Abstract

The curtain track assembly for quick installation and positioning of this invention includes: a connector with a threaded hole; an adjusting screw with a screw section, the adjusting screw being screwed into the threaded hole of the connector, an adjusting part on one side of the adjusting screw, and a recessed hole on the adjusting screw, the recessed hole being divided from the outside to the inside into a first section with a larger diameter and a second section with a smaller diameter, the junction of the first section and the second section forming a first shoulder surface; a clamping member with a long rod-shaped body, a hook at one end of the body and a clamping disc at the other end, the body being divided into a connecting section with a smaller outer diameter and a through section with a larger outer diameter, the junction of the connecting section and the through section forming a shoulder surface, the connecting section passing through the recessed hole of the adjusting screw; and a spring sleeved on the connecting section.

Claims

1. A quick-installation and positioning curtain track assembly, comprising: a connector having a threaded hole; an adjusting screw having a screw section having an external thread, the adjusting screw engaging the screw section in the threaded hole of the connector, the adjusting screw having an adjusting portion on one side of the screw section, the adjusting screw having a recessed hole, the recessed hole being recessed from the outer end face of the adjusting portion along the long axis of the adjusting screw toward the screw section, and the recessed hole being divided from the outside to the inside into a first section with a larger diameter and a second section with a smaller diameter, the junction of the first section and the second section forming a first shoulder surface; A clamping member has a long rod-shaped body with a hook at one end and a clamping disc at the other end. The clamping disc has an abutment surface on one side. The body is divided into a connecting section with a smaller outer diameter and a through section with a larger outer diameter from the hook towards the clamping disc. A shoulder surface is formed at the junction of the connecting section and the through section. The clamping member is inserted into the recess of the adjusting screw with one end of the hook. A spring is fitted onto the connecting section of the clamping member body, with one end of the spring abutting against the shoulder surface and the other end abutting against the recess of the adjusting screw.

The quick-installation and positioning curtain track assembly as described in claim 1, wherein the recess is divided from the outside to the inside into a first segment with a larger aperture, a second segment with a smaller aperture, and a third segment with the smallest aperture, the junction of the first segment and the second segment forms the first shoulder surface, and the junction of the second segment and the third segment forms the second shoulder surface.

The quick-installation and positioning curtain track assembly as described in claim 2, wherein the clamping member has one end of the hook inserted into the recess of the adjusting screw, and the hook passes through the third section of the recess and abuts against one end face of the third section.

The quick-installation and positioning curtain track assembly as described in claim 3, wherein the spring is fitted onto the connecting section of the clamping member body such that one end of the spring abuts against the shoulder surface and the other end abuts against the second shoulder surface of the adjusting screw recess.

5. The quick-installation and positioning curtain track assembly as described in claim 3, wherein the outer diameter of the adjustment section is larger than the outer diameter of the screw section.

6. The quick-installation and positioning curtain track assembly as described in claim 1 further includes a bearing fitted onto the connecting section of the clamping member body, and one side of the bearing abutting against the shoulder surface.

The quick-installation and positioning curtain track assembly as described in claim 6, wherein the recess is divided from the outside to the inside into a first segment with a larger aperture, a second segment with a smaller aperture, and a third segment with the smallest aperture, the junction of the first segment and the second segment forms the first shoulder surface, and the junction of the second segment and the third segment forms the second shoulder surface.

The quick-installation and positioning curtain track assembly as described in claim 7, wherein the spring is fitted onto the connecting section of the clamping member body such that one end of the spring abuts against the bearing and the other end abuts against the second shoulder surface of the adjusting screw recess.

The quick-installation and positioning curtain track assembly as described in claim 8, wherein the clamping member has one end of the hook inserted into the recess of the adjusting screw, and the hook passes through a third section of the recess and abuts against one end face of the third section.

The quick-installation and positioning curtain track assembly as described in claim 9, wherein the spring is a threaded spring, the inner diameter of the spring is larger than the diameter of the bearing bore of the bearing, and the outer diameter of the spring is smaller than the diameter of the second section of the recess, so that the spring can abut against the second shoulder surface and the bearing.
