Abstract
Claims
1. A circuit breaker comprising a fixed frame, a trolley movable onto and off the fixed frame, and a circuit breaker body mounted on the trolley, wherein the trolley is capable of moving to a connection position where the circuit breaker body is connected to a busbar, a test position where the circuit breaker body is disconnected from the busbar for testing, and a pull-out position where the circuit breaker body is pulled out of the fixed frame from the test position, wherein the moving direction of the trolley is defined as moving direction X, the connection position side is defined as connection side X+, and the pull-out position side is defined as pull-out side X-, the circuit breaker comprises a moving device for moving the trolley, the moving device comprising: a drive rod disposed on a side wall of the trolley; and a crank arm that is linked to the movement of the drive rod and rotates about a first rotation axis disposed at one end. The connecting arm is connected to the other end of the aforementioned crank arm via a second rotating shaft, with one end rotatable relative to the aforementioned crank arm. It has a guide shaft that protrudes perpendicularly toward the trolley side at the middle of its length direction relative to the aforementioned direction of movement, and a connecting shaft at the other end. The limiting part is provided on the aforementioned side wall of the aforementioned trolley, which limits the vertical movement range of the aforementioned connecting shaft by moving the aforementioned guide shaft along the aforementioned limiting part. The fixed frame rod has an engaging part at the end of the pull-out side X- that engages with the aforementioned connecting shaft of the aforementioned connecting arm from the aforementioned test position to the aforementioned connection position, and is arranged to protrude from the aforementioned fixed frame toward the pull-out side X-.
2. The circuit breaker as described in claim 1, wherein, The aforementioned limiting part connects the aforementioned guide shaft at the aforementioned test position to the aforementioned guide shaft at the aforementioned connection position, and is formed on the aforementioned sidewall in a downward bending manner.
3. The circuit breaker as described in claim 1 or 2, wherein, The aforementioned limiting part is a slit provided on the aforementioned side wall.
4. The circuit breaker as described in claim 1 or 2, wherein, The aforementioned limiting part is a protrusion provided on the aforementioned side wall.
5. The circuit breaker as described in claim 1 or 2, wherein, The aforementioned engaging portion is an engaging groove recessed downward on the upper surface of the aforementioned pull-out side X-.
6. The circuit breaker as described in claim 5, wherein, During the movement of the aforementioned trolley from the aforementioned connection position to the aforementioned test position, the aforementioned moving device restricts the aforementioned connecting shaft from moving to a height higher than the aforementioned engagement groove.
7. The circuit breaker as described in claim 6, wherein, The aforementioned fixed frame rod has an inclined surface at its front end that gradually rises towards the aforementioned connecting side X+, and the aforementioned engaging groove is formed on the aforementioned connecting side X+ of the inclined surface.
8. The circuit breaker as described in claim 1 or 2, wherein, The cross-section of the aforementioned connecting arm, when cut perpendicularly to its length direction, is U-shaped. At the aforementioned connection position, the aforementioned crank arm is folded inside the aforementioned connecting arm.
9. The circuit breaker as described in claim 1 or 2, wherein, The aforementioned connecting arm has a first notch recessed from the upper surface downwards, and the aforementioned crank arm has a second notch. At the aforementioned connection position, the aforementioned first notch is inserted into the aforementioned first rotating shaft, and at the aforementioned connection position, the aforementioned second notch is inserted into the aforementioned guide shaft.
10. The circuit breaker as described in claim 1 or 2, wherein, The aforementioned crank arm has a protrusion that contacts the end face of one end of the aforementioned connecting arm at the aforementioned test position.
11. The circuit breaker as described in claim 1 or 2, wherein, The aforementioned moving devices are respectively provided on both sides of the aforementioned trolley.
