Cleaning system

Abstract

A cleaning system comprising: a sweeper vehicle that travels along a predetermined path to perform cleaning operations along the path; maintenance equipment installed at a specific location along the path and performing maintenance operations on the sweeper vehicle; and a control device that controls the sweeper vehicle and the maintenance equipment. During the sweeper vehicle's cleaning operations, when the sweeper vehicle's condition meets predetermined maintenance conditions, the control device executes an interruption maintenance control. This interruption maintenance control includes: a first control that interrupts the sweeper vehicle's cleaning operations, moves the sweeper vehicle to a specific location, and then causes the maintenance equipment to perform maintenance operations on the sweeper vehicle; and a second control that, after the first control, moves the sweeper vehicle to the location where the cleaning operations were interrupted (i.e., the interruption position), and restarts the cleaning operations from the interruption position.
