[0030] The transfer device 100 includes a transfer platform 10, a first conveying device 20, a second conveying device 30, a flipping device 40, a discharge conveying device 50, a loading conveying device 60 and a transfer device 70. The first conveying device 20, the second conveying device 30, the flipping device 40, the discharge conveying device 50, the loading conveying device 60 and the transfer device 70 are all arranged on the transfer platform 10, so that the transfer device 100 is centrally arranged.
[0031] The first conveying device 20 is used to convey a first carrier 300 containing a product 200, wherein one side of the product 200 on the first carrier 300 has been processed. In this embodiment, the conveying direction of the first conveying device 20 is along the X-axis direction as shown in Figure 1.
[0032] The second conveying device 30 is disposed correspondingly to the first conveying device 20. The second conveying device 30 is used to convey the second carrier 400 holding the inverted product 200, so as to facilitate processing on the other side of the inverted product 200. In this embodiment, the conveying direction of the second conveying device 30 is along the X-axis direction as shown in Figure 1, and the second conveying device 30 is connected in series with the first conveying device 20. It is understood that in other embodiments, the first conveying device 20 and the second conveying device 30 can be spaced apart, and the conveying direction of the first conveying device 20 and the conveying direction of the second conveying device 30 can also be different. For example, the conveying direction of the first conveying device 20 is along the X-axis direction as shown in Figure 1, and the angle between the conveying direction of the second conveying device 30 and the X-axis direction as shown in Figure 1 can be 45°. The conveying directions of the first conveying device 20 and the second conveying device 30 can be set according to actual conditions and will not be further described in this embodiment of the application.
[0033] The flipping device 40 is disposed in correspondence with the first conveyor 20 and the second conveyor 30. The flipping device 40 is used to remove the product 200 from the first conveyor 20 and flip the product 200. In this embodiment, the flipping device 40 is disposed across the first and second conveyor 20, 30, which are connected in series. The flipping device 40 rotates the product 200 180° about the Y-axis direction as shown in FIG1 to flip the product 200. It will be appreciated that in other embodiments, when the first and second conveyor 20, 30 are spaced apart, the flipping device 40 may be disposed between the first and second conveyor 20, 30, so that the flipping device 40 corresponds to the first and second conveyor 20, 30.
[0034] The unloading conveyor 50 is disposed in correspondence with the first conveyor 20. In this embodiment, the unloading conveyor 50's conveying direction is along the Y-axis as shown in FIG1 , and the unloading conveyor 50 is disposed perpendicular to the first conveyor 20. It is understood that in other embodiments, the angle between the conveying direction of the unloading conveyor 50 and the Y-axis as shown in FIG1 can be 45°. The specific conveying direction of the unloading conveyor 50 can be set according to actual circumstances and will not be further described in this embodiment.
[0035] The loading conveyor 60 is disposed in correspondence with the second conveyor 30 and is used to convey the second carrier 400 to supply the second carrier 400 to the second conveyor 30. In this embodiment, the loading conveyor 60 has a conveying direction along the Y-axis as shown in FIG1 . The loading conveyor 60 and the unloading conveyor 50 are disposed on the same side of the first conveyor 20 and the second conveyor 30 and spaced apart. It is understood that the loading conveyor 60 and the unloading conveyor 50 can also be disposed on different sides of the first conveyor 20 and the second conveyor 30, respectively. The angle between the conveying direction of the loading conveyor 60 and the Y-axis as shown in FIG1 can be 45°. The specific conveying direction of the loading conveyor 60 can be set according to actual conditions and will not be further described in this embodiment of the application.
[0036] The transferring device 70 includes a transferring bracket 72 provided on the transferring platform 10, and a first transferring mechanism 74, a second transferring mechanism 76 and a third transferring mechanism 78 provided on the transferring bracket 72. The first transferring mechanism 74 is arranged corresponding to the first conveying device 20 and the unloading conveying device 50. The first transferring mechanism 74 is used to obtain the first carrier 300 from the first conveying device 20 and transfer it to the unloading conveying device 50. The second transferring mechanism 76 is arranged corresponding to the second conveying device 30 and the loading conveying device 60. The second transferring mechanism 76 is used to obtain the second carrier 400 from the loading conveying device 60 and transfer it to the second conveying device 30. The third transferring mechanism 78 is arranged corresponding to the flipping device 40 and the second conveying device 30. The third transferring mechanism 78 is used to obtain the flipped product 200 from the flipping device 40 and transfer it to the second carrier 400 of the second conveying device 30. In this embodiment, the transfer bracket 72 includes two gantries 722 arranged opposite to each other, and a first mounting plate 724 and a second mounting plate 726 respectively arranged on the two gantries 722, the first transfer mechanism 74 is arranged on the first mounting plate 724, the second transfer mechanism 76 is arranged on the second mounting plate 726, and the third transfer mechanism 78 is arranged across the two gantries 722.
