Abstract
Claims
1. A type of planar measuring jig, including: A body having a positioning part and a sensor mounting part, the positioning part having a first surface, a second surface and a third surface, the first surface being opposite to the second surface and the third surface connecting the first surface and the second surface, the first surface having a positioning protrusion, and the sensor mounting part being located on the second surface; a limiting member detachably disposed on the positioning part, a side hanging groove being formed between the limiting member and the positioning protrusion, and the side of the side hanging groove near the third surface having an opening; and a fall protection member detachably disposed on the third surface and covering the opening.
2. The planar measuring fixture as claimed in claim 1, wherein the positioning protrusion has an abutment surface facing away from the first surface, the fall arrestor has a side surface, and the side surface and the abutment surface are located on the same side of the planar measuring fixture, the side surface being flush with or recessed into the abutment surface.
3. The planar measuring fixture as claimed in claim 1, wherein the sensor mounting portion has a fourth surface, a fifth surface and a sensor mounting hole, the fourth surface and the third surface facing the same direction, and the fifth surface facing away from the fourth surface, and the sensor mounting hole passing through the fourth surface and the fifth surface.
4. The planar measuring fixture as described in claim 3 further includes a locking fastener, wherein the sensor mounting portion further has a sixth surface located between the fourth surface and the fifth surface, and has a locking hole extending to the sensor mounting hole, the locking fastener being detachably disposed in the locking hole.
5. The planar measuring fixture as described in claim 4 further includes a fastening sleeve, wherein the fastening sleeve is detachably disposed within the sensor mounting hole.
6. The planar measuring fixture as described in claim 5, wherein the material of the fastening sleeve includes metal.
7. The planar measuring fixture as described in claim 5, wherein an outer diameter of the fastening sleeve is larger than the diameter of a sensor mounting hole.
8. The planar measuring fixture as claimed in claim 7, wherein the fastening sleeve has two ends and a cutting slit, the two ends being opposite to each other, and the cutting slit extending from one of the ends to the other end.
9. The planar measuring fixture as described in claim 8, wherein the cutting slit is misaligned with the locking hole.
10. The planar measuring fixture as claimed in claim 1 further includes a fastener, wherein the positioning portion further has a locking surface located between the first surface and the second surface and connected to the third surface, the limiting member is detachably disposed on the locking surface, and the fastener is detachably disposed through the limiting member and the locking surface.
