Abstract
Description
Portable network cabinet Technical Field
[0001] This invention belongs to the technical field of accessories for network communication equipment, and in particular to a portable network communication cabinet, comprising a frame and at least one handle for installing various network communication equipment. When in use, the handle can be used as a means of moving the frame by pulling it, or the frame can be stacked in multiple ways by the user. Prior Technology
[0002] Note that network cabinets are used to install various network communication devices (hereinafter referred to as network equipment). Multiple network equipment are installed according to the stacking method defined by the network cabinet. Generally, the inside of a network cabinet utilizes multiple vertical racks to accommodate various network equipment, and each rack has multiple mounting holes to define the installation space for network equipment of different sizes. Traditional network cabinets are large 48U floor-standing designs, which are bulky and heavy, making them inconvenient to move and carry when needed for display. Furthermore, in small and medium-sized offices with fewer network connections, using a 48U network cabinet not only occupies a large amount of space but also wastes internal installation space due to the cabinet being idle.
[0003] Currently, based on their usage, network cabinets can be divided into two types: floor-standing and wall-mounted. Floor-standing network cabinets are generally larger and heavier, suitable for placement on the ground, while wall-mounted cabinets are smaller and lighter, suitable for hanging on the wall. Besides the differences in installation, the biggest difference between these two types of network cabinets is the size of their internal installation space. Floor-standing network cabinets have more internal space, while wall-mounted cabinets have less. However, all of these network cabinets are permanently fixed designs. Therefore, the most criticized problem with these network cabinets in the past has been their mobility. To expand or change the location, network cabling is usually used, pulling cables from the fixed network cabinet to the required location. However, when expansion or relocation is needed, simply relying on network cabling can affect signal strength due to excessive cable length. Relocating the server room is also very complicated and cannot be done directly, leading to operational difficulties. Therefore, improvements are necessary.
[0004] In view of this, the creator has designed a portable network cabinet through continuous research, improvement and testing. It includes a frame and at least one handle. Although the frame has a relatively small storage space and can accommodate fewer network devices, it is small in size and light in weight. Therefore, the handle can be used to move the frame by pulling it, or the frame can be stacked in multiple ways. It is suitable for situations where there is no need for a large number of network devices and where it is necessary to move, display or adjust the position quickly, which greatly improves the convenience of use. Summary of the Invention
[0005] One objective of this invention is to provide a portable network cabinet for installing various network communication devices for easy mobility. It mainly includes a frame and at least one handle. The frame consists of a first rectangular frame, a second rectangular frame, and a plurality of assembled uprights to form an internal storage space. The first rectangular frame has at least one first connecting hole around its perimeter, and the second rectangular frame has at least one second connecting hole around its perimeter. The handle is installed in any of the first connecting holes to lift the frame. The frame is vertically stacked by connecting the first and second connecting holes, allowing for multiple units to be stacked together, thus improving portability and ease of use.
[0006] To achieve the above objectives, this invention provides a portable network communication cabinet for mounting various network communication devices for easy mobility. It includes: a frame comprising a first rectangular frame and a second rectangular frame of the same shape composed of a plurality of skeletons, each forming a pair of short sides and a pair of long sides corresponding to the dimensions of the network communication devices; a plurality of assembly stands respectively assembled and connected between the first and second rectangular frames to form a rectangular cube structure, creating an internal storage space for mounting the network communication devices; each assembly stand having a plurality of mounting holes spaced along its extension direction; at least one first connection hole on each of the four sides of the first rectangular frame; and at least one second connection hole on each of the four sides of the second rectangular frame; and at least one handle installed in any of the first connection holes. Thus, the handle can be used to lift the frame during use, and the frames can be stacked in multiple configurations.
[0007] To facilitate placement on a flat surface, in one embodiment, the portable network cabinet of this invention has a plurality of anti-slip feet, one end of which has a threaded portion and is respectively installed in the second connection holes around the frame. The other end of each anti-slip foot is provided with an anti-slip rubber pad, thus providing good anti-slip and shock absorption effects after placement.
[0008] Furthermore, in another embodiment, in order to facilitate mobile use, the portable network cabinet of this invention has a plurality of movable wheel seats, one end of which has a threaded portion and is respectively installed in the second connecting holes around the frame, and the other end of each movable wheel seat is provided with a roller so as to quickly push the frame for mobile use.

The anti-slip feet are installed in the pair of second connecting holes on one of the short sides, and the caster seats are installed in the pair of second connecting holes on the other short side. The other end of each anti-slip foot is provided with an anti-slip rubber pad, and the other end of each caster seat is provided with a roller, which provides the effect of convenient movement and temporary placement without moving.
[0010] In another embodiment, the handle of the portable network cabinet of this invention is a U-shaped bent tube structure, with a screw at each end that passes through the first connecting hole and is fixed by a fixing nut; in addition, a telescopic mechanism is provided in the center of the handle to adjust the length for use, making it more convenient to move and use.
[0011] The portable network cabinet of this invention has a plurality of connectors for connecting the two vertically stacked frames. These connectors pass through the first and second connecting holes respectively, which can prevent the two vertically stacked frames from becoming loose. Furthermore, a positioning means is provided between the two vertically stacked frames, which can quickly make the first and second connecting holes of the two frames align, thus serving as a means of stacking stability.
[0012] This portable network cabinet also features a waterproof and dustproof cover, designed to completely enclose the cabinet and prevent contamination caused by external operations during use. Simple Explanation of the Diagram
