Abstract

An energy recovery system includes a balancing circuit, a voltage sensor, a current sensor, a microcontroller, and an energy storage terminal. The balancing circuit controls the discharge of multiple discarded batteries, wherein these discarded batteries are of at least two different types. The voltage sensor senses the output voltage of these discarded batteries. The current sensor senses the output current of these discarded batteries. The microcontroller is coupled to the balancing circuit, the voltage sensor, and the current sensor, and sends control signals to the balancing circuit based on the output voltage and output current to instruct the balancing circuit to control the energy output state of the discarded batteries. The energy storage terminal is coupled to the microcontroller and the current sensor, and stores the energy output by the discarded batteries.
