Abstract
Description
[Technical Field] This work is about a button device. [Previous Technology] In terms of current personal computer usage habits, the keyboard is an indispensable input device for inputting text or numbers. Furthermore, all consumer electronics products encountered in daily life and large-scale industrial processing equipment require keypads as input devices to operate these products and equipment. When the keycap length exceeds 25 mm, a stabilizer bar is usually installed inside the keycap. The stabilizer bar connects the keycap to the base plate to increase the keycap's linkage. When the user applies pressure to the edge of the keycap, the force can be transmitted to the other side of the keycap through the stabilizer bar, causing the rubber dome under the keycap to deform under pressure, thereby triggering the circuit board to generate a signal. At the same time, the rubber dome also generates an upward resistance, providing the user with a tactile feel when pressing. As electronic components miniaturize, the demand for thinner keyboards is increasing, requiring the internal components to also be made thinner. However, thinning the internal parts of the keyboard can lead to insufficient strength of the stabilizer bar, resulting in poor linkage. In addition, the support points on both sides of the keycaps are too far apart, causing the keycaps to deform over time due to the combined downward pressure and upward resistance of the rubber dome. Therefore, how to propose a button device that can solve the above problems is one of the issues that the industry is currently eager to invest research and development resources to address.

Claims
1. A keypad device, comprising: a base plate; a keycap; at least one stabilizer bar connected between the base plate and the keycap and configured to guide movement of the keycap relative to the base plate; and at least one reinforcing member connected to the stabilizer bar.
2. The key device as claimed in claim 1, wherein the at least one balance bar comprises: a body, which connects to the keycap and the at least one reinforcing member; and two bent portions, which respectively connect to the two ends of the body and the base plate.
3. The button device as claimed in claim 2, wherein the at least one reinforcing member comprises a sheet body and the sheet body is connected to the main body.
4. The button device as described in claim 3, wherein the base plate has at least one hook, and the at least one reinforcing member further includes a hook portion that connects to the plate body, the hook portion and the plate body forming an angle, and the hook portion engaging with the hook.
5. The button device as described in claim 3, wherein the sheet body is further connected to the bent portions.
6. The key device as claimed in claim 3, wherein the keycap includes a plurality of first connecting portions that engage with the body, the plate has a plurality of clearance holes adjacent to the body, and the clearance holes are configured to allow the first connecting portions to partially pass through.
7. The key device as claimed in claim 1, wherein the number of the at least one balance bar is two, and each includes: a body connected to the keycap; and two bends respectively connected to the two ends of the body and connected to the base plate, wherein the at least one reinforcing member is connected to one of the bends of each of the balance bars.
8. The button device as claimed in claim 7, wherein each of the bending portions comprises: a first bending segment, one end of which is connected to one end of the body and bent relative to the body; and a second bending segment, one end of which is connected to the other end of the first bending segment, bent relative to the first bending segment, and connected to the base plate, wherein the at least one reinforcing member is connected to one of the first bending segments of each of the balance bars.
9. The button device as described in claim 8, wherein the at least one reinforcing member is a single piece.
10. The button device as claimed in claim 8, wherein the at least one reinforcing member is a rod body and includes: two first reinforcing portions, each connected to a corresponding first bent segment; and a second reinforcing portion connected between the two first reinforcing portions and disposed between the bodies of the balance bars.
11. The button device as claimed in claim 1, wherein the at least one balance bar and the at least one reinforcement have at least one welded area.
