Implementation
[0022] The photographic optical lens assembly comprises six optical elements, which are sequentially arranged from the object side to the image side along the optical path as the first optical element, the second optical element, the third optical element, the fourth optical element, the fifth optical element, and the sixth optical element. Each of the six optical elements has an object-side surface facing the object side and an image-side surface facing the image side.
[0023] The first optical element may have positive refractive power; thereby, it helps to reduce the size of the photographic optical lens assembly and control the shooting angle. The object-side surface of the first optical element may be convex near the optical axis; thereby, it helps to reduce the outer diameter of the photographic optical lens assembly. The first optical element may be, for example, a prism or a lens.
[0024] The object-side surface of the second optical element can be convex near the optical axis. This allows it to work in conjunction with the first optical element to correct aberrations such as spherical aberration.
[0025] The fourth optical element can have positive refractive power; this balances the refractive power of the front and rear optical elements and helps to converge light, achieving a balance between image quality and overall length. The object-side surface of the fourth optical element can be convex near the optical axis; this enhances the ability of the fourth optical element to converge light, helping to shorten the overall length of the photographic optical lens assembly.
[0026] The image-side surface of the sixth optical element can be concave near the optical axis. This helps to balance the back focal length and correct field curvature, thereby improving image quality.
[0027] The first optical element can function as a light path deflector. This allows for different light path orientations in the photographic lens assembly, giving the lens more flexibility in its use and enabling telephoto capabilities at long focal lengths. For example, the first optical element can be a prism.
[0028] Of the six optical elements in a photographic optical lens assembly, at least one optical element may have at least one inversion point. Specifically, one or more of the first to sixth optical elements may have at least one inversion point. The statement that a single optical element has at least one inversion point means that at least one of its object-side surface and image-side surface has at least one inversion point. This helps increase design freedom and reduce aberrations. Referring to Figure 38, a schematic diagram of inversion points P on the surfaces of optical elements according to the first embodiment of this disclosure is shown. In Figure 38, the image-side surfaces of the first optical element E1, the second optical element E2, the fourth optical element E4, the fifth optical element E5, and the sixth optical element E6 each have one inversion point P, and the image-side surface of the sixth optical element E6 has two inversion points P. Figure 38 illustrates the first embodiment of this disclosure as an example; however, in other embodiments of this disclosure, each optical element may have one or more inversion points.
[0029] The thickness of the first optical element along the optical axis is CT1, the thickness of the second optical element along the optical axis is CT2, the thickness of the third optical element along the optical axis is CT3, the thickness of the fourth optical element along the optical axis is CT4, the thickness of the fifth optical element along the optical axis is CT5, and the thickness of the sixth optical element along the optical axis is CT6. This satisfies the following condition: 0.40 < (CT2+CT3+CT4+CT5+CT6) / CT1 < 1.60. This helps control the center thickness of the first optical element, enabling it to function as a light-path deflector while also meeting the manufacturing limitations of the first optical element. The following condition can also be satisfied: 0.45 < (CT2+CT3+CT4+CT5+CT6) / CT1 < 1.55. The following condition can also be satisfied: 0.55 < (CT2+CT3+CT4+CT5+CT6) / CT1 < 1.45. The following condition can also be met: 0.78 ≤ (CT2+CT3+CT4+CT5+CT6) / CT1 ≤ 1.23.
[0030] The focal length of the photographic optical lens assembly is f, and the focal length of the first optical element is f1, which can satisfy the following condition: 0.00 < f / f1 < 1.00. This allows control over the light convergence at the object-side end of the photographic optical lens assembly, contributing to the formation of the telescope structure. It can also satisfy the following conditions: 0.00 < f / f1 < 0.90. Furthermore, it can also satisfy the following conditions: 0.10 < f / f1 < 0.80. Finally, it can also satisfy the following conditions: 0.33 ≤ f / f1 ≤ 0.64.
