In order to make the objectives, technical solutions, and advantages of the embodiments of the present disclosure clearer, the technical solutions of the embodiments of the present disclosure will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the accompanying drawings of the embodiments of the present disclosure. Obviously, the described embodiments are some, but not all, of the embodiments of the present disclosure. Unless otherwise defined, technical or scientific terms used in this disclosure shall have the ordinary meanings as understood by those of ordinary skill in the art to which this disclosure pertains. The terms "first", "second" and similar terms used in this disclosure do not denote any order, quantity or importance, but are only used to distinguish different components. Words such as "including" or "comprising" mean that the elements or objects appearing before the word cover the elements or objects listed after the word and their equivalents, without excluding other elements or objects. Words such as "connected" or "coupled" are not limited to physical or mechanical connections, but may include electrical connections, whether direct or indirect. "Upper", "lower", "left", "right", etc. are only used to indicate relative position relationships. When the absolute position of the object being described changes, the relative position relationship may also change accordingly. To keep the following description of the embodiments of this disclosure clear and concise, detailed descriptions of known functions and known components are omitted in this disclosure. Light-emitting diode (e.g., mini light-emitting diode and / or micro light-emitting diode) backlights can be classified into two types, i.e., one-into-multiple-strings and multiple-parallel-multiple-strings (which can also be referred to as high-voltage low-current and low-voltage high-current, where high and low are relative values) according to the partition series-parallel method. Among them, one-into-multiple-strings can be understood as that all the light-emitting diodes (LEDs) in the partition are connected in series. The advantage is that it can ensure that the current values flowing through all the LEDs are of the same size and the brightness uniformity is good. The disadvantage is that the product scalability is poor, which is mainly reflected in that when it is necessary to improve the product brightness, it is necessary to increase the backlight current. However, when the current is increased, the forward voltage drop (VF) of the LED also increases, and the LED driving structure can output a limited voltage (limited by the IC process), and it is impossible to directly increase the current on the original lamp board. At this time, it is necessary to redesign the lamp board to change it to a multiple-parallel-multiple-strings structure, consuming design and verification costs. Correspondingly, the multiple-strings-multiple-parallel structure means that there are multiple LEDs in series in the partition, and the number of LED lamps in each series is equal compared with other series, and they are in a parallel relationship with each other. However, due to the differences between LED monomers, it will cause the currents flowing through different lamp strings in the same partition to be different under the same voltage, and the current is proportional to the brightness, resulting in the problem of uneven brightness between different lamp strings, that is, the "current unevenness" phenomenon. In view of this, as shown in FIGS. 1, 2, 3 and 5, FIG. 1 is a schematic diagram of an arrangement of a plurality of light-emitting elements of a light-emitting substrate, FIG. 2 is a schematic diagram of one light-emitting element string of the light-emitting unit in FIG. 1, FIG. 3 is a schematic diagram of another light-emitting element string of the light-emitting unit in FIG. 1, and FIG. 4 is a schematic diagram of a partial wiring of the light-emitting substrate. The present disclosure embodiment provides a light-emitting substrate, which includes: a substrate 1; a plurality of light-emitting units 10 located on the substrate 1, at least one light-emitting unit 10 includes at least two light-emitting element strings S, and at least two light-emitting element strings S are connected in parallel to each other; wherein, the same light-emitting element string S includes at least two light-emitting elements 100 connected in series in sequence; specifically, for example, as shown in FIGS. 2 and 3, the light-emitting unit 10 includes two light-emitting element strings S, namely a first light-emitting element string S1 and a second light-emitting element string S2, wherein the first light-emitting element string S1 includes a first light-emitting element 101, a second light-emitting element 102, and a third light-emitting element 103 connected in series in sequence, and the second light-emitting element string S2 includes a fourth light-emitting element 104, a fifth light-emitting element 105, and a sixth light-emitting element 106 connected in series in sequence; in the same light-emitting unit 10, a plurality of light-emitting elements 100 are arranged in an array. For example, as shown in FIG. 1, a plurality of light-emitting elements 100 are arranged in three columns and two rows, and in the same light-emitting unit 10, it includes at least two light-emitting elements 100 connected in series and located in different columns, and also includes