Abstract
Description
Quick-assembly and detachable lighting fixtures Technical Field
[0001] This work relates to lighting fixtures, and in particular to quick-release lighting fixtures that can be quickly installed or repaired for ease of installation or maintenance. Prior Technology
[0002] The development of LED lighting has shifted from simply "replacing energy-saving devices" to "high added value" and "intelligentization." Key trends include: improvements in high luminous efficacy technology, applications of human-centered lighting and smart control, rapid growth of LED modules, and thinner, more flexible designs. Due to their high efficiency and long lifespan, LED lighting has become the mainstream in the lighting market, with a significantly increased penetration rate.
[0003] In terms of human factors and full-spectrum healthy lighting, the focus has shifted from solely pursuing brightness to prioritizing light quality, developing healthy lighting that simulates natural light, has low blue light, and high color rendering index (Ra) to meet the physiological and psychological needs of the human body. Regarding intelligent and smart control, sensors and smart systems are integrated to achieve automatic dimming, color temperature adjustment, and voice control, and to integrate with smart homes and smart city IoT systems.
[0004] Conventional LED lighting fixtures typically include a base, a lamp board, and a lamp cover. The lamp board includes a circuit board and LEDs electrically mounted on the circuit board. During manufacturing, the lamp board is fixed to the base with screws at the factory, and the lamp cover is locked to the base with screws to cover the lamp board. When the LEDs on the lamp board emit light, the light passes through the lamp cover to emit light.
[0005] The disadvantage of this conventional lighting fixture is that it requires a lot of manpower to assemble it in the factory in a timely manner, and when it is installed in a home environment and needs to be repaired or replaced in the future, it requires a lot of manpower and time to disassemble the lampshade and lamp panel, and after repairing or replacing the lamp panel, it requires a lot of manpower and time to tighten the screws back in place. Summary of the Invention
[0006] The purpose of this invention is to provide a lighting device that can be quickly installed and removed, which allows the lamp panel and lampshade to be installed onto the base without the use of any screws or other fixing components, and allows the lampshade and lamp panel to be quickly separated and disassembled from the base.
[0007] The present invention provides a quick-assembly and detachable lighting device, the technical features of which include: a base having a U-shaped inner space, wherein a first fastening portion and a second fastening portion are symmetrically formed on opposite sides of the inner space, the second fastening portion being closer to the opening of the U-shaped inner space than the first fastening portion; a lamp plate having a circuit board and flanges extending from opposite sides of the circuit board, the width of the circuit board being less than the distance between the symmetrical first fastening portions, and the distance between the flanges on opposite sides being greater than the distance between the symmetrical first fastening portions; an elastic fastener disposed on the lamp plate, the opposite ends of the elastic fastener engaging with the flanges to be fixed to the first fastening portion; and a lampshade embedded in the second fastening portion. Accordingly, the structure allows the lamp plate and lampshade to be installed to the base by pressing without the use of any screws or other fixing components, and allows for quick separation and disassembly of the lampshade and lamp plate from the base by pulling.
[0008] In a preferred embodiment of this invention, the flange portions are provided with a plurality of through holes, and the through holes located on opposite sides of the lamp panel are symmetrical to each other; the elastic fastener is formed as a spring piece with U-shaped portions at its opposite ends; wherein the elastic fastener is placed across the lamp panel, and the opposite ends of the elastic fastener pass through the through holes, so that the U-shaped portions are located on the flange portions and protrude from the end edges of the flange portions. Accordingly, the flange portions can be stably fixed to the first fastening portion by the elastic fit of the U-shaped portions.
[0009] Preferably, the first engaging portion is formed in the shape of a hook, and its end face facing the inner space is formed as a first inclined surface. Accordingly, by means of the first inclined surface cooperating with the upper and lower inclined surfaces of the U-shaped portion, the lamp panel can be quickly installed or detached from the first engaging portion by the U-shaped portion, thereby fixing the lamp panel to the base or separating the lamp panel from the base.
[0010] Preferably, the opening of the second fastening portion toward the inner space is formed as a second slope. Accordingly, the lampshade can be quickly fitted into the second fastening portion. Simple Explanation of the Diagram

Implementation
[0012] To facilitate understanding of this invention, it is described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings and embodiments. The drawings show only a portion of the embodiments of this invention, not all of them. This invention can be implemented in many different forms and is not limited to the embodiments described herein. Rather, these embodiments are provided to provide a more thorough and complete understanding of the disclosure of this invention. Other embodiments obtained by those skilled in the art through simple modifications or equivalent creations based on the embodiments in this invention are all within the scope of protection of this invention.
[0013] Unless otherwise defined, all technical and scientific terms used herein have the same meaning as commonly understood by one of ordinary skill in the art. The terminology used in this specification is for descriptive purposes only and is not intended to be limiting of the invention.