[0037] When the transfer device 100 is in use, the first carrier 300 holding the product 200 is placed on the first conveying device 20, wherein one side of the product 200 on the first carrier 300 has been processed. The second carrier 400 is placed on the loading conveying device 60. The first conveying device 20 conveys the first carrier 300 holding the product 200 to a position corresponding to the turning device 40 and the first transfer mechanism 74. The loading conveying device 60 conveys the second carrier 400 to a position corresponding to the second transfer mechanism 76. The second transfer mechanism 76 obtains the second carrier 400 from the loading conveying device 60 and transfers it to the second conveying device 30. The second conveying device 30 conveys the second carrier 400 to a position corresponding to the third transfer mechanism 78. The second carrier 400 is ready to receive the flipped product 200. The flipping device 40 retrieves the product 200 from the first conveying device 20 and flips it. The third transfer mechanism 78 retrieves the flipped product 200 from the flipping device 40 and transfers it to the second carrier 400 of the second conveying device 30. The second conveying device 30 transports the second carrier 400, which holds the flipped product 200, to, for example, a processing station for processing the other side of the product 200. The first transfer mechanism 74 retrieves the first carrier 300, which has been removed from the first conveying device 20, and transfers it to the unloading conveying device 50. The unloading conveying device 50 transports the first carrier 300 to, for example, a recycling station for reuse. In this manner, the transfer and flipping of the product 200, as well as the recycling of the first carrier 300, are achieved.
[0038] Referring to Figures 4 and 5 , the first conveying device 20 includes a first conveying mechanism 22, a first side-pressing mechanism 24, and a first blocking mechanism 26. The first conveying mechanism 22 is disposed on the transfer platform 10 and is used to convey a first carrier 300 containing products 200. The first side-pressing mechanism 24 is disposed on the first conveying mechanism 22 and is configured to extend toward the first carrier 300 to compress the first carrier 300. The first blocking mechanism 26 is disposed on the first conveying mechanism 22 and is configured to extend away from the transfer platform 10 to block the first carrier 300 containing products 200 being conveyed by the first conveying mechanism 22. In this way, after the first carrier 300 containing the product 200 is placed on the first conveying mechanism 22, the first conveying mechanism 22 conveys the first carrier 300 containing the product 200, and the first blocking mechanism 26 extends in a direction away from the transfer platform 10 to block the first carrier 300 containing the product 200. After blocking the first carrier 300 containing the product 200, the first side pressing mechanism 24 extends toward the first carrier 300 to press the first carrier 300, thereby positioning the first carrier 300 so that the flipping device 40 can accurately obtain the product 200 from the first carrier 300. It is understood that in other embodiments, when the first conveying mechanism 22 has a higher conveying accuracy, for example, when the first conveying mechanism 22 is a linear module, a ball screw structure including a servo motor, etc., due to the higher conveying accuracy of the first conveying mechanism 22, the first conveying mechanism 22 can accurately convey the first carrier 300 holding the product 200 to the position corresponding to the first side pressure mechanism 24. In this case, the first resisting mechanism 26 can also be omitted. The direction away from the transfer platform 10 is the Z-axis direction as shown in Figure 4.
[0039] Specifically, in this embodiment, the first conveying mechanism 22 includes a first conveyor line 222 and a second conveyor line 224. The first conveyor line 222 is arranged on the transfer platform 10, and the second conveyor line 224 is arranged on the transfer platform 10 and is spaced apart from the first conveyor line 222. The distance between the first conveyor line 222 and the second conveyor line 224 is adjustable. The second conveyor line 224 is used to cooperate with the first conveyor line 222 to convey the first carrier 300 for holding the product 200. The number of the first side pressure mechanisms 24 is two. The first conveyor line 222 and the second conveyor line 224 are both provided with a first side pressure mechanism 24. Each first side pressure mechanism 24 extends toward each other along the Y-axis direction as shown in Figure 4 to press the first carrier 300 from the opposite sides of the first carrier 300. There are two first resisting mechanisms 26, each provided on the first conveyor line 222 and the second conveyor line 224. The two first resisting mechanisms 26 are used to resist the first carrier 300 holding the product 200 to maintain the balance of the first carrier 300. It is understood that in other embodiments, there can be only one first resisting mechanism 26, which can be provided on the transfer platform 10 and located between the first conveyor line 222 and the second conveyor line 224.
