Abstract

An oblique detection device for hourglass-shaped holes in a light-transmitting sheet includes: a sheet carrier for supporting a light-transmitting sheet having a plurality of hourglass-shaped holes; a housing; a lens assembly; an optical element; a camera; a focus changing module; a light source; and a microcontroller unit storing detection logic. The detection logic has the following content for the microcontroller unit to execute: changing the focus position of the camera on the light-transmitting sheet by the focus changing module, and causing the camera to capture images at each of the focus positions to obtain a plurality of images, and then combining the plurality of images into a composite image. The composite image has a plurality of hourglass color blocks, each hourglass color block having a narrow portion located at the waist and two wide portions located at the upper and lower ends of the narrow portion.

Claims

1. A device for detecting the oblique orientation of hourglass-shaped holes in a light-transmitting sheet, comprising: a sheet carrier for supporting a light-transmitting sheet, the light-transmitting sheet having a plurality of hourglass-shaped holes extending vertically and having a cross-section resembling an upright hourglass; a housing located above the light-transmitting sheet; a lens assembly disposed in the housing; an optical element disposed within the housing; a camera disposed in the housing, for capturing images of the light-transmitting sheet using the optical element and the lens assembly, wherein the image-capturing axis of the camera is defined as an image-capturing axis, and the camera captures images of the light-transmitting sheet within an image-capturing range, and the image-capturing direction of the camera is relative to the normal of the light-transmitting sheet at an image-capturing angle, the image-capturing angle being between 15 and 45 degrees; and a focus-changing module disposed in the housing, for changing the focus position of the camera on the light-transmitting sheet along the image-capturing axis. A light source is located above the translucent plate. The light emission axis of the light source is defined as an illumination axis. The light emission direction is towards the translucent plate. The light source illuminates the translucent plate within an illumination range. The illumination axis is at an illumination angle relative to the normal of the translucent plate, and the illumination angle is between 15 and 45 degrees. The illumination range at least partially overlaps with the imaging range. A microcontroller unit is electrically connected to the camera and the focus adjustment module. The microcontroller unit stores detection logic, which has the following contents for execution by the microcontroller unit: Maintaining the current angle and current imaging range of the camera facing the light-transmitting panel, the microcontroller controls the focus-changing module to change the camera's focus position on the light-transmitting panel along the imaging axis, and the camera captures images at each focus position to obtain multiple images. The multiple images are then processed using depth-of-field compositing technology in image processing to synthesize a composite image. The composite image has multiple hourglass color blocks, each hourglass color block corresponding to an hourglass-shaped hole, and each hourglass color block has a narrow portion located at the waist and two wide portions located at the upper and lower ends of the narrow portion. The width of the narrow portion and the two wide portions are measured by the microcontroller.
