached to the carrier 120, thereby increasing the user's comfort when wearing the finger-worn stabilizing structure 100 of the present invention and increasing the load-bearing stability of the finger-worn stabilizing structure 100 of the present invention. However, the present invention is not limited thereto.
[0014] Furthermore, the body 110 is connected to the support member 120 to define a finger receiving space 130, the second surface 122 and the bearing surface 111 surround the finger receiving space 130, and the support member 120 and the second end 114 are separated from each other to form an opening 140.
[0015] Furthermore, the main body 110 may further include a strap receiving groove 117, which is disposed on the outer annular surface 112. The strap receiving groove 117 extends from the first end 113 to the second end 114 and communicates with the through hole 116. In detail, the strap receiving groove 117 is recessed from the outer annular surface 112 toward the bearing surface 111, and as shown in Figure 2, the strap receiving groove 117 may be an elongated groove to accommodate long items such as straps, chains, or ropes. Furthermore, since the strap receiving groove 117 communicates with the through hole 116, straps, chains, or ropes can be accommodated in the strap receiving groove 117 and pass through the through hole 116, and can be connected to the support member 120 to fix the finger-worn stabilizing structure 100 of the present invention. Furthermore, the size of the belt receiving groove 117 can be adjusted as needed to increase the adaptability of the belt receiving groove 117, but the present invention is not limited thereto.
[0016] Furthermore, the main body 110 may further include a stop member 118, which is disposed on the outer ring surface 112 and located between the belt receiving groove 117 and the abutment portion 115. Specifically, the stop member 118 may be integrally connected to the abutment portion 115 to support the user's other finger, and the stop member 118 may be a one-piece structure. Furthermore, a clamping space 150 may be provided between the stop member 118 and the belt receiving groove 117, and the clamping space 150 is located between the user's two fingers to increase the stability of the main body 110. When the user applies force to the stop member 118 with their finger, the clamping space 150 prevents the stop member 118 from squeezing the belt receiving groove 117, thus avoiding damage to the component. However, the invention is not limited thereto.
[0017] As shown in Figures 1 and 2, when a user wears the finger-worn stabilizing structure 100 of the present invention, the user's finger is located in the finger-accommodating space 130, and the body 110 and the support member 120 surround the finger. Furthermore, the opening 140 can be adjusted appropriately according to the size of the user's finger. For example, when a user wears gloves, the diameter of the finger after being gloved is larger than the size of the finger without gloves. At the same time, since the material of the finger-worn stabilizing structure 100 of the present invention is flexible, the body 110 and the support member 120 have a repositionable deformable effect. Therefore, the size of the opening 140 will change accordingly according to the distance between the second end 114 of the body 110 and the support member 120, thus making it suitable for fixing fingers of different sizes, thereby increasing the comfort and application range of the finger-worn stabilizing structure 100 of the present invention.
[0018] Please refer to Figure 3, which is a side view of the finger-worn stabilizing structure 100 shown in Figure 1. Specifically, the abutment portion 115 has an arcuate surface 119 located on the side of the abutment portion 115 opposite to the finger-accommodating space 130, and the arcuate surface 119 corresponds to a circumferential angle α of 45 to 55 degrees. Specifically, as shown in Figure 3, the reference circle 160 formed by the black dashed lines corresponds to the circumferential angle α, and the arcuate surface 119 is a part of the circumference of the reference circle 160. The second end 114 and the stop member 118 extend in a direction different from the arcuate surface 119 to form two chords of the reference circle 160 (as shown by the straight dashed lines in Figure 3). These two chords intersect the reference circle 160 at an intersection point, and the angle formed by the two chords and the intersection point is the circumferential angle α. Therefore, by having an arcuate surface 119 on the abutment portion 115 and having a circumferential angle α satisfying 45 to 55 degrees, the comfort of the other finger abutting the abutment portion 115 can be increased when the user wears the finger-type stabilizing structure 100 of the present invention, but the present invention is not limited thereto.
[0019] Referring again to Figures 1 and 3, a first line 142 is defined between the second end 114 of the main body 110 and a center point 141 of the finger accommodating space 130. A second line 143 is defined between the end of the carrier 120 near the second end 114 and the center point 141 of the finger accommodating space 130. An angle θ is formed between the first line 142 and the second line 143, and the angle θ is between 30 and 40 degrees. As shown in Figure 3, the angle θ between the first line 142 and the second line 143 corresponds to the size of the opening 140. By limiting the size of the angle θ, the finger can be fixed within an appropriate angle range, and the probability of the finger-worn stabilizing structure 100 falling off the finger or rotating on the finger due to an excessively large opening 140 can be reduced. However, the present invention is not limited thereto.
[0020] Please refer to Figure 4, which is a schematic diagram illustrating a finger-worn device 200 according to another embodiment of the present invention. The finger-worn device 200 includes a finger-worn stabilizing structure 210, a base 220, and an electronic device 230. The finger-worn stabilizing structure 210 is the same as the finger-worn stabilizing structure 100 described above, and uses the same components. For details, please refer to the previous paragraph, and it will not be repeated here.