at least two light-emitting elements 100 connected in series and located in different rows. For example, in FIG. 1, in the same light-emitting unit 10, it includes a first light-emitting element 101 and a second light-emitting element 102 connected in series and located in different columns, and also includes a fourth light-emitting element 104 and a fifth light-emitting element 105 connected in series and located in different rows. In the present disclosure embodiment, in the same light-emitting unit 10, a plurality of light-emitting elements 100 are arranged in an array, and in the same light-emitting unit 10, it includes at least two light-emitting elements 100 connected in series and located in different columns, and also includes at least two light-emitting elements 100 connected in series and located in different rows. This can make any two adjacent light-emitting elements 100 of the same light-emitting element string S located in different columns and different rows. Since the current of the same light-emitting element string S is the same, even if there is a current imbalance phenomenon between different light-emitting element strings S, through the arrangement of the light-emitting elements 100 provided by the present disclosure embodiment, it can be ensured that light-emitting elements 100 with different brightnesses will not accumulate together to form regular bright and dark stripes, but are realized in a distributed manner, weakening the bright and dark difference between different light-emitting element strings S in the same light-emitting unit from the visual sense, and greatly improving the problem of uneven brightness in the same light-emitting unit 10. In a possible implementation, in the same light-emitting unit 10, at least one row of light-emitting elements 100 includes light-emitting elements 100 of at least one first light-emitting element string S1 and light-emitting elements 100 of at least one second light-emitting element string S2. Specifically, for example, as shown in FIGS. 1, 2, and 3, in the same light-emitting unit 10, among the light-emitting elements 100 in the leftmost row, there is a first light-emitting element 101 of the first light-emitting element string S1 and a fifth light-emitting element 105 of the second light-emitting element string S2. Here, the first light-emitting element string S1 and the second light-emitting element string S2 are different light-emitting element strings S in the same light-emitting unit 10. In the embodiments of the present disclosure, in the same light-emitting unit 10, at least one row of light-emitting elements 100 includes light-emitting elements 100 of at least one first light-emitting element string S1 and light-emitting elements 100 of at least one second light-emitting element string S2, so that among the light-emitting elements 100 in the same row, there are light-emitting elements 100 of different light-emitting element strings S, avoiding the accumulation of light-emitting elements 100 with different brightnesses to form horizontal bright and dark stripes. In a possible implementation, in the same light-emitting unit 10, at least one column of light-emitting elements 100 includes light-emitting elements 100 of at least one third light-emitting element string and light-emitting elements 100 of at least one fourth light-emitting element string, where the third light-emitting element string and the fourth light-emitting element string are different light-emitting element strings in the same light-emitting unit 10. Specifically, the third light-emitting element string may be the same light-emitting element string S as the first light-emitting element string S1 or the second light-emitting element string S2, or may be a different light-emitting element string S from the first light-emitting element string S1 or the second light-emitting element string S2. Correspondingly, the fourth light-emitting element string S4 may be the same light-emitting element string S as the first light-emitting element string S1 or the second light-emitting element string S2, or may be a different light-emitting element string S from the first light-emitting element string S1 or the second light-emitting element string S2. In a possible implementation, the third light-emitting element string S3 is the same light-emitting element string S as the first light-emitting element string S1, and the fourth light-emitting element string S4 is the same light-emitting element string S as the second light-emitting element string S2. Specifically, for example, in the first column of light-emitting elements 100 in the same light-emitting unit 10 in FIG. 1, there is a first light-emitting element 101 of a first light-emitting element S1 (i.e., the third light-emitting element string) and a fourth light-emitting element 104 of a second light-emitting element string S2 (i.e., the fourth light-emitting element string). In a possible implementation, in the same light-emitting unit 10, there are N light-emitting element strings S; among them, the N light-emitting element strings S form a light-emitting element array with N rows and M columns, N≥2, M≥2, M≥N, and each row of light-emitting elements 10 includes at least one light-emitting element 10 of each light-emitting element string S. Specifically, for example, as shown in FIGS. 1, 2, and 3, in the same light-emitting unit 10, there are two light-emitting element strings S, namely the first light-emitting element string