The encoder encodes the data subsequences to generate multiple bitstreams; a data sequence is generated, wherein the data sequence includes multiple encoder indices arranged according to the priority order of the encoders, wherein the priority order of the encoders is determined based on the number of encoded bits generated by the corresponding encoder in one cycle in each bitstream; and the bitstreams generated by the encoders are arranged into an encoded main stream according to the data sequence.
2. The encoding method as described in claim 1 further includes: For each data subsequence, the number of encoded bits generated by the corresponding encoder in the current period is obtained, and the number of encoded bits generated by the corresponding encoder in the current period is added to the number of encoded bits remaining in the previous period when the data block can be configured to the encoded main stream, so as to generate the corresponding cumulative number of encoded bits.
3. The encoding method as claimed in claim 1, wherein the encoded bits generated by the corresponding encoder during the period include at least one encoded data unit.
4. The encoding method as described in claim 1, wherein the step of arranging the bitstream generated by the encoder into the encoded main stream according to the data sequence includes: Each data block is extracted from its corresponding bitstream, and each data block is sequentially configured into the encoded mainstream according to the encoder index arranged in the data sequence.
5. A decoding method, comprising: Based on the data sequence, the encoded main stream is divided into multiple bit streams; The bitstream is decoded by multiple decoders to generate multiple data subsequences; a data order sequence is generated, wherein the data order sequence includes multiple decoder indices arranged according to the priority order of the decoders, wherein the priority order of the decoders is determined based on the number of encoded bits that the corresponding decoder in each bitstream can process in one cycle; and the data subsequences generated by the decoders are arranged in a cyclic manner to form a data sequence.
6. The decoding method as described in claim 5 further includes: For each bit stream, obtain the number of encoded bits that the corresponding decoder can process in the current period; Furthermore, the number of encoded bits that the corresponding decoder can process in the current period is added to the number of encoded bits remaining in the previous period after the data block can be configured to the corresponding decoder, to generate the corresponding cumulative number of encoded bits.
7. The decoding method as claimed in claim 5, wherein the number of encoded bits that the corresponding decoder can process in the period includes at least one encoded data unit.
8. The decoding method as described in claim 5, wherein the step of arranging the data subsequence generated by the decoder into a data sequence in a cyclic manner includes: Each data block is extracted from its corresponding data subsequence and sequentially configured into the data sequence according to the described cyclic method.
9. An encoding device, comprising: Memory; The processor is configured to: distribute data sequences cyclically to multiple encoders for parallel processing, wherein each encoder receives multiple data subsequences; encode the data subsequences by the encoders to generate multiple bitstreams; generate a data sequence queue, wherein the data sequence queue includes multiple encoder indices arranged according to the priority of the encoders, wherein the priority of the encoders is determined based on the number of encoded bits generated by the corresponding encoder in one cycle in each bitstream; and arrange the bitstreams generated by the encoders into an encoded main stream according to the data sequence queue.

The encoding apparatus of claim 9, wherein the processor is further configured to: for each of the data subsequences, obtain the number of encoded bits generated by the corresponding encoder in the current period in the data subsequence; and accumulate the number of encoded bits generated by the corresponding encoder in the current period in the data subsequence and the number of encoded bits remaining in the previous period when the data block could be configured to the encoding mainstream, to generate a corresponding cumulative number of encoded bits.
11. A decoding device, comprising: Memory; The processor is configured to: divide a main stream into multiple bitstreams according to a data sequence; decode the bitstreams by multiple decoders to generate multiple data subsequences; generate a data sequence including multiple decoder indices arranged according to the priority of the decoders, wherein the priority of the decoders is determined based on the number of bits decoded into decoded data in each bitstream; and arrange the data subsequences generated by the decoders in a cyclic manner into a data sequence.
