Abstract

This invention relates to an anti-theft device for a water pump engine fuel tank. The device is primarily installed at the fuel tank filling port assembly and comprises a main body and a resilient stop. The main body has upper and lower retaining rings, with a spacer between them. A bottom plate is located at the bottom of the lower retaining ring. All retaining rings and plates have through holes. An outer ring is attached to the outer periphery of the upper retaining ring, and the resilient stop is fitted between the spacer and the outer ring to prevent the main body from being pried out of the fuel tank filling port. Thus, by embedding the main body in the fuel tank filling port, it not only provides fuel for filling but also prevents theft of fuel at the filling port.

Claims

1. An anti-theft device for a water pump engine oil tank, mainly comprising an anti-theft device installed inside the oil filling hole of the oil tank, the anti-theft device comprising: a body, which is correspondingly embedded in the oil filling hole, including an upper retaining ring, a plurality of first through holes distributed on the wall surface of the upper retaining ring, and an outer ring connected to its outer periphery; a partition plate connected to the bottom opening end of the upper retaining ring, the end face of the partition plate having a plurality of second through holes; a lower retaining ring connected below the partition plate, the wall surface of the lower retaining ring having a plurality of third through holes distributed on the wall surface of the lower retaining ring, and a bottom retaining plate connected to the bottom opening end of the lower retaining ring, the end face of the bottom retaining plate having a plurality of fourth through holes communicating to the interior of the oil tank; and an elastic stop member, which is correspondingly sleeved between the partition plate and the outer ring, the elastic stop member being used to confine the body within the oil filling hole.

2. The anti-theft device for the pump engine oil tank as described in claim 1, wherein the outer diameter of the outer ring is smaller than the inner diameter of the end of the oil filling hole opening.

3. The anti-theft device for the pump engine oil tank as described in claim 1 or 2, wherein the diameter of the baffle is larger than that of the upper baffle ring and smaller than the inner diameter of the end of the oil filling hole opening.

4. The anti-theft device for the oil tank of a water pump engine as described in claim 3, wherein the diameter of the resilient stop is larger than the inner diameter of the end of the oil filling hole opening.

5. The anti-theft device for the pump engine oil tank as described in claim 4, wherein the diameter of the lower retaining ring may be the same as or smaller than the diameter of the upper retaining ring.

6. The anti-theft device for the pump engine oil tank as described in claim 5, wherein the second through hole on the baffle plate and the fourth through hole on the bottom baffle plate are misaligned.

7. The anti-theft device for the pump engine oil tank as described in claim 1, wherein the second through hole on the baffle plate and the fourth through hole on the bottom baffle plate are misaligned.

8. The anti-theft device for the pump engine oil tank as described in claim 7, wherein the diameter of the lower retaining ring may be the same as or smaller than the diameter of the upper retaining ring.

9. The anti-theft device for the oil tank of a water pump engine as described in claim 1, wherein the elastic stop can be one of an elastic washer, a spring, a helical spring, or a helical compression spring.
