Abstract

An intracellular substance delivery device is disclosed to address the problem of poor substance delivery efficiency in conventional methods. The device includes: a flow channel having an injection end and an outlet end, the injection end for injecting a cell mixture; and a compression section located between the injection end and the outlet end, the compression section having a plurality of ribs arranged side-by-side in a flow direction, each rib having a top surface that forms a compression channel with the inner wall of the flow channel. This improves the efficiency of substance delivery to cells.

Claims

1. An intracellular substance delivery device, comprising: a flow channel having an injection end and an outlet end, the injection end being used to inject a cell mixture; and a compression section located between the injection end and the outlet end, the compression section having a plurality of ribs arranged at intervals in a flow direction, each rib having a top surface, the top surface forming a compression channel with the inner wall of the flow channel.

2. The intracellular substance delivery device as described in claim 1, wherein, The distance between the rib of the compression channel and the inner wall of the channel is 1 / 4 to 1 / 2 of the cell diameter.

3. The intracellular substance delivery device as described in claim 1, wherein, The compression channel extends 0.03 to 0.05 mm in the direction of fluid flow.

4. The intracellular substance delivery device as described in claim 1, wherein, Each of the protruding ribs has a guide slope that is inclined toward the direction of the liquid flow and is connected to the top surface.

5. The intracellular substance delivery device as described in claim 4, wherein, Each of the protruding ribs has an arc-shaped portion between its guide slope and the top surface.

6. The intracellular substance delivery device as described in claim 1, wherein, The flow channel also has a dispersion section located between the injection end and the compression section of the flow channel, and the dispersion section has several columns.

7. The intracellular substance delivery device as described in claim 6, wherein, The dispersion section has several constricted sections in sequence along the direction of liquid flow.

8. The intracellular substance delivery device of any one of claims 1 to 7 further includes a base having a chassis, the flow channel being recessed in a surface of the chassis, and a cover being attached to the surface to form a closure of the flow channel.

9. The intracellular substance delivery device as described in claim 8, wherein, The compression channel is formed between the top surface of the rib and the cover, and the distance between the cover and the top surface is 0.004 to 0.02 mm.

10. The intracellular substance delivery device as described in claim 8, wherein, The protrusion height of each rib relative to the surface of the chassis is 0.02 to 0.1 mm.
