Abstract

This invention relates to a grounding clamp, which has at least one insertion portion on a grounding electrode. The insertion portion is a frame-shaped hollowed-out area with an inner region. The insertion portion is punched with a pair of elastic arm contact pieces that are bent at more than 90 degrees from the outside to the inside to form a socket. The socket allows the grounding electrode blade of the plug to be inserted, and the outer ends of the pair of elastic arm contact pieces make electrical contact with the grounding electrode blade. Since each elastic arm contact piece has two bent elastic arms, it can generate greater elasticity and bending degree. This invention addresses the problem that previous technologies with outward-bending contact plates that bent less than 90 degrees from the inside out could not meet the new standard of 5000 insertions and removals (the old standard was 2000). The new design, with each contact plate having two bending elastic arms, provides superior insertion and removal pressure. Furthermore, the large elastic range generates a significant amount of wear material, preventing insufficient pressure at the minimum value of 5000 insertions and removals due to reduced wear material. Description

[Technical Field] This invention relates to a grounding clamp, and more particularly to a design in which the longitudinal length of the insertion part is greater than the transverse length, and an elastic arm contact piece with a bend of more than 90 degrees is punched out from the outside to the inside to form a socket.