[0031] The radius of curvature of the object-side surface of the second optical element is R3, and the radius of curvature of the image-side surface of the sixth optical element is R12. This satisfies the following condition: -10.00 < (R3+R12) / (R3-R12) < -1.30. This effectively balances the radius of curvature of the object-side surface of the second optical element and the radius of curvature of the image-side surface of the sixth optical element, helping to improve the focusing quality of the imaging light and effectively improve image curvature and reduce spherical aberration. It also satisfies the following condition: -9.00 < (R3+R12) / (R3-R12) < -1.40. Furthermore, it satisfies the following condition: -5.94 ≤ (R3+R12) / (R3-R12) ≤ -1.63.
[0032] The focal length of the photographic optical lens group is f, and the combined focal length of the fifth and sixth optical elements is f56, which satisfies the following condition: -3.00 < f / f56 < -0.65. This helps to adjust the convergence or divergence of light at the image side of the photographic optical lens group, thus facilitating the correction of distortion and image curvature. It also satisfies the following condition: -2.60 < f / f56 < -0.80. Furthermore, it satisfies the following condition: -2.06 ≤ f / f56 ≤ -1.09.
[0033] The radius of curvature of the image-side surface of the first optical element is R2, and the radius of curvature of the object-side surface of the fourth optical element is R7, which can satisfy the following condition: 0.00 ≤ |R7 / R2| < 0.80. This allows for effective control of the deflection angle of light rays between the first and fourth optical elements, thus balancing central spherical aberration. The following conditions can also be satisfied: 0.00 ≤ |R7 / R2| < 0.60. The following conditions can also be satisfied: 0.01 < |R7 / R2| < 0.40. The following conditions can also be satisfied: 0.02 ≤ |R7 / R2| ≤ 0.18.
[0034] Half of the maximum angle of view in a photographic lens assembly is the upper field of view (HFOV), which must satisfy the following conditions: 8.0 degrees < HFOV < 20.0 degrees. This allows the lens to have a suitable angle of view and is beneficial for forming a telephoto structure.
[0035] The sum of the distances between all adjacent optical elements in the photographic lens assembly along the optical axis is ΣAT, the distance from the image-side surface of the sixth optical element to the imaging plane along the optical axis is BL, and the sum of the thicknesses of all optical elements in the photographic lens assembly along the optical axis is ΣCT. This satisfies the following condition: 0.40 < (ΣAT+BL) / ΣCT < 1.60. This helps to balance the spatial configuration and ensures sufficient back focal length in the photographic lens assembly. It also satisfies the following condition: 0.50 < (ΣAT+BL) / ΣCT < 1.40.
[0036] The photographic optical lens assembly disclosed herein may further include an aperture; thereby, the shooting angle of the photographic optical lens assembly can be controlled, and the lens can be ensured to have an appropriate amount of light intake in the telephoto structure. The aperture may have a major axis direction and a minor axis direction perpendicular to the optical axis and different from each other, and the effective radius of the aperture in the major axis direction is different from the effective radius of the aperture in the minor axis direction; thereby, the shape of the aperture can be adjusted, which helps to reduce stray light. For example, referring to Figures 41 and 42, which are schematic diagrams illustrating non-circular apertures of photographic optical lens assemblies according to some embodiments of this disclosure, Figure 41 illustrates a schematic diagram of the shape configuration of the aperture of a photographic optical lens assembly according to one embodiment of this disclosure, and Figure 42 illustrates a schematic diagram of the shape configuration of the aperture of a photographic optical lens assembly according to another embodiment of this disclosure. As shown in Figure 41, in some embodiments disclosed herein, the aperture ST is elliptical in shape, having a major axis LX perpendicular to the optical axis OA and a minor axis SY. The directions of the major axis LX and the minor axis SY are opposite, and the effective radius Ra of the aperture ST along the major axis LX is greater than the effective radius Rb of the aperture ST along the minor axis SY. As shown in Figure 42, in some embodiments disclosed herein, the aperture ST has a tangent at its outer diameter, having a major axis LX perpendicular to the optical axis OA and a minor axis SY. The directions of the major axis LX and the minor axis SY are opposite, and the effective radius Ra of the aperture ST along the major axis LX is greater than the effective radius Rb of the aperture ST along the minor axis SY.
