Abstract

A damping headphone headset, installed inside a head tube, comprises: a headset having a plurality of first annular walls of unequal outer diameters; a first annular groove formed between two adjacent first annular walls; a rotating member rotatably disposed within the headset and connected to a fork tube for synchronous rotation with the fork tube; a bearing member disposed between the headset and the rotating member, having an outer chamfered surface whose innermost end corresponds to the inner wall surface of the outermost first annular wall of the headset; and a... The actuator has a plurality of second annular walls with different outer diameters; a second annular groove is formed between two adjacent second annular walls; wherein the first annular wall extends into the second annular groove and the second annular wall extends into the first annular groove; and an axial stop for restricting the axial movement of the driven member along the cup; wherein a damping groove is formed between the first annular grooves of the cup and the second annular grooves of the driven member and is filled with damping fluid, and the damping groove includes at least two continuously curved U-shaped grooves.

Claims

1. A damping headset assembly, installed inside a head tube, comprising: a headset connected to the head tube, having a plurality of first annular walls with unequal outer diameters; a first annular groove formed between two adjacent first annular walls, the opening direction of the first annular groove extending along one axial direction of the headset; a rotating member rotatably disposed inside the headset and connected to a fork tube for rotating synchronously with the fork tube; a bearing member disposed between the headset and the rotating member; the bearing member having an inner ring portion and an outer ring portion respectively abutting against the rotating member and the headset; wherein an outer chamfered surface is formed on one side of the outer ring portion opposite to the inner ring portion, and the innermost end of one of the outer chamfered surfaces corresponds to the bottom end of the inner wall surface of the outermost first annular wall of the headset; A driven member, rotatably disposed within the bowl and connected to the rotating member, is driven by the rotating member to rotate synchronously; the driven member has a plurality of second annular walls with unequal outer diameters; a second annular groove is formed between adjacent two second annular walls, and the opening direction of the second annular groove is relative to the opening direction of the first annular groove; wherein the first annular wall of the bowl extends into the second annular groove of the driven member, and the second annular wall of the driven member extends into the first annular groove of the bowl; and an axial stop member is disposed between the bowl and the driven member to restrict the axial movement of the driven member along the bowl; wherein... A damping groove is formed between the first annular grooves of the cup member and the second annular grooves of the follower member, and is filled with damping fluid. The damping groove includes at least two continuously curved U-shaped grooves. The outermost extension direction of the damping groove extends in a direction close to the bearing member, and one end is adjacent to the bearing member.

2. The damping headband as described in claim 1, wherein the innermost end of the outer chamfered surface corresponds to the bottom end of the damping groove.

3. The damping headband as described in claim 2, wherein the outermost portion of the damping groove is formed between the outermost first annular wall and the outermost second annular wall, and the bottom of the portion of the damping groove corresponds to the innermost end of the outer chamfered surface.

4. The damping head cup assembly as described in claim 1, wherein the head cup has an inner inclined ring wall formed below the outermost first ring wall and connected to the inner wall surface of the first ring wall; the outer chamfered surface is fitted to the inner inclined ring wall, and the innermost end of the outer chamfered surface is aligned with the connection between the inner inclined ring wall and the inner wall surface of the first ring wall.

5. The damping head cup assembly as described in claim 4, wherein the head cup has a stepped portion formed between the outermost first annular wall and the inner oblique annular wall and extending radially inward toward the head cup, and a stop groove formed between the stepped portion and the first annular wall; the axial stop member is disposed in the stop groove, one end abutting against the stepped portion and the other end abutting against the driven member.

6. The damping headband assembly as described in claim 1, wherein the rotating member has an outer beveled ring wall; the inner ring portion of the bearing member has an inner chamfered surface formed on one side of the inner ring portion opposite to the outer ring portion, and the outer beveled ring wall of the rotating member contacts the inner chamfered surface of the bearing member.

7. The damping headband assembly as described in claim 1, wherein the headband has a first bottom wall on one side opposite the rotating member, and the first annular walls are arranged around the first bottom wall, one end of which extends in a direction away from the first bottom wall and close to the rotating member; the follower has a second bottom wall on one side adjacent to the rotating member, one end of which extends in a direction away from the second bottom wall and the rotating member.

8. The damping headband as described in claim 1 further includes two seals disposed at opposite ends of the damping groove.

9. The damping headband assembly as described in claim 8, wherein the innermost and outermost second annular walls of the driven member are respectively provided with a sealing groove for accommodating the two sealing elements.

10. The damping headband assembly as claimed in claim 1, wherein the rotating member has a plurality of first teeth and a plurality of first tooth slots extending axially; the driven member has a plurality of second teeth and a plurality of second tooth slots extending axially, and the second teeth of the driven member engage with the first tooth slots of the rotating member, and the first teeth of the rotating member engage with the second tooth slots of the driven member.