[0040] The structures of the first conveyor line 222 and the second conveyor line 224 are roughly similar. The first conveyor line 222 and the second conveyor line 224 can be roughly composed of a conveyor frame, a pulley assembly, a belt, a motor and other structures. The specific structure of the first conveyor line 222 and the second conveyor line 224 will not be described in detail in the embodiment of the present application.
[0041] To achieve the effect of adjusting the distance between the first conveyor line 222 and the second conveyor line 224, the first conveyor mechanism 22 also includes a conveyor base 226 and an adjustment rail 228. The conveyor base 226 is located on the side of the second conveyor line 224 facing away from the first conveyor line 222. The adjustment rail 228 slides through the second conveyor line 224 and connects to the first conveyor line 222. The second conveyor line 224 can slide along the adjustment rail 228. In this way, by sliding the second conveyor line 224 on the adjustment rail 228, the distance between the first conveyor line 222 and the second conveyor line 224 can be adjusted, thereby allowing the first conveyor mechanism 22 to transport first carriers 300 of different specifications. It can be understood that in other embodiments, a conveying base 226 can be set on the side of the first conveyor line 222 facing away from the second conveyor line 224 and the side of the second conveyor line 224 facing away from the first conveyor line 222, and the adjusting slide rail 228 slides through the first conveyor line 222 and the second conveyor line 224, and the two ends of the adjusting slide rail 228 are respectively connected to the corresponding conveying base 226. In this way, the first conveyor line 222 and the second conveyor line 224 can both slide on the adjusting slide rail 228 to increase the adjustment range of the first conveyor line 222 and the second conveyor line 224.
[0042] Each first side-pressing mechanism 24 includes a side-pressing mounting seat 242, a side-pressing driver 244, and a side-pressing member 246. The side-pressing mounting seat 242 is disposed on the corresponding first conveyor line 222 or second conveyor line 224. The side-pressing driver 244 is disposed on the side-pressing mounting seat 242. The side-pressing member 246 is connected to the side-pressing driver 244. Under the drive of the side-pressing driver 244, the side-pressing member 246 extends toward the other side-pressing member 246 along the Y-axis direction shown in FIG. 4 to compress the first carrier 300. In this embodiment, the side-pressing driver 244 may be a linear cylinder.
[0043] Each first blocking mechanism 26 includes a blocking mounting base 262, a blocking driver 264, and a blocking member 266. The blocking mounting base 262 is mounted on the corresponding first conveyor line 222 or second conveyor line 224. The blocking driver 264 is mounted on the blocking mounting base 262. The blocking member 266 is connected to the blocking driver 264. Driven by the blocking driver 264, the blocking member 266 extends away from the transfer platform 10 in the Z-axis direction as shown in FIG. 4 to block the first carrier 300. In this embodiment, the blocking member 266 is L-shaped, and the blocking driver 264 can be a linear cylinder.
[0044] To facilitate the first transfer mechanism 74 in removing the first carrier 300 of the product 200 from the first conveyor device 20, the first conveyor device 20 further includes a lifting mechanism 27 and a positioning mechanism 28. The lifting mechanism 27 is disposed on the transfer platform 10 and between the first conveyor line 222 and the second conveyor line 224. The lifting mechanism 27 is used to lift the first carrier 300. The positioning mechanism 28 is disposed on the transfer platform 10 and between the first conveyor line 222 and the second conveyor line 224. The positioning mechanism 28 is disposed adjacent to the lifting mechanism 27 and is used to extend away from the transfer platform 10 to position the first carrier 300. The positioning mechanism 28 cooperates with the lifting mechanism 27 to lift the first carrier 300. In this way, by setting up the above-mentioned lifting mechanism 27 and positioning mechanism 28, the positioning mechanism 28 and the lifting mechanism 27 are synchronously extended in the direction away from the transfer platform 10 to respectively position and lift the first carrier 300. In other embodiments, the lifting mechanism 27 is used to lift the first carrier plate 302, the first cover plate 304 and the product 200 respectively, and lift the first carrier 300 to a position where the first cover plate 304 can be obtained by the first transfer mechanism 74 and the product 200 can be removed by the flipping device 40, and the first carrier plate 302 with the product 200 removed can be