[0037] The focal length of the photographic optical lens group is f, and the entrance pupil diameter of the photographic optical lens group in the direction of the maximum entrance pupil diameter corresponding to the aperture is EPDmax, which can satisfy the following condition: 1.60 < f / EPDmax < 3.60. This achieves a balance between illumination and depth of field, helping to improve the telephoto function of the photographic optical lens group. It can also satisfy the following condition: 1.80 < f / EPDmax < 3.30. Here, f / EPDmax can refer to the aperture value (F-number) of the photographic optical lens group in the direction of the maximum entrance pupil diameter. Please refer to Figure 43, which is a schematic diagram illustrating the parameter EPDmax of an embodiment according to this disclosure. Specifically, Figure 43 illustrates the entrance pupil diameter of the photographic optical lens group in an embodiment according to this disclosure, corresponding to the major axis LX direction, minor axis SY direction, and the direction of the maximum entrance pupil diameter of the aperture ST in Figure 42. As shown in Figure 43, the entrance pupil diameter of the photographic optical lens group in the direction of the major axis LX of the corresponding aperture ST is EPDx, the entrance pupil diameter of the photographic optical lens group in the direction of the minor axis SY of the corresponding aperture ST is EPDy, and the entrance pupil diameter of the photographic optical lens group in the direction of the maximum entrance pupil diameter of the corresponding aperture ST is EPDmax.
[0038] The focal length of the photographic optical lens assembly is f, and the combined focal length of the second and third optical elements is f23, which satisfies the following condition: -2.20 < f / f23 < 0.60. This helps to adjust the convergence or divergence of light at the object-side end of the photographic optical lens assembly, thus facilitating the correction of spherical aberration. It also satisfies the following condition: -1.80 < f / f23 < 0.20.
[0039] The focal length of the photographic optical lens group is f, and the focal length of the fourth optical element is f4, which satisfies the following condition: 0.03 < f4 / f < 1.80. This allows the fourth optical element to possess strong positive refractive power, which is helpful for overall length control and balances the overall refractive power configuration. It also satisfies the following condition: 0.06 < f4 / f < 1.10. Furthermore, it also satisfies the following condition: 0.15 < f4 / f < 0.90.
[0040] The radius of curvature of the image-side surface of the first optical element is R2, and the radius of curvature of the object-side surface of the second optical element is R3, which can satisfy the following condition: 0.00 ≤ |R3 / R2| < 0.30. This allows the image-side surface of the first optical element to have a smaller curvature, reducing spherical aberration and improving productivity. It can also satisfy the following condition: 0.00 ≤ |R3 / R2| < 0.25.
[0041] The radius of curvature of the object-side surface of the first optical element is R1, and the radius of curvature of the object-side surface of the fourth optical element is R7, which satisfies the following condition: 0.00 ≤ |R7 / R1| < 1.00. This allows the surface shapes of the object-side surfaces of the first and fourth optical elements to be matched to adjust the optical path, which is beneficial for forming a telephoto configuration. Furthermore, the following condition can also be satisfied: 0.05 < |R7 / R1| < 0.80.
[0042] The radius of curvature of the object-side surface of the fourth optical element is R7, and the radius of curvature of the object-side surface of the fifth optical element is R9, which satisfies the following condition: -2.00 < (R7+R9) / (R7-R9) < 0.30. This allows the surface shapes of the object-side surfaces of the fourth and fifth optical elements to match, helping to reduce aberrations in different fields of view. Furthermore, it also satisfies the following condition: -1.80 < (R7+R9) / (R7-R9) < 0.00.
[0043] The Abbe number of the fifth optical element is V5, and the Abbe number of the sixth optical element is V6, which satisfies the following condition: 0.90 < V5 / V6 < 5.00. This allows the materials of the fifth and sixth optical elements to be matched, contributing to chromatic aberration correction. The following condition must also be satisfied: 0.90 < V5 / V6 < 4.50.
