Abstract

This disclosure provides an interleaved inductor structure comprising a first conductor, a second conductor, and a magnetic material. The first conductor has a first sensing portion and two first extensions disposed along a first direction, with the connection points of the two first extensions and the first sensing portion forming a first angle. The second conductor has a second sensing portion and two second extensions disposed along a second direction, with the connection points of the two second extensions and the second sensing portion forming a second angle. The second sensing portion spans the first sensing portion, and the first and second sensing portions do not directly contact each other. The magnetic material at least collectively covers a portion of both the first and second sensing portions. Therefore, this disclosure achieves a significant reduction in the resistance, mutual inductance, and DC loss of the inductor structure without changing the overall size.