S1 and the second light-emitting element string S2. Among them, the first light-emitting element string S1 includes the first light-emitting element 101, the second light-emitting element 102, and the third light-emitting element 103, and the second light-emitting element string S2 includes the fourth light-emitting element 104, the fifth light-emitting element 105, and the sixth light-emitting element 106. These two light-emitting element strings form a light-emitting element array with two rows and three columns. The light-emitting elements in the first row from the left include two light-emitting elements of the first light-emitting element string S1 (the first light-emitting element 101 and the third light-emitting element 103 respectively) and one light-emitting element of the second light-emitting element string S2 (i.e., the fifth light-emitting element 105). The light-emitting elements in the second row from the left include one light-emitting element of the first light-emitting element string S1 (the second light-emitting element 102) and two light-emitting elements of the second light-emitting element string S2 (the fourth light-emitting element 104 and the sixth light-emitting element 106 respectively); Alternatively, the N light-emitting element strings form a light-emitting element array with N columns and M rows, N≥2, M≥2, M≥N, and each column of light-emitting elements 10 includes at least one light-emitting element 10 of each light-emitting element string S. Specifically, for example, as shown in FIG. 5, in the same light-emitting unit 10, there are two light-emitting element strings S, namely the first light-emitting element string S1 and the second light-emitting element string S2. These two light-emitting element strings form a light-emitting element array with two columns and three rows. The light-emitting elements in the second column on the lower side include two light-emitting elements of the first light-emitting element string S1 (the first light-emitting element 101 and the third light-emitting element 103 respectively) and one light-emitting element of the second light-emitting element string S2 (i.e., the fifth light-emitting element 105). The light-emitting elements in the first column on the upper side include one light-emitting element of the first light-emitting element string S1 (the second light-emitting element 102) and two light-emitting elements of the second light-emitting element string S2 (the fourth light-emitting element 104 and the sixth light-emitting element 106 respectively). In a possible implementation, in the same light-emitting unit 10, the number of light-emitting elements 100 in different light-emitting element strings S is the same; the starting light-emitting elements 100 of each light-emitting element string S are located in the same column or the same row. Specifically, for example, as shown in FIG. 1, the first light-emitting element string S1 includes three light-emitting elements 100, and the second light-emitting element string S2 also includes three light-emitting elements 100, and the number of light-emitting elements in the first light-emitting element string S1 and the second light-emitting element string S2 is the same; and the starting light-emitting element 100 of the first light-emitting element string S1 (i.e., the first light-emitting element 101) and the starting light-emitting element 100 of the second light-emitting element string S2 (i.e., the fourth light-emitting element 104) are located in the same column, as shown in FIG. 1; the starting light-emitting element 100 of the first light-emitting element string S1 (i.e., the first light-emitting element 101) and the starting light-emitting element 100 of the second light-emitting element string S2 (i.e., the fourth light-emitting element 104) may also be located in the same row, as shown in FIG. 5. In the embodiments of the present disclosure, the starting light-emitting elements 100 of each light-emitting element string S are located in the same column or the same row, which facilitates the parallel connection of the starting light-emitting elements 100 of different light-emitting element strings S and is beneficial to saving the wiring space of the light-emitting substrate. In a possible implementation, as shown in FIG. 4, in the same light-emitting unit 10, the column pitch d1 between any two adjacent light-emitting elements 100 in any column of light-emitting elements 100 is equal. In a possible implementation, in the same light-emitting unit 10, the row pitch d2 between any two adjacent light-emitting elements 100 in any row of light-emitting elements 100 is equal. In the embodiments of the present disclosure, in the same light-emitting unit 10, the column pitch d1 between any two adjacent light-emitting elements 100 in any column of light-emitting elements 100 is equal, and the row pitch d2 between any two adjacent light-emitting elements 100 in any row of light-emitting elements 100 is equal, which is beneficial to realizing the uniformity of the light-emitting brightness within the same light-emitting unit 10. In a possible implementation, as shown in FIG. 4, in the light-emitting element array formed by the light-emitting elements of multiple light-emitting units 10, the row pitch d12 between any two adjacent light-emitting elements 100 in any row is equal, and the column pitch d11 between any two adjacent light-emitting elements 100 in any column is equal. In a possible