[0021] The base 220 is disposed on the first surface 213 of the support member 211. The base 220 includes a first connecting portion 221, a second connecting portion 222, a fastener 223, and a strap 224. The first connecting portion 221 and the second connecting portion 222 are located on opposite sides of the base 220, and the second connecting portion 222 is close to the first end 214 of the body 212. As shown in Figure 4, the base 220 can have the same curvature as the first surface 213 of the support member 211 and can fit together to increase the contact area between the finger-worn stabilizing structure 210 and the base 220, thereby increasing the stability of the base 220 disposed on the support member 211.
[0022] Fastener 223 connects to the first connecting part 221. Strap 224 connects to the second connecting part 222, wherein strap 224 extends from the first end 214 of body 212 along the outer annular surface 216 of body 212 and passes through the through hole 217, and one end of strap 224 is detachably connected to fastener 223. Specifically, fastener 223 is used to fix strap 224, and the length of strap 224 surrounding the finger-wearing stabilizing structure 210 can be adjusted according to the size of the finger-accommodating space 240 of the finger-wearing stabilizing structure 210, thereby increasing the applicability of the finger-wearing device 200 of the present invention. Furthermore, the material of strap 224 can be an elastic material to increase the user's comfort during prolonged use of the finger-wearing device 200 of the present invention, but the present invention is not limited thereto.
[0023] Electronic device 230 is disposed on base 220. Specifically, electronic device 230 may be a scanner, display, etc., but the present invention is not limited thereto. By disposing of different electronic devices 230 on base 220 and connecting the finger-worn stabilizing structure 210 to base 220, the functional versatility of the finger-worn device 200 of the present invention can be improved, thereby increasing the application breadth of the finger-worn device 200 of the present invention.
[0024] Furthermore, the finger-worn device 200 may further include a fixing member (not shown). The fixing member is located between the finger-worn stabilizing structure 210 and the base 220. Specifically, the fixing member may be an adhesive material to bond the finger-worn stabilizing structure 210 and the base 220, thereby increasing the stability of the finger-worn device 200 of the present invention and reducing the probability of shaking when the user wears the finger-worn device 200 of the present invention. Furthermore, the fixing member may also be a removable component, such as Velcro, snap fasteners, etc., to replace the adhesive finger-worn stabilizing structure 210 of different sizes, thereby increasing the application range of the finger-worn device 200 of the present invention, but the present invention is not limited thereto.
[0025] Please refer to Figures 4 and 5. Figure 5 shows the user wearing the finger-worn device 200 of Figure 4. As shown in Figure 5, when the user wears the finger-worn device 200 of the present invention, the finger-worn stabilizing structure 210 is first placed on the user's finger 10, so that the finger 10 enters the finger receiving space 240. Then, the strap 224 of the base 220 is inserted from the first end 214 of the body 212 along the outer ring surface 216 of the body 212 into the through hole 217. At this time, the strap 224 will be received in the strap receiving groove (not shown) of the body 212, and the strap 224 can be adjusted by the fastener 223 to make the strap 224 suitable for the size of different users' fingers. At this time, the abutment portion 219 and the second end portion 215 of the main body 212 will be located between the user's fingers 10 and 20, thereby reducing friction between the fingers 10 and 20. The stop member 218 of the main body 212 will support one side of the finger 20 to fix the position of the fingers 10 and 20, thereby reducing friction caused when the fingers 10 and 20 exert force on each other. Furthermore, when the user wears thick equipment such as gloves, by adjusting the material of the finger-worn stabilizing structure 210 and the strap 224 and buckle 223, the user can also wear the finger-worn device 200 of the present invention while wearing gloves, thereby increasing the application breadth of the finger-worn device 200 of the present invention, but the present invention is not limited thereto.
[0026] In summary, the advantages of the finger-worn stabilizing structure and device of the present invention are as follows: First, the finger-worn stabilizing structure of the present invention is made of a flexible material and includes a body and a support member. The body and support member are connected around each other to form a finger-accommodating space and an opening, thus covering the user's fingers and improving the user's comfort when wearing the finger-worn stabilizing structure. Second, by including a stop and a backing part in the body, when the user wears the finger-worn stabilizing structure, adjacent fingers can be effectively separated and fixed, reducing discomfort from friction between the fingers and damage to components. Third, by using the angle formed by the first and second connecting lines to determine the size of the opening, it can accommodate different finger sizes, thereby increasing the applicability of the finger-worn stabilizing structure. Fourth, by defining the circumferential angle of the arc surface, the contact area between the finger-worn stabilizing structure and the user's fingers can be increased, thereby increasing the fit and comfort of the finger-worn stabilizing structure. Fifth, by including the finger-worn stabilizing structure, base, and electronic device of the present invention in the finger-worn device, the finger-worn stabilizing structure of the present invention can be stably connected to the base, and the finger-worn stabilizing structure of the present invention can be fixed by the strap, so as to avoid the shaking of the finger-worn device of the present invention when the user moves, thereby increasing the stability of the finger-worn device of the present invention.