[0044] The refractive index of the fourth optical element is N4, which satisfies the following condition: 1.450 < N4 < 1.580. This helps to adjust the refractive index of the fourth optical element in conjunction with the front and rear optical elements to correct chromatic aberration and improve image quality.
[0045] The refractive index of the first optical element is N1, which satisfies the following condition: 1.500 < N1 < 1.600. Therefore, by limiting the range of materials selected for the first optical element, it is helpful to coordinate with the prism design and improve production efficiency.
[0046] The displacement parallel to the optical axis from the intersection of the object-side surface of the first optical element and the optical axis to the position of the maximum effective radius of the object-side surface of the first optical element is SAG1R1. The displacement parallel to the optical axis from the intersection of the image-side surface of the first optical element and the optical axis to the position of the maximum effective radius of the image-side surface of the first optical element is SAG1R2. The distance parallel to the optical axis from the position of the maximum effective radius of the object-side surface of the first optical element to the position of the maximum effective radius of the image-side surface of the first optical element is ET1. These conditions must satisfy the following: -0.10 < (SAG1R1 + SAG1R2) / ET1 < 0.35. This allows adjustment of the peripheral thickness and peripheral curvature of the first optical element, facilitating the forming of the optical element and improving manufacturability. The following condition must also be satisfied: 0.00 < (SAG1R1 + SAG1R2) / ET1 < 0.30. Please refer to Figure 39, which shows a schematic diagram of parameters SAG1R1 and SAG1R2 according to the first embodiment of this disclosure, wherein the displacement is positive in the image-side direction and negative in the object-side direction.
[0047] The radius of curvature of the image-side surface of the first optical element is R2, the radius of curvature of the object-side surface of the fourth optical element is R7, and the radius of curvature of the object-side surface of the fifth optical element is R9. This satisfies the following condition: 0.01 < (|R7|+|R9|) / |R2| < 2.00. This helps balance the overall optical path of the photographic lens assembly, aiding in correcting astigmatism and reducing stray light generation within the lens. It also satisfies the following condition: 0.03 < (|R7|+|R9|) / |R2| < 1.80.
[0048] The radius of curvature of the object-side surface of the fourth optical element is R7, and the radius of curvature of the image-side surface of the sixth optical element is R12, which satisfies the following condition: 1.60 < R12 / R7 < 8.00. This helps to reduce sensitivity and effectively improve image curvature. It also satisfies the following condition: 1.70 < R12 / R7 < 7.00.
[0049] The maximum effective radius of the object-side surface of the first optical element is Y1R1, and the maximum imaging height of the photographic optical lens group (which can be half the total diagonal length of the effective sensing area of the electronic photosensitive element) is ImgH, which satisfies the following condition: 0.80 < Y1R1 / ImgH < 1.60. This effectively controls the height difference between the first optical element and the photosensitive element to avoid an excessively large lens size. [0050] The thickness of the first optical element along the optical axis is CT1, and the thickness of the third optical element along the optical axis is CT3, which can satisfy the following condition: 0.10 < 10 × CT3 / CT1 < 3.00. This allows control over the ratio of the center thickness of the first optical element to the center thickness of the third optical element, helping to increase design freedom and reduce manufacturing tolerances. Alternatively, the following conditions can also be satisfied: 0.30 < 10 × CT3 / CT1 < 2.50. And also, the following condition can be satisfied: 0.50 < 10 × CT3 / CT1 < 2.00.
[0051] The thickness of the third optical element along the optical axis is CT3, and the focal length of the photographic lens group is f. This satisfies the following condition: 0.15 < 10 × CT3 / f < 0.60. Therefore, the center thickness of the third optical element can be adjusted to achieve a suitable focal length for the lens. This also satisfies the following condition: 0.20 < 10 × CT3 / f < 0.55.
