Abstract
Claims
1. A swallowing monitoring and training system, comprising: a muscle signal sensor including at least one sensing patch for attaching to the hyoid muscle group of a subject, the muscle signal sensor being used to sense a plurality of swallowing muscle signals generated by the subject during swallowing through the at least one sensing patch; a signal processing module electrically connected to the muscle signal sensor, the signal processing module storing a swallowing muscle signal standard and receiving the swallowing muscle signals, the signal processing module generating a threshold based on the swallowing muscle signal standard, and comparing the swallowing muscle signals with the threshold. When the swallowing muscle signals are less than the threshold, the signal processing module generates a training instruction, wherein the swallowing muscle signal standard is generated by analyzing one of the plurality of standard muscle signals generated by the subject's swallowing and the plurality of standard muscle signals generated by the subject's swallowing; and a vibration generator is connected to the signal processing module and the at least one sensing patch of the muscle signal sensor, the vibration generator is used to receive the training instruction and generate a vibration to the at least one sensing patch and the subject's hyoid muscle group according to the training instruction.
2. The swallowing monitoring and training system of claim 1, wherein the muscle signal sensor is an electromyography (EMG) sensor, and the at least one sensing patch includes a positive EMG patch, a negative EMG patch and a common EMG patch, for sensing the swallowing muscle signals generated by the subject's swallowing.
3. The swallowing monitoring and training system of claim 1 further includes an input module connected to the signal processing module for a user to adjust the swallowing muscle signal standard to generate the threshold.
4. The swallowing monitoring and training system of claim 1, wherein the vibration generator includes a motor disposed on the at least one sensing patch and connected to the signal processing module, the motor being used to receive the training instruction and generate the vibration to the hyoid muscle group of the subject according to the training instruction.
5. The swallowing monitoring and training system of claim 1, wherein the artificial intelligence analysis model is trained on a set of swallowing muscle signals using a machine learning algorithm, the artificial intelligence analysis model is used to generate an analysis result based on the standard muscle signals, and to generate the training instruction based on the analysis result.
6. The swallowing monitoring and training system of claim 1, wherein the vibration generated by the vibration generator has a vibration frequency range of 50 Hz to 250 Hz and a vibration intensity range of 3000 rpm to 15000 rpm.