implementation manner, as shown in FIGS. 1-5, at least one light-emitting element string S includes at least two light-emitting elements 100 connected in series in sequence; any two adjacent light-emitting elements 100 in at least one light-emitting element string S are located in different columns and different rows. Specifically, for example, in FIG. 1, each light-emitting element string S includes three light-emitting elements 100 connected in series in sequence. Among them, the adjacent first light-emitting element 101 and the second light-emitting element 102 in the first light-emitting element string S1 are located in different columns and different rows, and the adjacent second light-emitting element 102 and the third light-emitting element 103 are located in different columns and different rows. In the embodiments of the present disclosure, any two adjacent light-emitting elements 100 in at least one light-emitting element string S are located in different columns and different rows, which can realize a more sufficient cross distribution of different light-emitting element strings S in the same light-emitting unit 10, and is beneficial to the realization of the luminance uniformity in the light-emitting unit 10. It should be noted that for any two adjacent light-emitting elements 100 in the light-emitting element string S, the "adjacent" here does not refer to the adjacent relationship in the spatial position, but the adjacent relationship in the electrical connection relationship. That is, in a light-emitting element string S, two light-emitting elements 10 are directly electrically connected through a conductor. In a possible implementation manner, as shown in FIGS. 1-5, in the same light-emitting unit 10, the column direction formed by the light-emitting elements 100 is perpendicular to the row direction. In the embodiments of the present disclosure, in the same light-emitting unit 10, the column direction formed by the light-emitting elements 100 is perpendicular to the row direction, which is beneficial to the transfer of the light-emitting elements 100 and simplifies the manufacturing process of the light-emitting substrate. In a possible implementation manner, as shown in FIG. 1 or FIG. 4, a plurality of light-emitting units 10 are arranged in an array, and the column direction of the array arrangement of the light-emitting units 10 is parallel to the column direction of the light-emitting elements 100 in the light-emitting unit 10, and the row direction of the array arrangement of the light-emitting units 10 is parallel to the row direction of the light-emitting elements 100 in the light-emitting unit 10. In this way, it is beneficial to the transfer of the light-emitting elements 100 on the same light-emitting substrate. In a possible implementation, as shown in FIGS. 7, 8, 9, 10, and 11, where FIG. 8 is a partial enlarged wiring schematic diagram of the light-emitting substrate, FIG. 9 is a single-layer schematic diagram of the first wiring layer in FIG. 8, FIG. 10 is a single-layer schematic diagram of the second wiring layer in FIG. 8, and FIG. 11 is a wiring connection schematic diagram of the light-emitting substrate; the light-emitting substrate includes a first wiring layer T located between the light-emitting element 100 and the substrate 1, and further includes a second wiring layer B located on the side of the substrate 1背离 the first wiring layer T. As shown in FIG. 1, in each light-emitting unit 10, one of the cathodes or anodes of all the starting light-emitting elements of the light-emitting element string S is connected to the first wiring 2, and the other of the cathodes or anodes of all the end light-emitting elements of the light-emitting element string S is connected to the second wiring 3; as shown in FIGS. 1, 4, 8, or 9, the first wirings 2 corresponding to at least two light-emitting units 10 are electrically connected. Specifically, for example, the electrical connection here may include that at least two light-emitting units 10 are correspondingly connected to the same first wiring 2; as shown in FIGS. 8 or 11, the second wirings 3 corresponding to at least two light-emitting units 10 are electrically connected through the third wiring 4. Specifically, the second wiring 3 may be located in the first wiring layer T, the third wiring 4 may be located in the second wiring layer B, and the second wiring 3 may be electrically connected to the third wiring 4 through the second via hole K2 penetrating the substrate 1. In a possible implementation, as shown in FIGS. 1, 4, and 8, among the light-emitting units 10 in the same column, the first wirings 2 corresponding to all the light-emitting units 10 are the same wiring. In this way, it is beneficial to save the wiring space of the light-emitting substrate and reduce the complexity of the wiring of the light-emitting substrate. In a possible implementation, as shown in FIGS. 8 or 11, among the light-emitting units 10 in the same row, the second wirings 3 corresponding to at least two light-emitting units 10 are electrically connected to the same third wiring 4. In a possible implementation, as shown in FIGS. 8, 9, or 11, the first wirings 2 corresponding to at least two columns of light-emitting units 10 are all connected to the same fourth wiring 6; specifically, the first wiring 2 may be located in the first wiring layer T, the fourth wiring 6 may be located in the second wiring layer B, and the second wiring 2 may be