[0052] The refractive index of the second optical element is N², which satisfies the following condition: 1.420 < N² < 1.620. This helps to adjust the refractive index of the second optical element in conjunction with the front and rear optical elements to correct chromatic aberration and aberrations, thereby improving image quality. It also satisfies the following condition: 1.450 < N² < 1.580.
[0053] The focal length of the photographic optical lens group is f, the focal length of the fifth optical element is f5, and the focal length of the sixth optical element is f6. This satisfies the following condition: -2.50 < f / f5 + f / f6 < -0.80. This helps to balance the refractive power configuration of the photographic optical lens group while correcting aberrations, thereby improving image quality.
[0054] The fifth optical element has a radius of curvature of R10 on its image-side surface, and the sixth optical element has a focal length of f6, satisfying the following condition: -0.25 < R10 / f6 < 10.00. This helps to harmonize the optical path at the image-side end of the photographic lens assembly, improving the light-gathering quality across the entire field of view. It also satisfies the following condition: -0.15 < R10 / f6 < 8.00.
[0055] The distance between the second and third optical elements on the optical axis is T23, and the thickness of the second optical element on the optical axis is CT2, which satisfies the following condition: 0.10 < T23 / CT2 < 0.80. Therefore, the distance between the second and third optical elements can be effectively controlled by the center thickness of the second optical element, which is beneficial for increasing space utilization and improving assembly yield. The following condition can also be satisfied: 0.18 < T23 / CT2 < 0.70.

This effectively improves the flexibility of space utilization and helps to shorten the overall length. The following condition can also be satisfied: 0.78 < P1TL / TL < 0.90. Please refer to Figure 40, which is a schematic diagram illustrating the parameter P1TL according to the first embodiment of this disclosure. As shown in Figure 40, the first optical element E1 has a reflective surface P1, and the distance on the optical axis from the reflective surface P1 to the imaging surface IMG is P1TL.

The thickness of the fifth optical element on the optical axis is CT5, which can satisfy the following condition: -1.10 < (SAG5R1+SAG5R2) / CT5 < 0.80. This allows adjustment of the peripheral curvature of the fifth optical element, which is beneficial for correcting astigmatism and distortion problems. It can also satisfy the following condition: -0.90 < (SAG5R1+SAG5R2) / CT5 < 0.60. Please refer to Figure 39, which is a schematic diagram illustrating the parameters SAG5R1 and SAG5R2 according to the first embodiment of this disclosure, wherein the displacement is positive in the image-side direction and negative in the object-side direction.
[0058] The displacement parallel to the optical axis from the intersection of the image-side surface of the sixth optical element and the optical axis to the position of the maximum effective radius of the image-side surface of the sixth optical element is SAG6R2. The thickness of the sixth optical element on the optical axis is CT6, which satisfies the following condition: -0.50 < SAG6R2 / CT6 < 0.80. It also satisfies the following condition: -0.40 < SAG6R2 / CT6 < 0.60. Please refer to Figure 39, which illustrates a schematic diagram of the parameter SAG6R2 according to the first embodiment of this disclosure, where the displacement is positive in the image-side direction and negative in the object-side direction.
[0059] In the photographic optical lens assembly disclosed herein, at least one optical element may have a non-circular optically effective area on at least one of its object-side surface and image-side surface. This allows for miniaturization of the imaging device and achieves good imaging performance by aligning it with the shape of the imaging area of the electronic photosensitive element. Referring to Figures 44 and 45, which are schematic diagrams illustrating the structure of the optically effective area (OEA) of a single optical element in a photographic optical lens assembly according to different embodiments of this disclosure, as shown in Figure 44, the shape of the optically effective area OEA is non-circular; preferably, the ratio of the major axis to the minor axis of the optically effective area OEA is between 1.20 and 1.90. As shown in Figure 45, the shape of the optically effective area OEA may be substantially rectangular; preferably, the ratio of the long side to the short side of the rectangle is between 1.20 and 1.90.