accurately transferred to the unloading conveying device 50 by the first transfer mechanism 74. It is understood that in other embodiments, when the first side-pressing mechanism 24 is positioned higher than the first carrier 300, the positioning mechanism 28 and the lifting mechanism 27 can first lift the first carrier 300 containing the product 200 between the two first side-pressing mechanisms 24, and then the two first side-pressing mechanisms 24 can press the first carrier 300. After the first transfer mechanism 74 removes the first cover plate 304 and the flip device 40 removes the product 200 from the first carrier 300 of the first conveying mechanism 22, the two first side-pressing mechanisms 24 release the first carrier plate 302, and the first transfer mechanism 74 then transfers the first carrier plate 302 to the unloading conveying device 50. The present embodiment of the application does not specifically limit the operating sequence of the lifting mechanism 27, the positioning mechanism 28, and the first side-pressing mechanism 24, and the specific sequence can be determined based on actual conditions. In this embodiment, there are two lifting mechanisms 27 and two positioning mechanisms 28. The first conveying device 20 also includes a base plate 29, which is arranged on the transfer platform 10. The two lifting mechanisms 27 are arranged diagonally on the base plate 29, and the two positioning mechanisms 28 are arranged opposite to each other on the base plate 29.Thus, by limiting the number and positional relationship of the lifting mechanisms 27 and positioning mechanisms 28, the lifting mechanisms 27 and positioning mechanisms 28 can ensure the balance of the first carrier 300 when lifting it, preventing the first carrier 300 from tilting. By arranging the lifting mechanisms 27 and positioning mechanisms 28 on the base plate 29, the lifting mechanisms 27 and positioning mechanisms 28 are centrally arranged. In actual use, the need for the lifting mechanisms 27 and positioning mechanisms 28 can be determined based on actual circumstances. In other words, in some embodiments, the lifting mechanisms 27 and positioning mechanisms 28 may be unnecessary or even omitted.
[0045] Each lifting mechanism 27 includes a lifting mounting seat 272 arranged on the base plate 29, a first lifting drive member 274 arranged on the lifting mounting seat 272, a second lifting drive member 276 connected to the first lifting drive member 274, a lifting connecting plate 278 connected to the second lifting drive member 276, and a lifting member 279 connected to the lifting connecting plate 278. The lifting member 279 includes a lifting body 2792 connected to the lifting connecting plate 278, and a first lifting column 2794 and a second lifting column 2796, both of which are arranged on the side of the lifting body 2792 away from the lifting connecting plate 278. The first lifting column 2794 and the second lifting column 2796 are arranged at intervals. The first lifting column 2794 protrudes from the second lifting column 2796 relative to the lifting body 2792. The relative height difference between the first lifting column 2794 and the second lifting column 2796 can be set according to the specifications of the product 200. In this embodiment, the lifting members 279 of the two lifting mechanisms 27 are integrally formed and configured to synchronously move and act on the plurality of products 200 and the plurality of first cover plates 304 carried by the first carrier plate 302. The number of first lifting columns 2794 and the number of second lifting columns 2796 are adaptively set according to the specifications of the products 200 and the first cover plates 304. The specifications of the plurality of first lifting columns 2794 can be the same or different, depending on the actual situation. Referring to FIG. 3 , the first carrier plate 302 is used as an example for illustration. The first carrier plate 302 is provided with first lifting holes 3022 corresponding to the plurality of first lifting columns 2794, second lifting holes 3024 corresponding to the plurality of second lifting columns 2796, and positioning holes 3026 for positioning the first carrier plate 302. The specific structure of the second carrier plate 402 is not further described in this embodiment of the application.
[0046] Each positioning mechanism 28 includes a positioning mounting seat 282 disposed on the base plate 29, a positioning driving member 284 disposed on the positioning mounting seat 282, a positioning connecting member 286 connected to the positioning driving member 284, and a positioning member 288 connected to the positioning connecting member 286. The end of the positioning member 288 away from the positioning connecting member 286 is conical to facilitate insertion into the positioning hole 3026 of the first carrier plate 302.