[0014] As shown in Figures 1 and 2, the quick-assembly and detachable lighting device provided by this invention includes: a base 10, a lamp plate 20, a flexible fastener 30, and a lampshade 40. When used for large-area lighting applications requiring a longer lighting fixture, the base 10 can be extruded to form a U-shaped inner space 100. A first fastening portion 101 and a second fastening portion 102 are symmetrically formed on opposite sides of the inner space 100. The second fastening portion 102 is closer to the opening of the U-shaped inner space 100 than the first fastening portion 101. For example, the base 10 can be extruded from aluminum alloy or any suitable metal material into a long strip; alternatively, when used for lighting shorter distances or localized points, the base 10 can be injection molded to a shorter length.
[0015] In a preferred embodiment of this invention, the first fastening portion 101 is formed in a hook shape, and its end face facing the inner space 100 is formed as a first inclined surface 1011; the opening of the second fastening portion 102 facing the inner space 100 is formed as a second inclined surface 1021. More specifically, in the state shown in FIG2, the hook shape of the first fastening portion 101 protrudes upward, thereby causing the first inclined surface 1011 to face upward at an angle. The second fastening portion 102 protrudes horizontally in the direction of the inner space 100, forming an approximate triangle, thereby causing its second inclined surface 1021 to face downward at an angle. Furthermore, in order to provide sufficient strength for the base 10, ribs of a predetermined shape and size can be integrally formed on its inner wall surface simultaneously when molding the base 10.
[0016] The lamp panel 20 includes a circuit board 201 and a plurality of LEDs 202 disposed on the circuit board 201. Flange portions 203 extend from opposite sides of the circuit board 201. The width of the circuit board 201 is less than the distance between the symmetrical first engaging portions 101, and the distance between the flange portions 203 on opposite sides is greater than the distance between the symmetrical first engaging portions 101. The flange portions 203 are provided with a plurality of through holes 2031, and the through holes 2031 located on opposite sides of the lamp panel 20 are symmetrical to each other. Specifically, connecting portions 204 can be provided on opposite sides of the circuit board 201. The connecting portions 204 are connected to the circuit board 201 substantially perpendicularly, and the flange portions 203 extend perpendicularly from the ends of the connecting portions 204. For example, the connecting portions 204 and the flange portions 203 can be formed as one piece, and the flange portions 203 can be formed perpendicular to the connecting portions 204 by bending. The perforations 2031 are preferably elongated holes and can be arranged at equal or unequal intervals along the length direction of the flange portion 203.
[0017] The elastic fastener 30 is used to be installed on the lamp panel 20. The opposite ends of the elastic fastener 30 are engaged with the flange portion 203 to be fastened and fixed to the first fastening portion 101 of the base 10. More specifically, the elastic fastener 30 is formed by bending a spring sheet into a U-shaped portion 301 at its opposite ends. When the elastic fastener 30 is combined with the lamp panel 20, the elastic fastener 30 is placed across the lamp panel 20, and the opposite ends of the elastic fastener 30 pass through the symmetrical through holes 2031 of each flange portion 203. The U-shaped portion 301 is located on the flange portion 203, and the bent part of the U-shaped portion 301 protrudes from the end edge of the flange portion 203. Accordingly, since the end of the elastic fastener 30 is restricted by the through holes 2031, the U-shaped portion 301 can be appropriately deformed to store elastic force when subjected to external force, and the elastic force is released to return to its original shape after the external force is removed.
[0018] The lampshade 40 is used to be fitted into the second fastening portion 102 of the base 10. It is preferably made of a light-diffusing material, so that while shielding the lamp panel 20, the light emitted by the LED 202 is uniformly softened after passing through the lampshade 40. Side walls 401 are formed on opposite sides of the lampshade 40. The side walls 401 have a shape that substantially corresponds to the surface contour of the second fastening portion 102. Accordingly, when the lampshade 40 is installed into the base 10, the lampshade 40 can be directly inserted into the base 10 through the opening of the base 10, and then the side walls 401 of the lampshade 40 slide along the second inclined surface 1021 of the second fastening portion 102 into the upper edge of the second fastening portion 102 to be fitted and positioned with the second fastening portion 102.
[0019] More specifically, with the lighting device of this invention, when assembling the aforementioned components, with the elastic fasteners 30 already assembled to the lamp plate 20, simply press the ends of the elastic fasteners 30 located on both sides of the lamp plate 20 with your fingers to cause the U-shaped portion 301 to shrink and deform inward (as shown in Figure 3). Then, place the lamp plate 20 into the inner space 100 of the base 10 (as shown in Figure 4) and release your fingers. The elastic force of the elastic fasteners 30 will restore the original shape, causing the outer side of the U-shaped portion 301 to abut against the first inclined surface 1011 of the first fastening portion 101 (as shown in Figure 5). Finally, the lampshade 40 is assembled to the base 10 in the aforementioned manner to cover the lamp plate 20 (as shown in Figure 6). When it is necessary to repair or replace the lamp plate or LED in the future, the lampshade 40 and the lamp plate 20 can be pulled off from the base 10 in the reverse order of the aforementioned assembly method. That is, no screws or other fixing components are required during the assembly or disassembly process, making the operation simpler and saving time and effort in construction.
[0020] The embodiments described above are merely preferred embodiments of this invention, and while the descriptions are specific and detailed, they should not be construed as limiting the scope of this invention. It should be noted that those skilled in the art can make various changes and modifications without departing from the inventive concept, and these all fall within the protection scope of this invention.
