Abstract

This invention discloses a rapid locking and clamping device for solar panels, used to assemble solar panels onto a first member of a solar scaffold, and to lock and clamp the solar panels in conjunction with at least one clamping block. The first member has an upward protrusion and at least one inclined groove on the same end face. The clamping block has a horizontal clamping section and a vertical clamping section connected orthogonally. The horizontal clamping section, which abuts against the first member and the solar panel, has an inclined wedge extending outward from the bottom end of the horizontal clamping section, selectively inserted into the inclined groove. The vertical clamping section is assembled on one side wall of the first member, and, in conjunction with the horizontal clamping section, forms a clamping force. The above-described components provide convenience and safety in the solar panel assembly process.

Claims

1. A quick-locking and clamping device for solar panels, used to assemble at least one solar panel onto a first member of a solar canopy, and to lock the solar panel in place with at least one clamping block, wherein: The first rod has: at least one upper protrusion disposed at the top of the first rod to provide abutment to one of the frames of the solar panel; at least one inclined groove recessed adjacent to the upper protrusion and formed on a predetermined end face of the first rod; and a clamping block, which is fastened to the first rod and has a transverse clamping section and a straight clamping section orthogonally connected, wherein: the transverse clamping section is fastened to the first rod and the frame and has an inclined wedge extending outward from the bottom end of the transverse clamping section and is selectively inserted into the inclined groove; and the straight clamping section is assembled on one side wall of the first rod to adjust the clamping force of the transverse clamping section.

2. The solar panel quick-locking and clamping device as described in claim 1, wherein a water tank is further provided on the outer side of the lower section of the sidewall of the first rod.

3. The solar panel quick-locking and clamping device as described in claim 1, wherein the first rod and the at least one upper protrusion are separable, and the first rod has a recessed groove on its end face along the extension direction of the first rod; and the at least one upper protrusion has a profile at one end that matches the cross-section of the groove and is inserted into the groove.