[0047] In this way, by defining the above-mentioned specific structure of the jacking mechanism 27 and the positioning mechanism 28, the first jacking driving member 274 and the positioning driving member 284 can be driven synchronously, so that the second jacking driving member 276, the jacking connecting plate 278, the jacking member 279 and the positioning member 288, and the positioning connecting member 286 are synchronously moved toward the first carrier plate 302, the positioning member 288 is inserted into the positioning hole 3026 of the first carrier plate 302, the first jacking column 2794 of the jacking member 279 passes through the first jacking hole 3022 to jack up the first cover plate 304, and the second jacking column 2796 passes through the second jacking hole 3024 to jack up the product 200, thereby separating the first carrier plate 302, the product 200 and the first cover plate 304 from each other, the jacking body 2792 and the positioning connecting member 286 are both in contact with the first carrier plate 302, the first jacking driving member 274 stops driving, and the second jacking The lifting drive member 276 is driven synchronously with the positioning drive member 284, so that the lifting body 2792, the first lifting column 2794 and the second lifting column 2796 of the lifting member 279 respectively lift the first carrier plate 302, the first cover plate 304 and the product 200, and the positioning connecting member 286 synchronously lifts the first carrier plate 302 until the first carrier plate 302 is lifted between the two first side pressure mechanisms 24. After being pressed by the two first side pressure mechanisms 24, the first transfer mechanism 74 first removes the first cover plate 304, and then the flipping device 40 removes the product 200, and then the first transfer mechanism 74 removes the first carrier plate 302. The first transfer mechanism 74 can place the first cover plate 304 on the first carrier plate 302 after the flipping device 40 removes the product 200, and the first transfer mechanism 74 removes the first carrier plate 302 and the first cover plate 304 together. The lifting member 279 separates the first carrier plate 302, the product 200, and the first cover plate 304, preventing any connection between the first carrier plate 302, the product 200, and the first cover plate 304, thereby facilitating the removal of the product 200. In this embodiment, the first lifting drive 274, the second lifting drive 276, and the positioning drive 284 can all be linear cylinders. It will be appreciated that if the specifications of the product 200 and the first carrier 300 change, the lifting member 279 can be replaced to accommodate products 200 and first carriers 300 of varying specifications.
[0048] It can be understood that in other embodiments, when the first cover plate 304 is not required, the first lifting column 2794 and the first lifting hole 3022 can also be omitted accordingly.
[0049] The second conveying device 30 includes a second conveying mechanism 32, a second side-pressing mechanism 34, and a second blocking mechanism 36. The second conveying mechanism 32 is disposed on the transfer platform 10 and is connected in series with the first conveying device 20. The second conveying mechanism 32 is used to convey the second carrier 400 holding the inverted product 200. The second side-pressing mechanism 34 is disposed on the second conveying mechanism 32 and is configured to extend toward the second carrier 400 to compress it. The second blocking mechanism 36 is disposed on the second conveying mechanism 32 and is configured to extend away from the transfer platform 10 to block the second carrier 400 being conveyed by the second conveying mechanism 32. In this manner, after the second transfer mechanism 76 transfers the second carrier 400 from the loading conveyor device 60 to the second conveying mechanism 32, the second conveying mechanism 32 conveys the second carrier 400, and the second blocking mechanism 36 extends in a direction away from the transfer platform 10 to block the second carrier 400. After blocking the second carrier 400, the second side pressing mechanism 34 extends toward the second carrier 400 to press the second carrier 400, thereby positioning the second carrier 400 so that the third transfer mechanism 78 can accurately transfer the flipped product 200 to the second carrier 400. It will be understood that in other embodiments, when the second conveying mechanism 32 has a higher conveying accuracy, such as when the second conveying mechanism 32 is a linear module or a ball screw structure with a servo motor, the second conveying mechanism 32 can accurately transport the second carrier 400 to the position corresponding to the third transfer mechanism 78 due to the higher conveying accuracy of the second conveying mechanism 32. In this case, the second blocking mechanism 36 can be omitted.
[0050] Specifically, in this embodiment, the second conveying mechanism 32 includes a first transmission line 322 and a second transmission line 324. The first transmission line 322 is arranged on the transfer platform 10 and is connected in series with the first conveying line 222. The second transmission line 324 is arranged on the transfer platform 10 and is spaced apart from the second transmission line 324. The second transmission line 324 is connected in series with the second conveying line 224. The spacing between the first transmission line 322 and the second transmission line 324 is adjustable. The second transmission line 324 is used to cooperate with the first transmission line 322 to convey the second carrier 400. There are two second side pressure mechanisms 34. The first transmission line 322 and the second transmission line 324 are both provided with a second side pressure mechanism 34. Each second side pressure mechanism 34 extends toward each other along the Y-axis direction as shown in Figure 4 to press the second carrier 400 from the opposite sides of the second carrier 400. There are two second resisting mechanisms 36, each provided on the first and second transmission lines 322, 324. These two second resisting mechanisms 36 are used to resist the second carrier 400 to maintain its balance. It is understood that in other embodiments, there may be only one second resisting mechanism 36, which may be provided on the transfer platform 10 and located between the first and second transmission lines 322, 324. In this embodiment, the structures of the first and second transmission lines 322, 324 are substantially similar to those of the first conveyor lines 222, 224. The spacing between the first and second transmission lines 322, 324 is similarly adjusted using the conveyor base 226 and the adjustment rail 228. The second side pressure mechanism 34 is substantially similar to the first side pressure mechanism 24, and the second resisting mechanism 36 is substantially similar to the first resisting mechanism 26. This embodiment will not be further described in detail.
