Abstract

A rapid pressing fixture for self-adhesive steel sheets is disclosed, suitable for hot pressing multiple self-adhesive steel sheets stacked along a parallel centerline. The fixture includes a base, a top seat adapted to connect a drive unit and movable between a standby position and a working position, multiple pressing units, and multiple isolation layers. The base includes multiple seat bodies and multiple fixing members. Each seat body has a bottom wall forming multiple first extensions, a surrounding wall, and a top wall defining a chamber. Each pressing unit includes a top abutment wall and multiple second extensions. Each isolation layer includes a first gasket and a second gasket that adheres to the surface of the self-adhesive steel sheet when the top seat moves to the working position. By synchronously adhering the second gaskets to the surface of the self-adhesive steel sheet, the self-adhesive steel sheets can be uniformly pressed.

Claims

1. A self-adhesive steel sheet rapid pressing fixture, suitable for hot pressing multiple self-adhesive steel sheets stacked sequentially downward along a center line, and comprising: a base including multiple interconnected seats and multiple fixing members respectively disposed on the seats and extending in a direction parallel to the center line for positioning and heating the self-adhesive steel sheets, each seat having a bottom wall forming multiple first extensions extending upward along the center line, a surrounding wall extending upward from the bottom wall, and a top wall connected to the surrounding wall and disposed above the bottom wall, defining together with the bottom wall and the surrounding wall a chamber for arranging the first extensions; a top seat disposed above the base and adapted to connect a drive unit, and movable relative to the base along a direction parallel to the center line between a standby position away from the base and a working position close to the base under the control of the drive unit. Multiple pressing units are connected to the top seat at equal intervals. Each pressing unit includes a top abutment wall connected to the top seat and a plurality of second extension members extending downward along the top abutment wall in a direction parallel to the center line. Multiple isolation layers are disposed between the base and the top seat. Each isolation layer includes a first gasket disposed on the corresponding top wall and fitted onto the corresponding fastener and flush with the surface of the self-adhesive steel sheet, and a second gasket disposed above the first gasket and flush with the surface of the self-adhesive steel sheet when the top seat moves to the working position.

2. The self-adhesive steel sheet quick-pressing fixture as claimed in claim 1 further includes a plurality of chambers disposed on the base corresponding to the chambers, and cooling pipes for activation when the top seat moves to the standby position.

3. The self-adhesive steel sheet rapid pressing fixture as described in claim 1, wherein, Each of the top walls forms a plurality of through holes for the first extensions to extend out, and each of the first gaskets forms a plurality of first holes that are aligned with the through holes.

4. The self-adhesive steel sheet rapid pressing fixture as described in claim 1, wherein, Each of the second gaskets forms a plurality of second holes for the second extensions to pass through.

5. The self-adhesive steel sheet quick-pressing fixture as claimed in claim 1, wherein the self-adhesive steel sheet forms a pre-riveting section extending parallel to the center line and suitable for riveting, wherein, Each of the fasteners has a protrusion that engages with the pre-riveted section.

6. The self-adhesive steel sheet rapid pressing fixture as described in claim 5, wherein, Each of the first gaskets forms a first positioning groove for aligning the protrusion.

7. The self-adhesive steel sheet rapid pressing fixture as described in claim 5, wherein, Each of the second pads forms a second positioning groove for aligning the protrusion.
