Description

Net zero green energy pallet box structure Technical Field

[0001] This invention relates to the technical field of a novel pallet-based packaging box. Prior Technology

[0002] Pallets are the cornerstone of modern logistics and supply chains. They are a type of transport tool designed to facilitate the loading, unloading, transportation, stacking, and storage of goods, unitizing scattered goods and enabling pallet trucks to easily move tons of materials.

[0003] Packaging boxes are important containers in logistics and commodity circulation. They not only carry goods, but also have multiple functions such as protection, storage, display and brand communication. Packaging boxes can be found everywhere, from online shopping parcels to heavy machinery parts shipped from factories.

[0004] To cater to the net-zero carbon emission trend, "Net Zero Green Energy Mdi Pallets" are now available on the market. They use leftover wood as raw material and combine the surface veneer and board into one by high temperature and pressure. No smoking or heat treatment is required, which meets international environmental protection and quarantine requirements. With powder blocks and board strips, pallets of various sizes can be customized.

[0005] This new type of packaging combines the "Net Zero Green Energy Mdi Pallet" with the function of a packaging box to create a "Net Zero Green Energy Pallet Box". It is a new type of logistics packaging solution. Combining the lightness of traditional box packaging with the structural strength of the pallet, the packaging box can be operated by forklifts from four sides and can be stacked upwards to improve space utilization, making it an indispensable tool in modern warehousing and long-distance transportation. Summary of the Invention

[0006] In one embodiment, the novel net-zero green energy pallet box structure includes a net-zero green energy pallet and a box body. The net-zero green energy pallet includes a pallet body, a box frame, and a groove. The box body includes a top cover, a front side plate, a rear side plate, a left side plate, and a right side plate.

[0007] In one embodiment, the pallet body and the box frame can be connected by nailing or gluing; the box frame and box body can be made of various materials such as cardboard, wood or plastic, and the size can be adjusted as needed.

[0008] In one embodiment, four slots are provided on both sides of the left and right side panels, and a groove is provided at the top of the box frame. The front and rear side panels are aligned with the corresponding slots and inserted until they are locked in place. The bottom edges of the front, rear, left, and right side panels are engaged with the inner wall of the groove. Then, the bottom edge of the top cover is engaged with the top edges of the front, rear, left, and right side panels, thus completing the assembly of the novel net zero green energy stack box.

[0009] This new technology is applicable to logistics of large-volume, heavy, or high-value goods, such as industrial and precision manufacturing, automotive parts, precision instruments and equipment, semi-finished electronic products, bulk raw materials and powders, plastic granules, textile raw materials, and cross-border sea and air export trade. Simple Explanation of the Diagram

[0010]

[0011] [Figure 1] is a structural diagram of the novel net zero green energy pallet box structure.

[0012] [Figure 2] is a diagram of the pallet of this novel net zero green energy pallet box structure.

[0013] [Figure 3] is a perspective view of the structure of this novel net zero green energy pallet box. Implementation

[0014] For your convenience, the following preferred embodiments are provided for reference:

[0015] Referring to Figures 1 to 3, the overall structure and components of this novel net zero green energy pallet box are shown, including the net zero green energy pallet A1 and the box body B1. The net zero green energy pallet A1 includes the pallet body A20, the box frame A30, and the groove A31. The box body B1 includes the top cover plate 5, the front side plate 1, the rear side plate 3, the left side plate 2, and the right side plate 4.

[0016] In one embodiment, the Net Zero Green Energy Pallet A1 mainly uses waste wood, recycled wood, and leftover wood from processing as basic raw materials. The wood is crushed into wood chips and sawdust by machinery, combined with special adhesive and upper and lower wooden boards or veneers, and then pressed into a board by hot pressing machinery. The board can be cut into strips, baseboards, and nailed together with block-shaped powder blocks and other components.

[0017] In one embodiment, the pallet body A20 and the box frame A30 can be connected by means of nailing or gluing.

[0018] In one embodiment, the frame A30 and the body B1 can be made of various materials such as cardboard, wood, or plastic, and their dimensions can be adjusted as needed.

[0019] In one embodiment, four slots 20 are provided on both sides of the left side plate 2 and the right side plate 4. The top of the box frame A30 is provided with a groove A31. The front side plate 1 and the rear side plate 3 are aligned with the corresponding slots 20 and inserted until they are locked in the slots 20. The bottom outer edges of the front side plate 1, the rear side plate 3, the left side plate 2 and the right side plate 4 are locked with the inner wall of the groove A31. Then, the bottom edge of the top cover plate 5 is locked with the top outer edges of the front side plate 1, the rear side plate 3, the left side plate 2 and the right side plate 4, thus completing the assembly of the new type of net zero green energy stack box.

[0020] This novel net-zero green energy pallet box structure integrates pallets with packaging boxes, combining the pallet base with the box wall panels to form a large, integrated transportation unit. This reduces the damage rate of goods during transportation and allows for stacking, saving storage and container space. It is suitable for logistics of large quantities, heavy or high-value goods, such as industrial and precision manufacturing, automotive parts, precision instruments and equipment, electronic semi-finished products, bulk raw materials and powders, plastic granules, chemicals and minerals, textile raw materials, agricultural and food supply chains, pre-packaged food, e-commerce warehousing and recycling systems, cross-border sea and air export trade, and circular logistics, among other logistics scenarios.

[0021] The preferred embodiments of the present invention disclosed above, and the design of pallets and boxes made of various materials, should all be considered within the scope of the patent of the present invention.