[0060] In the photographic optical lens assembly disclosed herein, at least one pair of parallel, opposing edges can be formed at the outer diameter of at least one optical element. The at least one pair of chamfered edges can also serve as positioning structures during the manufacturing and assembly of the optical element. Furthermore, the outer diameter of the lens barrel used to support the photographic optical lens assembly can also be cut to form at least one pair of parallel, opposing edges to reduce lens volume.
[0061] The technical features of the photographic optical lens assembly disclosed in this disclosure can be combined and configured to achieve corresponding effects.
[0062] In the photographic optical lens assembly disclosed herein, the optical elements can be made of glass or plastic. If the optical elements are made of glass, the freedom of refractive power configuration of the photographic optical lens assembly can be increased, and the influence of external environmental temperature changes on imaging can be reduced. Glass optical elements can be manufactured using techniques such as grinding or molding. If the optical elements are made of plastic, production costs can be effectively reduced. Furthermore, spherical or aspherical surfaces (ASPs) can be provided on the mirror surface. Spherical optical elements reduce manufacturing difficulty, while aspherical surfaces provide more controllable variables to reduce aberrations, decrease the number of optical elements, and effectively reduce the overall length of the photographic optical lens assembly disclosed herein. Further, aspherical surfaces can be manufactured using methods such as plastic injection molding or molding glass optical elements.
[0063] In the photographic optical lens assembly disclosed in this disclosure, if the surface of the optical element is aspherical, it means that all or part of the optically effective area of the surface of the optical element is aspherical.
[0064] In the photographic optical lens assembly disclosed herein, additives can be selectively added to any (or more) optical element materials to produce light absorption or interference effects, thereby altering the transmittance of the optical element for specific wavelengths of light and reducing stray light and color shift. For example, the additives may filter out light in the 600-800 nm wavelength range to help reduce excess red or infrared light; or they may filter out light in the 350-450 nm wavelength range to reduce excess blue or ultraviolet light. Therefore, the additives can prevent specific wavelengths of light from interfering with imaging. Furthermore, the additives can be uniformly mixed into plastic and manufactured into optical elements using injection molding technology. Additionally, the additives can also be deposited on the surface of the optical element to provide the aforementioned effects.
[0065] In the photographic optical lens assembly disclosed herein, if the surface of the optical element is convex and the location of the convex surface is not defined, it means that the convex surface can be located near the optical axis of the optical element surface; if the surface of the optical element is concave and the location of the concave surface is not defined, it means that the concave surface can be located near the optical axis of the optical element surface. If the radius of curvature, refractive power, or focal length of the optical element is not defined in its region, it means that the radius of curvature, refractive power, or focal length of the optical element can be the radius of curvature, refractive power, or focal length of the optical element near the optical axis.
[0066] In the photographic optical lens assembly disclosed herein, the inflection point on the surface of the optical element refers to the point where the curvature of the optical element surface changes from positive to negative.
[0067] In the photographic optical lens assembly disclosed herein, the imaging surface of the photographic optical lens assembly can be a plane or a curved surface with any curvature, depending on the corresponding electronic photosensitive element, especially a curved surface with a concave surface facing the object side.
[0068] In the photographic optical lens assembly disclosed herein, one or more imaging correction elements (such as planar elements) can be selectively arranged between the optical element closest to the imaging plane and the imaging plane in the imaging optical path to achieve the effect of correcting image curvature (such as image warping). The optical properties of the imaging correction element, such as curvature, thickness, refractive index, position, and surface type (convex or concave, spherical or aspherical, diffractive surface, and Fresnel surface, etc.), can be adjusted according to the requirements of the imaging device. Generally, a preferred configuration of the imaging correction element is to place a thin plano-concave element with a concave surface in the object-side direction close to the imaging plane.