electrically connected to the fourth wiring 6 through the via hole K1 penetrating the substrate 1; as shown in FIG. 10, the fourth wiring 6 includes a first extension portion extending along the row direction, and the dimension d3 of the fourth wiring 6 along the column direction is greater than the dimension d4 of the third wiring 4 along the column direction. In this way, when the first wiring 2 provides the anode / cathode signal for the light-emitting units 10 in the whole column, setting the wiring width d3 of the fourth wiring 6 to be relatively wide can effectively reduce the voltage drop loss on the wiring during signal transmission. In a possible implementation, as shown in FIGS. 8, 10, or 11, the first wiring 2 includes a portion extending along the column direction, the third wiring 4 includes a portion extending along the row direction, and the dimension d5 of the first wiring 2 along the row direction is greater than the width d4 of the third wiring 4 along the column direction. It should be noted that FIG. 11 is only for schematically showing the connection relationship between the second wiring 3 and the third wiring 4, and the first wiring 2 and the fourth wiring 6. Further, a schematic illustration is made with the light-emitting substrate including 8 columns and 8 rows of light-emitting units, the second wiring 3 of every three columns of light-emitting units 10 being connected to the same third wiring 4, and the first wiring 2 of every four adjacent columns of light-emitting units 10 being connected to one fourth wiring 6. However, the embodiments of the present disclosure are not limited thereto. In specific implementation, the light-emitting substrate may further include light-emitting units of other numbers of columns and rows, or the second wiring 3 of every other number of light-emitting units may be connected to the same third wiring 4, and the first wiring 2 of other numbers of light-emitting units may be connected to one fourth wiring 6. In specific implementation, it can be flexibly set according to needs. Specifically, as shown in FIG. 11, the light-emitting substrate may include at least one light-emitting element driver (LED driver). The LED driver includes a plurality of signal channels, and at least some signal channels of all the LED drivers correspond to the plurality of third wirings 4 one by one. Specifically, an anode signal (which may also be a cathode signal) can be transmitted to the first wiring 2 connected to the fourth wiring 6 through the fourth wiring 6, that is, a signal is transmitted to 4 columns of light-emitting units 10 through one fourth wiring 6. Signals are sequentially transmitted to the plurality of fourth wirings 6 on the light-emitting substrate at different times, so as to sequentially transmit signals to the plurality of columns of light-emitting units 10 on the light-emitting substrate, and each time 4 columns of light-emitting units are transmitted. Specifically, for example, first, an anode signal is input to the first group of light-emitting units 10 through the first fourth wiring 6. During this period, corresponding cathode signal data (which may also be anode signal data) is output to each light-emitting unit 10 of this group of light-emitting units 10 through all the third wirings 4. The signals output to different light-emitting units 10 may be different, so as to realize independent control of a single light-emitting unit 10. After all the light-emitting units 10 in the first group of light-emitting units 10 are lit, the anode signal of this group of light-emitting units 10 is turned off, and then an anode signal is input to the second group of light-emitting units 10 through the second fourth wiring 6. During this period, corresponding cathode signal data is output to each light-emitting unit 10 of the second group of light-emitting units 10 through all the wirings 4. Signals are sequentially loaded to the fourth wiring 6 in this way to complete the lighting control of all the light-emitting units. It should be noted that the aforementioned group of light-emitting units 10 may include i columns of light-emitting units 10, where i is a positive integer greater than or equal to 1. Further, the i columns of light-emitting units 10 may be i consecutive columns of light-emitting units 10 in sequence, or may be i non-consecutive columns of light-emitting units 10. Since the control as described above is to be performed, among the light-emitting units 10 in one row, the several light-emitting units 10 corresponding to one fourth wiring 6 respectively correspond to different third wirings 4, so as to realize independent control of the light-emitting units 10. In a possible implementation, the first trace 2 and the second trace 3 may be located on the first trace layer T; the third trace 4 may be located on the second trace layer B. Specifically, the fourth trace 6 may be located on the second trace layer B. In a possible implementation, as shown in FIG. 9, the light-emitting substrate further includes a fifth trace 5 that is located within the same light-emitting element string S and serially connects two light-emitting elements 100, and the fifth trace 5 is located on the first trace layer T. In a possible implementation, as shown in FIG. 4 or FIG. 9, the first trace layer T further includes an alignment hollow block T adjacent to at least some of the light-emitting elements 100. Specifically, the alignment hollow block T may be formed in the