[0051] Please refer to FIG. 2 . The structures of the unloading conveying device 50 and the loading conveying device 60 are roughly similar to those of the first conveying mechanism 22 and the second conveying mechanism 32 , and will not be described in detail in the embodiment of the present application.
[0052] 6 and 7 , the flipping device 40 includes a flipping frame 41, a flipping drive assembly 42, a flipping base 43, and a suction assembly 44. The flipping frame 41 is disposed on the transfer platform 10 and is located between the first conveyor line 222 and the second conveyor line 224, and / or between the first conveyor line 322 and the second conveyor line 324. The flipping drive assembly 42 is disposed on the flipping frame 41 and is located above the first conveyor mechanism 22 and the second conveyor mechanism 32. The flipping base 43 is connected to the flipping drive assembly 42 so as to rotate and flip 180° under the drive of the flipping drive assembly 42. The suction assembly 44 is disposed on the flipping base 43 and is used to suck the product 200 from the first carrier 300 and move synchronously with the flipping base 43 to flip the product 200 180°. In this way, by setting up the above-mentioned specific structure of the flipping device 40, the suction component 44 is turned over to the top of the product 200 of the first carrier 300 under the drive of the flipping drive component 42 and sucks the product 200. After the suction component 44 sucks the product 200, the suction component 44 and the product 200 are turned 180° under the drive of the flipping drive component 42, so that the third transfer mechanism 78 can suck the flipped product 200 from the suction component 44, thereby realizing the flipping of the product 200.
[0053] Specifically, the tilt frame 41 is generally a frame structure, and the tilt drive assembly 42 includes a drive base 422, a tilt drive member 424, and a tilt shaft 426. The drive base 422 is generally in the shape of a column with two adjacent openings. The drive base 422 is mounted on the tilt frame 41, and the tilt drive member 424 is mounted on the drive base 422. The tilt shaft 426 is rotatably mounted on the drive base 422 and connected to the output shaft of the tilt drive member 424. The tilt base 43 includes a tilt rotating base 432 connected to the tilt shaft 426, a tilt connecting rod 434 connected to the tilt rotating base 432, a tilt connecting base 436 connected to the tilt connecting rod 434, and a tilt mounting plate 438 connected to the tilt connecting base 436. The tilt connecting base 436 is generally T-shaped. The suction assembly 44 includes a plurality of suction connectors 442 and a plurality of suction nozzles 444. The plurality of suction connectors 442 are mounted on the flip mounting plate 438 according to the specifications of the products 200. The plurality of suction nozzles 444 are mounted on the corresponding suction connectors 442. The suction nozzles 444 are configured to communicate with an external negative pressure device (not shown) to suction the products 200 using negative pressure. Thus, by defining the specific structure of the flip drive assembly 42, flip base 43, and suction assembly 44, the flip device 40 achieves the functions of sucking and flipping the products 200. In this embodiment, the flip drive 424 can be a motor, and the flip mounting plate 438 is generally shaped like a square, so that one suction assembly 44 can be positioned in each space to absorb four products 200. It is understood that in other embodiments, the number of suction assemblies 44 and the shape of the flip mounting plate 438 can be adjusted to suit the number of products 200 on the first carrier 300. The specific configuration can be tailored to the actual situation and is not specifically limited in this embodiment.