[0069] In the photographic optical lens assembly disclosed herein, at least one reflective element, such as a prism or reflective mirror, can be selectively disposed between the subject and the imaging surface in the imaging optical path, providing greater spatial flexibility for the photographic optical lens assembly. This allows for the thinning of electronic devices without being constrained by the overall optical length of the photographic optical lens assembly. The reflective element can be disposed between the subject and the imaging surface, particularly between the last optical element (e.g., the sixth optical element) and the imaging surface, which helps to reduce the size of the photographic optical lens assembly. The light path can be reflected once, twice, or more than three times through a single reflective element. Furthermore, the reflective element can have at least one reflective surface, and the angle between the normal direction of the reflective surface and the optical axis is not limited to 45 degrees; other angles can be used depending on spatial configuration requirements. The reflective element can redirect the light path from the optical axis near the object side to the optical axis near the image side. The angle between the optical axis vector near the object side and the optical axis vector near the image side can be any angle, not limited to 0, 90, or 180 degrees. Furthermore, to reduce space requirements, the length and width of the reflector can be unequal, and the length, width, and height of the prism can also be unequal. The surface shape of the reflecting element (e.g., the surface shape of the prism or the reflector) can be planar, spherical, aspherical, or freeform, depending on optical design requirements, but this disclosure is not limited to these. The reflecting element can be composed of one or more prisms, depending on design requirements. The prism can be made of materials such as glass or plastic, depending on design requirements.
[0070] The photographic optical lens assembly disclosed herein may include at least one aperture stop, which may be located before the first optical element, between the optical elements, or after the last optical element. The aperture stop may be of the type such as an aperture stop, a glare stop, or a field stop, and may be used to reduce stray light and help improve image quality.
[0071] In the photographic optical lens assembly disclosed in this disclosure, the aperture configuration can be either a front aperture or a center aperture. A front aperture means the aperture is positioned between the subject and the first optical element, while a center aperture means the aperture is positioned between the first optical element and the imaging plane. A front aperture allows for a longer distance between the exit pupil and the imaging plane, creating a telecentric effect and increasing the image reception efficiency of the CCD or CMOS sensor. A center aperture helps to widen the angle of view of the photographic optical lens assembly.
[0072] This disclosure may appropriately incorporate a variable aperture element, which can be a mechanical component or a light-regulating element, capable of electrically or signal-controlled aperture size and shape. The mechanical component may include movable parts such as blade assemblies or shielding plates; the light-regulating element may include masking materials such as filter elements, electrochromic materials, or liquid crystal layers. The variable aperture element can enhance image adjustment capabilities by controlling the amount of light entering the image or the exposure time. Furthermore, the variable aperture element can also be the aperture of this disclosure, allowing adjustment of image quality, such as depth of field or exposure speed, by changing the aperture value.
[0073] This disclosure allows for the appropriate placement of one or more optical components to restrict the form of light passing through a photographic optical lens assembly. These optical components may be filters, polarizers, etc., but this disclosure is not limited thereto. Furthermore, the optical components may be single-piece parts, composite components, or thin films, but this disclosure is not limited thereto. The optical components may be placed at the object end, image end, or between optical elements of the photographic optical lens assembly to control the passage of specific forms of light, thereby meeting application requirements.
[0074] The photographic optical lens assembly disclosed herein may include at least one optical lens, optical element, or carrier, at least one surface of which has a low-reflection layer. This low-reflection layer effectively reduces stray light generated by reflection at the interface. The low-reflection layer may be disposed in the ineffective area of the object-side surface or image-side surface of the optical lens, or on the connecting surface between the object-side surface and the image-side surface. The optical element may be a light-shielding element, an annular spacer element, a lens barrel element, a cover glass, blue glass, a filter element (color filter), a light path deflection element (reflective element), a prism, or a mirror, etc. The carrier may be a lens mount, a micro-lens disposed on a photosensitive element, the periphery of a photosensitive element substrate, or a glass sheet used to protect the photosensitive element, etc.
[0075] In the photographic optical lens assembly disclosed herein, the object side and image side are determined according to the optical axis direction, and the data on the optical axis are calculated along the optical axis. Furthermore, if the optical axis is turned by a reflective element, the data on the optical axis are also calculated along the optical axis.
