Abstract

An electronic fencing device for high-voltage cables and its detection method are disclosed, comprising a camera unit, a communication unit, and a processing unit. The camera unit captures real-time images, including a basic image and a streaming image. The communication unit transmits the real-time images and warning signals. The processing unit is connected to the camera unit and the communication unit. The processing unit receives the real-time images, selects multiple warning boundaries for the high-voltage cable from the basic image based on boundary conditions, concatenates the warning boundaries to form a warning range, configures the warning range in the streaming image, sets a selection range for construction equipment in the streaming image, detects interference between the selected range and the warning range, and drives the communication unit to transmit warning signals.

Claims

1. An electronic fencing device for a high-voltage cable, which sends a warning signal when a construction machine enters a warning range of a high-voltage cable, the electronic fencing device for the high-voltage cable comprising: A camera unit captures a real-time image, which includes a base image and a streaming image; a communication unit transmits the real-time image and the warning signal; and a processing unit connected to the camera unit and the communication unit. The processing unit receives the real-time image, selects multiple warning boundaries of the high-voltage cable from the base image based on a boundary condition, connects the warning boundaries in series to form the warning range, configures the warning range in the streaming image, sets a selection range for the construction equipment in the streaming image, detects interference between the selection range and the warning range, and drives the communication unit to transmit the warning signal. The boundary conditions include construction direction information, multiple power tower location information, multiple sets of cable spacing information, and a construction site area information. The construction direction information is matched with the operating direction of the construction equipment, and the power tower location information is matched with the start and end points of the high-voltage cable. The processing unit calculates multiple cable curves of the high-voltage cable based on the power tower location information. Each cable spacing information is matched with a different part of the cable curve, and each cable spacing information records the warning boundary and the corresponding spacing distance of the high-voltage cable.

2. The electronic fencing device for a high-voltage cable as claimed in claim 1, wherein the communication unit is network-connected to a server, the server provides the boundary conditions to the communication unit, the communication unit transmits the warning signal and an instruction command to the server, and the server forwards the warning signal to a client according to the instruction command.

3. The electronic fencing device for high-voltage cables as described in claim 1, further comprising a warning device disposed on the construction equipment, the warning device being signal-connected to the communication unit, the communication unit transmitting the warning signal to the warning device to cause the warning device to generate a prompt alarm.

4. The electronic fencing device for high-voltage cables as claimed in claim 1, further comprising a storage unit, the processing unit connected to the storage unit, the storage unit storing the boundary conditions and an object detection program, the processing unit executing the object detection program, the object detection program receiving the streaming image and identifying a machine position information of the construction machine from the streaming image, the object detection program obtaining a moving part of the construction machine based on the machine position information, and the object detection program setting a selection range for the moving part.

5. The electronic fencing device for high-voltage cables as claimed in claim 4, further comprising a power unit connected to the camera unit, the communication unit, the processing unit and the storage unit, the power unit providing operating power to the camera unit, the communication unit, the processing unit and the storage unit.

6. The electronic fencing device for a high-voltage cable as claimed in claim 1, further comprising a fixing unit, one end of which is connected to the housing of the camera unit and the other end of which is fixed to a power tower.

7. A detection method for detecting the vicinity of a high-voltage cable, comprising: An electronic fencing device captures a real-time image of a high-voltage cable; the electronic fencing device selects multiple warning boundaries of the high-voltage cable from a base image of the real-time image; the electronic fencing device selects these warning boundaries from the base image based on multiple boundary conditions, wherein the boundary conditions include construction direction information, multiple power tower location information, multiple sets of cable spacing information, and a construction site area information; the electronic fencing device configures a warning range in a streaming image of the real-time image based on these warning boundaries; the electronic fencing device detects a construction machine in the streaming image and sets a selection range for the construction machine, wherein the construction direction information matches the operating direction of the construction machine, and the power tower location information matches the start and end points of the high-voltage cable; The electronic fencing device calculates multiple cable segments of the high-voltage cable based on the location information of the power towers. Each cable interval is matched to a different part of the cable segment, and each cable interval records the distance between the warning boundary and the corresponding high-voltage cable. When the electronic fencing device detects that the selected area and the warning area interfere with each other, the electronic fencing device generates a warning signal.

8. The detection method for detecting the vicinity of a high-voltage cable as described in claim 7, wherein the step of "the electronic fencing device detecting that the construction equipment has entered the warning range of the streaming image, and the electronic fencing device generating the warning signal" includes: The electronic fencing device identifies the location information of the construction machinery from the streaming video; the electronic fencing device obtains a moving part of the construction machinery based on the location information; and the electronic fencing device sets the selection range for the moving part.

9. The detection method for detecting the vicinity of a high-voltage cable as described in claim 7, wherein the step of "the electronic fencing device detecting the construction equipment entering the warning range of the streaming image, and the electronic fencing device generating the warning signal" includes: The electronic fencing device sends the warning signal to a warning device on the construction equipment.
