Abstract
Claims
1. A circuit board handling device suitable for handling a plurality of circuit boards, each circuit board having an upper edge and a lower edge, the circuit board handling device comprising: a frame defining an internal space; a plurality of support units disposed on the frame and arranged in a front-back direction; and a plurality of clamping units, each clamping unit being used to clamp the upper edge of a corresponding circuit board and place it in the corresponding support unit, such that the corresponding circuit board is accommodated in the internal space.
2. The circuit board handling apparatus as described in claim 1, wherein, The frame includes two side frames located on opposite sides of the interior space along a left-right direction that intersects the front-back direction. Each load-bearing unit includes two support members respectively disposed on the side frames and spaced apart along the left-right direction. Each clamping unit includes an upper crossbar extending along the left-right direction and at least one upper clamp disposed on the upper crossbar for clamping the circuit board. Each upper crossbar has two upper ends disposed opposite along the left-right direction for abutting against the upper ends of the support members of the corresponding load-bearing unit.
3. The circuit board handling apparatus as described in claim 2, wherein, Each support member has a track extending in a vertical direction that intersects the front-back direction and the left-right direction, and a support portion disposed at the top of the track for supporting the corresponding upper end. The circuit board transport device also includes a plurality of counterweight units, each of which is used to clamp the lower edge of the corresponding circuit board and can move along the corresponding two tracks.
4. The circuit board handling apparatus as described in claim 3, wherein, Each of the counterweight units includes a lower crossbar extending in the left-right direction and at least one lower clamp disposed on the lower crossbar for holding the circuit board. Each of the lower crossbars has two lower ends disposed opposite to each other in the left-right direction and respectively movable along the two corresponding tracks.
5. The circuit board handling apparatus as claimed in claim 4, wherein, Each of the lower clamps has two elastic portions arranged along the front-back direction, two clamping portions respectively connected to the elastic portions and used to clamp the circuit board, and two hook portions respectively connected to the clamping portions. The two hook portions of each lower clamp extend outward and downward in opposite directions.
6. The circuit board handling apparatus as claimed in claim 2, wherein, Each of the support members has a bearing portion for abutting one of the upper ends of the corresponding upper crossbar, and each upper crossbar also has two stops respectively disposed at the upper ends, and each bearing portion is used to restrict the movement of the corresponding stop portion toward the inside of the frame.
7. The circuit board handling apparatus as claimed in claim 6, wherein, Each of the bearings has an upward-facing lateral guide surface that extends obliquely in the left-right direction away from the other bearing.
8. The circuit board handling apparatus as claimed in claim 2, wherein, Each of the support members has a bearing portion for the upper end of the corresponding upper crossbar to abut against, and two limiting portions located on opposite sides of the corresponding bearing portion along the front-back direction, each limiting portion being used to restrict the movement of the corresponding upper end along the front-back direction.
9. The circuit board handling apparatus as claimed in claim 8, wherein, Each of the limiting parts has a longitudinal guide surface that extends upward and in a direction away from the corresponding limiting part.
10. The circuit board handling apparatus as claimed in claim 1, wherein, Each clamping unit has at least one upper clamp for clamping the circuit board. Each upper clamp has two elastic portions arranged along the front-back direction, two clamping portions respectively connected to the elastic portions and used to clamp the circuit board, and two hook portions respectively connected to the clamping portions. The two hook portions of each upper clamp extend outward and upward in the opposite direction.