[0054] In order to prevent the flip mounting plate 438 from crushing the product 200 on the first carrier 300 when flipping toward the first carrier 300, the flipping device 40 further includes a lifting assembly 45. The lifting assembly 45 is disposed on the flip frame 41 and is connected to the driving base 422 of the flip driving assembly 42. The lifting assembly 45 is used to drive the flip driving assembly 42, the flip base 43, and the suction assembly 44 to move closer to or away from the transfer platform 10. In this way, by providing the above-mentioned lifting assembly 45, before the flip mounting plate 438 flips toward the first carrier 300, the lifting assembly 45 drives the flip driving assembly 42, the flip base 43, and the suction assembly 44 away from the transfer platform 10, so as to raise the flip mounting plate 438 and the suction assembly 44, thereby preventing the flip mounting plate 438 from crushing the product 200 when flipping toward the first carrier 300. When the flip mounting plate 438 and the suction assembly 44 flip to the top of the first carrier 300, the lifting assembly 45 drives the flip driving assembly 42, the flip base 43, and the suction assembly 44 to move closer to or away from the transfer platform 10. The transfer platform 10 is used to make the suction component 44 contact with the product 200, thereby sucking the product 200. After the suction component 44 sucks the product 200, the lifting component 45 drives the flip driving component 42, the flip base 43 and the suction component 44 to move away from the transfer platform 10, so that the flip mounting plate 438, the suction component 44 and the sucked product 200 are raised. The flip mounting plate 438 drives the suction component 44 and the product 200 to flip toward the second conveying mechanism 32, so that the product 200 is flipped 180°, so that the third transfer mechanism 78 can obtain the flipped product 200.
[0055] Specifically, the lifting assembly 45 includes a lifting drive 452, a guide post 454, and a linear bearing 456. The lifting drive 452 is mounted on the tilting frame 41 and connected to the drive base 422. One end of the guide post 454 is connected to the drive base 422, while the other end of the guide post 454 is slidably connected to the drive base 422 via a linear bearing 456. Thus, by defining the specific structure of the lifting assembly 45, the lifting assembly 45 can smoothly drive the tilting drive assembly 42 toward or away from the transfer platform 10. In this embodiment, the lifting drive 452 can be a linear cylinder. It is understood that the lifting assembly 45 may also include a hydraulic buffer, which is mounted on the tilting frame 41 or the drive base 422 and corresponding to the drive base 422 or the tilting frame 41. The hydraulic buffer is used to cushion the drive base 422, thereby limiting and cushioning the degree to which the lifting assembly 45 drives the tilting drive assembly 42.
[0056] To improve the turning accuracy of the turning device 40, the turning device 40 further includes a limiting member 46, a first buffer 47, and a second buffer 48. The limiting member 46 is mounted on the turning shaft 426 and moves synchronously with the turning shaft 426 and the turning base 43. The first buffer 47 and the second buffer 48 are both mounted on the turning frame 41 and located on opposite sides of the driving base 422. The first buffer 47 is disposed corresponding to the limiting member 46, and the second buffer 48 is disposed corresponding to the turning connecting rod 434. The first buffer 47 is used to buffer the limiting member 46 to limit the turning angle of the turning device 40 when the turning device 40 turns toward the first carrier 300. The second buffer 48 is used to buffer the turning connecting rod 434 to limit the turning angle of the turning device 40 when the turning device 40 turns toward the second carrier 400. Thus, by limiting the turning angle of the turning device 40, the turning accuracy of the turning device 40 is improved. In this embodiment, the first buffer 47 and the second buffer 48 can both be oil pressure buffer mechanisms.
[0057] To determine whether the flipping device 40 has sucked the product 200, the flipping device 40 also includes a temperature sensor 49. The temperature sensor 49 is mounted on the flip mounting plate 438 of the flip base 43 and is positioned adjacent to the suction nozzle 444 of the suction assembly 44. The temperature sensor 49 is used to detect the temperature of the product 200 sucked by the suction assembly 44. The temperature sensor 49 determines whether the flipping device 40 has sucked the product 200 based on whether the detected temperature meets a preset temperature value. In actual production, after the product 200 is processed, the surface temperature of the product 200 will rise. If the temperature sensor 49 detects a temperature that meets the preset temperature value, it indicates that the suction assembly 44 has sucked the product 200. Conversely, if the temperature sensor 49 fails to detect a temperature value or the detected temperature value does not meet the preset temperature value, it indicates that the suction assembly 44 has not sucked the product 200 or that there is an abnormality with the product 200, and an alarm is issued to provide a prompt. The temperature sensor 49 may also be set on the flip mounting plate 438 via the suction connection seat 442 or an object similar to the suction connection seat 442, or the temperature sensor 49 may be directly set on the flip mounting plate 438.
