Abstract

This invention discloses a crossbow arrow press structure, comprising a connecting seat, a supporting seat, and a pressing member. The connecting seat is connected at one end to the firing mechanism of the crossbow, and at the other end extends above the crossbow arm. The supporting seat is mounted on a predetermined end face of the connecting seat and has a movable groove extending through the supporting seat and a receiving groove recessed from the top of the supporting seat. The pressing member has a U-shaped portion and a locking portion formed at each end. The U-shaped portion is movably inserted into the movable groove, while the locking portion overlaps in the receiving groove and is held by the connecting seat and the supporting seat. With these components, the U-shaped portion selectively applies a preload to the arrow without causing tangling or interference during the movement of the bowstring.

Claims

1. A crossbow arrow press structure, comprising: A connecting base, one end of which is connected to a firing device of a crossbow, and the other end extending above a crossbow arm; a support base, assembled on the end face of the connecting base facing the crossbow arm, having a movable groove formed through the top and bottom of the support base, and a receiving groove recessed from the top of the support base; and a pressing member, having a U-shaped portion and a locking portion at both ends, wherein: the U-shaped portion is movably inserted into the movable groove and protrudes to the outer side of the bottom end of the support base; and the locking portion extends horizontally from one end of the U-shaped portion, overlaps the receiving groove, and is clamped by the connecting base and the support base.

2. The crossbow arrow press structure as described in claim 1, wherein the support base has a plurality of through holes that pass through the top and bottom of the support base respectively, are disposed at both ends of the movable groove, provide for the extension of a plurality of locking elements, and are assembled on the connecting base.

3. The crossbow arrow press structure as described in claim 2, wherein the locking part has a through hole formed through the top and bottom of the locking part, providing for one of the locking elements to pass through.

4. The crossbow arrow press structure as claimed in claim 1, wherein the U-shaped portion has a first oblique section, an arc section and a second oblique section formed in sequence, wherein the arc section protrudes to the outside of the support.

5. The crossbow arrow press structure as described in claim 4, wherein the free end of the first inclined section is at a predetermined distance from the wall of the movable groove.

6. The crossbow arrow press structure as described in claim 4, wherein the second oblique section has at least one notch to increase the deformation force of the second oblique section.
