Abstract

This invention provides an automated production method for producing calcium fluoride using hydrofluoric acid solution, comprising: sensing the molar concentration of hydrogen ions and the molar concentration of fluoride ions in the hydrofluoric acid solution and preset a first feed amount; feeding the hydrofluoric acid solution into a mixing tank at the first feed amount; an automatic control module outputting a second feed amount of the calcium hydroxide solution, calculating the molar concentrations of hydrogen ions and fluoride ions in the hydrofluoric acid solution at the first feed amount and the molar concentrations of calcium ions in the calcium hydroxide solution at the second feed amount, and outputting a third feed amount of the calcium chloride solution; feeding the second feed amount of the calcium hydroxide solution and the third feed amount of the calcium chloride solution into the mixing tank to form a mixing solution; and allowing the mixing solution to undergo a precipitation reaction to obtain the calcium fluoride product.

Claims

1. An automated production method for producing calcium fluoride using hydrofluoric acid solution, comprising: Provide hydrofluoric acid solution, calcium hydroxide solution of predetermined concentration, and calcium chloride solution; The system senses the hydrogen ion mole concentration (H1) and fluoride ion mole concentration (F1) of the hydrofluoric acid solution and presets a first feed amount of the hydrofluoric acid solution; the hydrofluoric acid solution is fed into a mixing tank at the first feed amount; an automatic control module outputs a second feed amount of the calcium hydroxide solution based on the first feed amount of the hydrofluoric acid solution, H1, F1, and a predetermined concentration of the calcium hydroxide solution, and calculates the hydrogen ion mole count (Hmol) and fluoride ion mole count (Fmol) of the hydrofluoric acid solution at the first feed amount, and the calcium ion mole count (Camol) of the calcium hydroxide solution at the second feed amount; and outputs a third feed amount of the calcium chloride solution based on the first feed amount of the hydrofluoric acid solution, H1, F1, Camol, and a predetermined concentration of the calcium chloride solution; wherein, when H1 is greater than or equal to F1, Camol ÷ 0.5Fmol is 0.7 to 0.9; When H1 is less than F1, the ratio of Camol ÷ 0.5Hmol is 0.7 to 0.9; the second feed amount of the calcium hydroxide solution and the third feed amount of the calcium chloride solution are fed into the mixing tank to form a mixing solution having a calcium ion molar concentration (Ca1) and a fluoride ion molar concentration (F2), wherein Ca1 ÷ 0.5F2 is 0.95 to 1.2; and the mixing solution is subjected to a precipitation reaction to obtain the calcium fluoride product.

2. The automated production method as described in claim 1, wherein the step of subjecting the prepared solution to a precipitation reaction includes: Provide a flocculant with a predetermined concentration; The prepared solution is fed into a flocculation tank. The automatic control module outputs a fourth feed amount of the flocculant based on the volume of the prepared solution and the predetermined concentration of the flocculant. The fourth feed amount of the flocculant is fed into the flocculation tank, where a flocculation solution is formed for flocculation reaction. The flocculated solution was subjected to a precipitation reaction to obtain the calcium fluoride product.

3. The automated production method as described in claim 2, wherein the flocculant is a polymer solution in which the weight ratio of the polymer in the polymer solution to the volume of the prepared solution is from 40 mg: 1 L to 120 mg: 1 L.

4. The automated production method as described in claim 1, wherein the median particle size of the calcium hydroxide in the calcium hydroxide solution is 0.1 micrometers to 10 micrometers.
