Description

Bar drawing machine and its clamping seat Technical Field

[0001] This invention relates to a bar drawing machine and its clamping seat, and particularly to a bar drawing machine and its clamping seat that facilitates personnel to change the size of the clamped bar. Prior Technology

[0002] Existing bar drawing machines mainly use tensile force to draw bars, straightening and shaping them during the drawing process.

[0003] The existing bar drawing machine mainly includes a frame, an upper working plate and a lower working plate that can move up and down on the frame. The upper working plate and the lower working plate are each equipped with a front and a rear sprocket and a chain around the front and rear sprockets. A drawing zone is formed between the two chains, and a drawing groove is recessed on the opposite surface of the two chains. The drawing grooves of the two chains can be matched to form a drawing hole.

[0004] In use, the upper and lower working plates can approach each other, causing the two chains installed on the upper and lower working plates to come into contact with each other and clamp the bar passing through the drawing zone. The sprocket drives the chain to run, which in turn moves the bar forward. The bar of the corresponding specification can be drawn out according to the specifications of the drawing hole.

[0005] However, existing bar drawing machines are only suitable for drawing bars of specific specifications, making it difficult to change the drawing specifications according to requirements. Summary of the Invention

[0006] In view of the above-mentioned deficiencies, the main objective of this invention is to provide a bar drawing machine and its clamping seat that can change the drawing specifications.

[0007] To achieve the above objectives, the present invention provides a clamping seat for a bar drawing machine, which is mounted on a track and can move along the track in a transmission direction. The clamping seat includes: A fixed base, the fixed base being mounted on the track; and A pulling fixture is detachably mounted to the fixed base and has a pulling groove extending along the transmission direction.

[0008] To achieve the above objectives, the bar drawing machine provided by this invention comprises: A support frame comprising a base and two arms extending from the base at intervals; A track unit; the track unit is fixed to the stand, located between the two arms, and extends in a straight line toward the two arms; Two track units are located between two arms of the support frame and are linearly movable along the track unit. Each track unit includes a track frame, a track, and a plurality of clamping seats. The track frame is connected to the track unit and is linearly movable along the track unit. The track surrounds the track frame and can be driven to move relative to the track frame. The plurality of clamping seats are spaced apart and mounted on the track, and are movable along the track in a transmission direction. Each clamping seat includes a fixed base and a pulling fixture. The fixed base is mounted on the track, and the pulling fixture is detachably mounted on the fixed base and has a pulling groove extending along the transmission direction. Two pushing units are respectively installed on the two arms and are used to drive the two track units to move linearly along the track unit.

[0009] Because the clamping seats include detachable drawing fixtures, the drawing specifications of the bar drawing machine can be changed simply by replacing the drawing fixtures of each clamping seat.

[0010] Furthermore, since the two track units can move relative to the support along the track unit, the stability of the track unit movement can be improved, thereby improving production quality; the track unit, two track units, and two push units are mounted on the support to form a modular structure, which is easy to transport and adjust the production line layout. Figure 6 is a perspective view of a preferred embodiment of the clamping seat of the present invention. Figure 7 is an exploded perspective view of a preferred embodiment of the clamping seat of this invention. Figure 8 is a top view of a preferred embodiment of the clamping seat of the present invention. Figure 9 is a side view of a preferred embodiment of the clamping seat of the present invention. Figure 10 is a schematic diagram of the preferred embodiment of the bar drawing machine of this invention. Implementation

[0012] Please refer to Figures 1 to 3. The preferred embodiment of the bar drawing machine provided by this invention includes a support 10, a track unit 20, two track units 30A and 30B, and two pushing units 40A and 40B.

[0013] The support 10 includes a base 11 and two arms 13. The base 11 is erected, and the two arms 13 extend from the base 11 at intervals. The track unit 20 is fixed to the base 11, located between the two arms 13, and extends linearly toward the two arms 13. Specifically, the two arms 13 are respectively adjacent to the upper and lower sides of the base 11, and the track unit 20 extends vertically upwards and downwards.