[0058] 1 and 8 , in this embodiment, the structures of the first transfer mechanism 74 and the second transfer mechanism 76 are substantially similar. This embodiment uses the first transfer mechanism 74 as an example for detailed description, but this is not intended to limit the scope of this embodiment. The first transfer mechanism 74 includes a first transfer assembly 742, a first transfer mounting seat 744, a first rotary drive member 746, and a pick-up assembly 748. The first transfer assembly 742 is mounted on the first mounting plate 724 and can be a three-axis linear module. The first transfer mounting seat 744 is connected to the first transfer assembly 742 to move along the X-axis, Y-axis, and Z-axis directions shown in FIG8 , driven by the first transfer assembly 742. The first rotary drive member 746 is mounted on the first transfer mounting seat 744. The pick-up assembly 748 is connected to the first rotary drive member 746 to rotate under the drive of the first rotary drive member 746 to accurately pick up the first carrier 300. In this way, by limiting the specific structure of the first transfer mechanism 74 , the first transfer mechanism 74 can achieve the effect of transferring the first carrier 300 . In this embodiment, the first rotating drive member 746 can be a rotating cylinder, and the material picking component 748 includes a material picking mounting plate 7482 connected to the first rotating drive member 746 and a plurality of material picking suction cups 7484 provided on the material picking mounting plate 7482. The material picking suction cups 7484 are used to communicate with an external negative pressure device to suck the first carrier 300 by negative pressure. The material picking component 748 can suck the first carrier 302 and the first cover plate 304 synchronously, or can suck the first carrier 302 and the first cover plate 304 separately. For example, one side of the material picking component 748 is used to suck the first cover plate 304, and the other side of the material picking component 748 is used to suck the first carrier 302. When placing, the first carrier 302 is placed on the unloading transmission device 50, and then the first cover plate 304 is placed on the first carrier 302 to realize the transfer of the first carrier 300. Alternatively, after the pick-up assembly 748 has sucked the first cover plate 304 and the flipping device 40 has sucked the product 200, the pick-up assembly 748 places the sucked first cover plate 304 back on the first carrier 302. By sucking the first carrier 302, the first carrier 302 and the first cover plate 304 are placed on the unloading conveyor 50 to transfer the first carrier 300. It is understood that in other embodiments, the first transfer assembly 742 can also be a two-axis linear module, a robotic arm, or other functional mechanism.
[0059] Referring to Figures 1 and 9 , the third transfer mechanism 78 includes a second transfer assembly 781, a second transfer mounting seat 782, a second rotary drive member 783, and a material transfer assembly 784. The second transfer assembly 781 is disposed across the two gantries 722. The second transfer assembly 781 may be a three-axis linear module. The second transfer mounting seat 782 is connected to the second transfer assembly 781 for movement along the X-axis, Y-axis, and Z-axis directions shown in Figure 9 , driven by the second transfer assembly 781. The second rotary drive member 783 is disposed on the second transfer mounting seat 782. The material transfer assembly 784 is connected to the second rotary drive member 783 for rotation driven by the second rotary drive member 783. Thus, by defining the specific structure of the third transfer mechanism 78 as described above, the third transfer mechanism 78 can achieve the effect of sucking and transferring the product 200. In this embodiment, the second rotary drive member 783 may be a rotary cylinder, and the material transfer assembly 784 includes a material transfer mounting base 7842 connected to the second rotary drive member 783 and a plurality of material transfer suction cups 7844 disposed on the material transfer mounting base 7842. The material transfer suction cups 7844 are configured to communicate with an external negative pressure device to suction the product 200 using negative pressure. It will be appreciated that in other embodiments, the second transfer assembly 781 may also be a two-axis linear module, a robotic arm, or other functional mechanism.
[0060] In other embodiments, the third transfer mechanism 78 further includes an imaging mount 785 and an imaging component 786. The imaging mount 785 is disposed on the second transfer mount 782, and the imaging component 786 is disposed on the imaging mount 785. The imaging component 786 is used to obtain identification information (not shown) on the product 200 and identification information on the first carrier 300, so as to obtain information of the product 200 and the first carrier 300, and bind the information and upload it to a server (not shown) for later tracking, wherein the identification information can be a QR code information. In some embodiments, the imaging component 786 can be a CCD (charge coupled device) camera.
[0061] The transfer device 100 of the embodiment of the present application realizes the mechanized transmission of the first carrier 300 and the second carrier 400, as well as the mechanized transfer and flipping of the product 200 through the cooperation between the transfer platform 10, the first conveying device 20, the second conveying device 30, the flipping mechanism, the unloading conveying device 50, the loading conveying device 60 and the transfer device 70. Due to the mechanization, there is no need for manual transfer and flipping, which reduces the manual workload, reduces repetitive actions, and is conducive to reducing labor costs; due to the mechanization, the transfer and flipping efficiency of the product 200 is greatly improved, and the turnover links of the intermediate product 200 are reduced, which is conducive to improving processing efficiency; due to the mechanization, the contact between manual labor and the product 200 is reduced, and the risk of scratches on the product 200 is reduced, which is conducive to improving the yield of the product 200.