fifth trace 5. In the embodiments of the present disclosure, the first trace layer T further includes an alignment hollow block T adjacent to at least some of the light-emitting elements 100. The alignment hollow block T can be used for aligning the transfer device and the wiring substrate when transferring the light-emitting element 100 to the wiring substrate (the light-emitting substrate without the light-emitting element) so as to accurately transfer the light-emitting element 100 to the wiring substrate. Providing the alignment hollow block T on the first trace layer T can avoid providing dedicated alignment marks at other positions of the light-emitting substrate, and can save the space of the light-emitting substrate. Specifically, the alignment hollow block T may be a regular pattern formed by locally removing materials from the fifth trace 5. For example, the shape of the orthographic projection of the alignment hollow block T on the substrate (the projection along the thickness direction of the substrate) may be a rectangle or other shapes convenient for alignment. The present disclosure does not limit this. The fifth trace 5 may be a block structure, and the alignment hollow block T will be provided only when the orthographic projection area of only the fifth trace 5 is greater than a preset threshold. Further, the area of the orthographic projection of the alignment hollow block T on the substrate accounts for less than or equal to 20% of the orthographic projection area of the fifth trace 5 forming the alignment hollow block T. In this way, it is possible to avoid the problem that the resistance value of the fifth trace 5 after the alignment hollow block T is formed changes too much compared with the trace before the alignment hollow block T is formed, affecting the light-emitting brightness of the light-emitting element string where it is located; the preset threshold is related to the area size of the light-emitting unit and the size of the light-emitting element, and can be set according to specific situations; specifically, in one light-emitting unit 10, at least one fifth trace 5 is provided with at least one alignment hollow block T, and at least one fifth trace 5 is not provided with an alignment hollow block T. In a possible implementation, as shown in FIG. 6 or FIG. 10, where FIG. 6 is a wiring schematic diagram of the second wiring layer corresponding to FIG. 4, and FIG. 10 is a wiring schematic diagram of the second wiring layer in FIG. 8, the second wiring layer B further includes: a plurality of separated heat dissipation blocks 7, and the heat dissipation blocks 7 have grid-shaped hollow slots 70. Specifically, the hollow slots 70 can penetrate the second wiring layer B. In the embodiments of the present disclosure, the second wiring layer B further includes a plurality of separated heat dissipation blocks 7 to dissipate heat from the light-emitting substrate. The grid-shaped hollow slots 70 can increase the gap inside the heat dissipation blocks 7 and prevent the heat dissipation blocks 7 from expanding due to heat, resulting in deformation of the light-emitting substrate. In a possible implementation, as shown in FIGS. 4 and 6, the light-emitting substrate includes a plurality of bonding terminals Y on one side of the substrate 1; the light-emitting substrate includes a first light-emitting unit row SR adjacent to the bonding terminals Y; the first wiring layer T further includes: a lead-out wire 8 located between two adjacent light-emitting units 10 in the first light-emitting unit row SR and connected to the second wiring 3, and the lead-out wire 8 is electrically connected to the third wiring 4 through a third via hole K3 penetrating the substrate 1. In this way, when it is necessary to arrange a plurality of lead wires 9 in the area of the second wiring layer B close to the bonding terminals Y, and the plurality of lead wires 9 occupy a large area where the first light-emitting unit row SR is located, the problem that the second wiring 3 in the first light-emitting unit row SR cannot be directly connected to the third wiring 4 can be avoided. Specifically, the lead wire 9 can electrically connect the third wiring 4 and the bonding terminal Y. In a possible implementation, the area of the hollow slot 70 can account for one-tenth to one-third of the area of the heat dissipation block 7. In this way, while satisfying the wiring, the light-emitting substrate has better heat dissipation performance. In a possible implementation, the wiring of the second wiring layer B is arranged on the same layer as the heat dissipation block 7, and the orthographic projection of the wiring of the second wiring layer B on the substrate 1 overlaps at least partially with the orthographic projection of the hollow slot 70 on the substrate. In a possible implementation, the material of the heat dissipation block 7 is a conductive material, and the heat dissipation block 7 is insulated from the wiring of the second wiring layer B. Specifically, for example, there can be a gap between the wiring of the second wiring layer B and the heat dissipation block 7. Specifically, the heat dissipation block 7 and the second wiring layer B are made of the same material. Specifically, the material of the second wiring layer B can be copper. In a possible implementation, a plurality of hollow slots 70 in at least part of the area are distributed in a cross shape, so as to have a better heat dissipation effect.