[0014] Please refer to Figures 1 to 4 and Figure 10. The two track units 30A and 30B are located between the two arms 13 of the support 10 and can move linearly along the track unit 20. Each track unit 30A and 30B includes a track frame 31, a track 33, and a plurality of clamping seats 35. The track frame 31 is connected to the track unit 20 and can move linearly along the track unit 20. Two drive wheels are installed on the track frame 31 at intervals. The track 33 surrounds the track frame 31 and is wound around the two drive wheels, and can be driven to move relative to the track frame 31. The plurality of clamping seats 35 are installed on the track 33 at intervals and can move with the track 33 in a driving direction.

[0015] Please refer to Figures 4 to 7 and Figure 10. Each clamping seat 35 includes a top side, a bottom side, a front end F, a rear end B, a fixing seat 351, and a pulling fixture 36. The top side is the side of each clamping seat 35 facing away from the track 33 and capable of engaging with the clamping seat 35 of another track unit 30A, 30B. The bottom side is the side of each clamping seat 35 facing the track 33. The front end F is the side of each clamping seat 35 facing the transmission direction of the track 33. The rear end B is the side of each clamping seat 35 facing away from the transmission direction of the track 33.

[0016] The fixed seat 351 is mounted on the track 33, and the pulling fixture 36 is detachably mounted on the fixed seat 351 and has a pulling groove 362, which is recessed in the top surface of the pulling fixture 36 and extends along the transmission direction.

[0017] Please refer to Figures 1 to 3. The two pushing units 40A and 40B are respectively installed on the two support arms 13 and are used to drive the two track units 30A and 30B to move linearly along the track unit 20, and to drive the two track units 30A and 30B to move relatively close or relatively far away along the track unit 20.

[0018] Each pushing unit 40A, 40B may include at least one pushing device 41. Each pushing device 41 may be a jack, which includes a pushing seat 413 installed on the corresponding support arm 13 and a push rod 411 that can extend from the pushing seat 413 along the track unit 20. The push rod 411 faces the corresponding track unit 30A, 30B and is connected to the track frame 31 of the corresponding track unit 30A, 30B. When the push rod 411 extends out of the pushing seat 413, it can drive the corresponding track unit 30A, 30B to move closer to the other track unit 30A, 30B along the track unit 20. When the push rod 411 retracts into the pushing seat 413, it can drive the corresponding track unit 30A, 30B away from the other track unit 30A, 30B along the track unit 20.

[0019] Specifically, referring to Figures 1, 3, 5, and 10, a drawing zone is formed between the two track units 30A and 30B. As shown in Figure 10, each clamping seat 35 can move along the track 33 in the transmission direction, enter the drawing zone from an input end, advance along a bar conveying direction D, and leave the drawing zone from an output end. As shown in Figures 3 and 5, when the clamping seats 35 of the two track units 30A and 30B enter the drawing zone, the clamping seats 35 of the two track units 30A and 30B face each other, so that the drawing grooves 362 of the two clamping seats 35 align to form a drawing hole.

[0020] Please refer to Figures 2, 3, and 10. The track unit 20 can include a plurality of rails 21 arranged at intervals along the bar conveying direction D. Each track frame 31 can be provided with a plurality of slides 311 respectively connected to the plurality of rails 21. Each pushing unit 40A and 40B can include a plurality of pushing devices 41 arranged at intervals along the bar conveying direction D. Since the pushing units 40A and 40B include a plurality of pushing devices 41 arranged at intervals along the bar conveying direction D, the pushing device 41 near the input end can provide a smaller pushing force, and the pushing device 41 near the output end can provide a larger pushing force. This results in a smaller clamping force between the two clamping seats 35 when the clamping seats 35 of the two track units 30A and 30B move to the input end, making it easier for the bar R to enter the drawing zone between the two track units 30A and 30B. When it moves to the output end, the clamping force between the two clamping seats 35 is larger, so that the clamping force gradually increases as the bar R is moved forward by the clamping seats 35, thus improving the quality of the shaping.

