Abstract

A support device includes a shelf and a plurality of guide blocks. The guide blocks are disposed on the shelf and define a receiving area, the receiving area defining a first direction and a second direction substantially perpendicular to the first direction. One of the guide blocks includes a first sub-guide block and a second sub-guide block, the first sub-guide block being connected to the shelf and having a movable range in the first direction, the second sub-guide block being disposed on and connected to the first sub-guide block, and the second sub-guide block having a movable range relative to the first sub-guide block in the second direction.

Claims

1. A support device comprising: a shelf; and a plurality of guide blocks disposed on the shelf and defining a receiving area, the receiving area defining a first direction and a second direction perpendicular to the first direction, wherein one of the guide blocks comprises: a first sub-guide block connected to the shelf and having a movable range in the first direction; and a second sub-guide block disposed on and connected to the first sub-guide block, the second sub-guide block having a movable range in the second direction relative to the first sub-guide block.

2. The carrying device as claimed in claim 1, wherein the first sub-guide block includes two first connection points distributed along the first direction and spaced apart from each other, and the first sub-guide block is connected to the shelf via the first connection points.

3. The carrier device as claimed in claim 2, wherein the second sub-guide block includes two second connection points distributed along the second direction and spaced apart from each other, and the second sub-guide block is connected to the first sub-guide block via the second connection points.

4. The support device as claimed in claim 1, wherein the movable range in the first direction and the second direction is 1-5 mm.

5. The bearing device as claimed in claim 1, wherein the material of the first sub-guide block is different from that of the second sub-guide block.

6. The bearing device as claimed in claim 5, wherein the first sub-guide block is made of stainless steel and the second sub-guide block is made of engineering plastic.

7. The support device as claimed in claim 1, wherein the shelf includes a first support frame and a second support frame that are parallel to each other, and the guide blocks are a first guide block, a second guide block, a third guide block and a fourth guide block, the first guide block and the second guide block being disposed on the first support frame, and the third guide block and the fourth guide block being disposed on the second support frame.

8. The carrying device as claimed in claim 1, wherein the first sub-guide block includes two first adjustment holes and two first connectors corresponding to the first adjustment holes, the first connectors passing through the first adjustment holes and fixed to the shelf, and the second sub-guide block includes two second adjustment holes and two second connectors corresponding to the second adjustment holes, the second connectors passing through the second adjustment holes and fixed to the first sub-guide block.

9. The bearing device as claimed in claim 1, wherein the first sub-guide block is provided with a slide rail, and the second sub-guide block is provided with a groove corresponding to the slide rail.

10. The bearing device as claimed in claim 1 further comprises: a stop screw passing through the first sub-guide block and abutting against a bottom surface of the second sub-guide block.

11. The bearing device as claimed in claim 1 further comprises: a spring disposed between a first side surface of the first sub-guide block and a second side surface of the second sub-guide block, wherein the first side surface and the second side surface are adjacent to each other.

12. The bearing device as claimed in claim 11 further comprises: a first blind hole disposed on the first side; and a second blind hole disposed on the second side; wherein the two ends of the spring are respectively received in the first blind hole and the second blind hole.

13. The carrying device as claimed in claim 1, wherein the guide block further includes a third sub-guide block, the third sub-guide block being a flat plate and disposed between the first sub-guide block and the second sub-guide block.

14. A support device comprising: a shelf including a receiving area; and a first guide block, a second guide block, a third guide block and a fourth guide block respectively located at the four corners of the receiving area, wherein one of the first guide block, the second guide block, the third guide block and the fourth guide block comprises: a first sub-guide block disposed on the shelf, the first sub-guide block having two first adjustment holes on a first side along a first direction, and a slide rail extending along a second direction on a second side of the first sub-guide block, the second direction being different from the first direction; and a plurality of first connectors passing through the first adjustment holes and forming two connection points to connect the first sub-guide block and the shelf, and giving the first sub-guide block a movable range in the first direction; A second auxiliary guide block is disposed on the first auxiliary guide block and can move along the slide rail, and the second auxiliary guide block is provided with two second adjustment holes opened along the second direction; and a plurality of second connectors pass through the second adjustment holes and form two connection points to connect the second auxiliary guide block and the first auxiliary guide block, and make the second auxiliary guide block have a movable range in the second direction relative to the first auxiliary guide block.

15. The bearing device as claimed in claim 14 further comprises: a stop screw passing through the first sub-guide block and abutting against a bottom surface of the second sub-guide block; and a spring disposed between a first side surface of the first sub-guide block and a second side surface of the second sub-guide block, wherein the first side surface and the second side surface are adjacent to each other.
