Abstract

An electronic device includes a display, a first color light sensor, and a processor. The first color light sensor is disposed on the display and is used to sense ambient light. The processor is electrically connected to the display and the first color light sensor, and is used to adjust the brightness and color temperature of the display according to the brightness and color temperature of the ambient light. The processor is adapted to control the display to project a first white image in a dark environment, and to cause the first color light sensor to sense the reflected light from the first white image on a specific color card. The processor then calibrates the first color light sensor based on the reflected light.