[0021] Please refer to Figures 4 to 8 and Figure 10. The mounting base 351 includes a mounting groove 352 that extends along the transmission direction and forms openings at the top side, front end F, and rear end B of the mounting base 351. The pulling fixture 36 is mounted in the mounting groove 352 of the mounting base 351. The mounting groove 352 has two groove sides 353 that extend obliquely from the front end F toward the rear end B away from each other, such that the distance between the two groove sides 353 at the front end F is small and the distance between the two rear end B is large. The pulling fixture 36 includes two fixture sides 363 that correspond to the two groove sides 353. The two fixture sides 363 extend obliquely from the front end F toward the rear end B away from each other and face the two groove sides 353 respectively, and are in contact with the two groove sides 353. Therefore, the pulling jig 36 can be pushed forward into the mounting groove 352 from the rear end B. During the forward movement, the two jig sides 363 of the pulling jig 36 gradually come into contact with and are clamped to the two groove sides 353, making it convenient for the user to install and remove the pulling jig 36. Since the distance between the two jig sides 363 of the mounting groove 352 is small at the front end F and large at the rear end B, the pulling jig 36 is not easy to move backward and disengage from the mounting groove 352 when the clamping seat 35 moves forward with the track 33.

[0022] Please refer to Figures 6 to 9. The two groove sides 353 extend obliquely from the top side to the bottom side away from each other, so that the width of the top side of the mounting groove 352 is smaller than the width of the bottom side. The two jig sides 363 extend obliquely from the top side to the bottom side away from each other, so that the width of the top side of the pulling jig 36 is smaller than the width of the bottom side. Therefore, when the pulling jig 36 is installed in the mounting groove 352, the installation position of the pulling jig 36 can be restricted by the two groove sides 353 of the mounting groove 352, preventing the pulling jig 36 from detaching from the mounting groove 352 from the top side.

[0023] Please refer to Figures 1, 3, 4, 5, and 10. The bar R enters the drawing zone from the input end. The two pushing units 40A and 40B can drive the two track units 30A and 30B to move closer to each other along the track unit 20, and make the clamping seats 35 of the two track units 30A and 30B meet in the drawing zone to clamp the bar R. The bar R can be clamped between the drawing grooves 362 of the two clamping seats 35. The two track units 30A and 30B operate synchronously, and the clamping seats 35 move with the track 33, and drive the bar R to move towards the output end, and is drawn during the movement.

[0024] Since each clamping seat 35 includes a detachable drawing fixture 36, the drawing specifications of the bar drawing machine can be changed simply by replacing the drawing fixture 36 of each clamping seat 35 with a drawing groove 362 of different size and cross-sectional shape.

[0025] Because the two sides 353 of the mounting groove 352 of the fixed seat 351 extend backward away from each other at an angle, the pulling fixture 36 is easy to install and remove, can be gradually tightened during the process of pushing into the mounting groove 352, and is not easy to separate from the mounting groove 352 during operation.

[0026] Since the two sides 353 of the mounting groove 352 of the fixing seat 351 extend downward away from each other, the installation position of the pulling fixture 36 can be restricted, thus preventing the pulling fixture 36 from separating from the mounting groove 352 from the top.

[0027] Furthermore, since the two track units 30A and 30B can move relative to the support 10 along the track unit 20, the stability of the movement of the track units 30A and 30B can be improved, thereby improving production quality. The track unit 20, the two track units 30A and 30B, and the two pushing units 40A and 40B are mounted on the support 10 to form a modular structure, which facilitates the handling and adjustment of the production line layout.

[0028] Furthermore, each pushing unit 40A and 40B can include a plurality of pushing devices 41 arranged at intervals along the bar conveying direction D, which can provide a larger clamping force at the output end, making it easier for the bar R to enter the drawing zone and gradually be clamped and shaped during the movement, thereby improving production quality.
