Abstract
Claims
1. A method for guiding the movement of a tote, executed through a computing system, comprising the following steps: acquiring information about a source tote and information about a target tote; identifying the movement needs of goods contained in the source tote based on the acquired information about the source tote and the target tote; if there are goods identified as needing to be moved, guiding the movement of the goods identified as needing to be moved from the source tote to the target tote; for the goods identified as needing to be moved, identifying the movement needs of additional goods; and if additional goods are identified as needing to be moved, guiding the movement of the additional goods to the target tote, wherein the source tote is the tote containing the goods to be moved, and the target tote is the tote to which the goods to be moved will be moved.
2. The method for moving and guiding the turnover box as described in claim 1, wherein, It also includes the following steps: if preset conditions are met, the target tote is guided to move to a pre-designated follow-up processing area, wherein the preset conditions are related to at least one of the volume, weight or expected delivery date of the goods contained in the target tote.
3. The method for guiding the movement of a turnover box as described in claim 2, characterized in that at least one of the following operations is performed on the goods contained in the target turnover box in the designated follow-up processing area: re-sorting, repackaging, return processing, and problem goods resolution.
4. The method for guiding the movement of a turnover box as described in claim 1, characterized in that the movement requirement is identified based on whether the goods contained in the source turnover box meet at least one of the following criteria: defective goods, failed packaging goods, or cancelled shipment.
5. The method for moving and guiding the turnover box as described in claim 1, wherein, The steps for obtaining information about the source tote and the target tote include the following: identifying the barcodes of the source tote and the target tote; and identifying the barcodes of the goods contained in the source tote.
6. The method for moving and guiding a turnover box as described in claim 1, wherein, At least one of the source or target containers is a container transported by an Automated Guided Vehicle (AGV).
7. The method for moving and guiding a turnover box as described in claim 1, wherein, The steps to identify this movement requirement include the following: Identifying physical shortages (short pick) or over-pick situations of goods.
8. A turnover box moving guidance system, comprising: One or more processors; The system also includes memory storing a computer program that executes via one or more processors. When the computer program is executed, the one or more processors perform the following operations: acquiring information about a source tote and a target tote; identifying the movement requirements of goods contained in the source tote based on the acquired information about the source tote and the target tote; if there are goods identified as needing to be moved, guiding the movement of those goods from the source tote to the target tote; for the goods identified as needing to be moved, identifying the movement requirements of additional goods; and if additional goods are identified as needing to be moved, guiding the movement of those additional goods to the target tote, where the source tote is the tote containing the goods to be moved and the target tote is the tote to which the goods to be moved will be moved.
9. The turnover box moving and guiding system as described in claim 8, wherein, The one or more processors also perform the following operation: if preset conditions are met, guide the target tote to be moved to a pre-designated follow-up processing area, wherein the preset conditions are related to at least one of the volume, weight or expected delivery date of the goods contained in the target tote.
10. The turnover box movement guidance system as claimed in claim 9, characterized in that at least one of the following operations is performed on the goods contained in the target turnover box in the designated follow-up processing area: re-sorting, repackaging, return processing, and problem goods resolution.
11. The turnover box movement guidance system as described in claim 8, characterized in that the movement requirement is identified based on whether the goods contained in the source turnover box meet at least one of the following criteria: defective goods, failed packaging goods, or cancelled shipment.
12. The turnover box moving and guiding system as described in claim 8, wherein, The operation of obtaining information about the source tote and the target tote includes the following steps: identifying the barcodes of the source tote and the target tote; and identifying the barcodes of the goods contained in the source tote.
13. The turnover box moving and guiding system as described in claim 8, wherein, At least one of the source or target containers is a container transported by an Automated Guided Vehicle (AGV).
14. The turnover box moving and guiding system as described in claim 8, wherein, The operations to identify this movement request include the following: identifying physical shortages (short pick) or over-pick situations of goods.
