Description

Suction Cup Phone Holder Technical Field

[0001] This invention relates to a mobile phone holder, and more particularly to a suction cup type mobile phone holder that can be quickly assembled, easily replaced, has extended usage time, and saves costs. Prior Technology

[0002] Most existing phone holders for securing mobile phones consist of a base and a connecting bracket. The connecting bracket is combined with the base to attach and secure a mobile phone. To facilitate the attachment of existing phone holders to vehicles, the bases of existing phone holders mainly include clamp-type or suction cup-type types. While existing clamp-type bases provide a stable clamping effect, they are easily limited by specific structural forms and installation positions, which relatively restricts the practicality of existing phone holders. On the other hand, existing suction cup-type bases only require a flat surface or position for adsorption to be positioned and used, making them more convenient to use.

[0003] However, while existing suction cup mounts are not limited by specific structural forms or installation locations, most of them use suction cups made of soft materials such as rubber or silicone. These suction cups adhere to objects through pressure changes, but since vehicles are often parked and driven in the external environment, frequently exposed to sunlight or high temperatures, the suction cups tend to harden after prolonged use, leading to insufficient suction. This makes it difficult for existing suction cup phone holders to be securely mounted on vehicles. Furthermore, existing suction cups... Most suction cup phone holders have a fixed structure, which mainly connects the existing suction cup to a through hole in a rod through a bolt. When the existing suction cup hardens after long-term use, it cannot be separated from the rod because the bolt and the through hole are connected. Therefore, it is not easy to separate the hardened suction cup from the rod for replacement. When the suction cup hardens and becomes unusable, users usually choose to buy a new phone holder, which not only increases the inconvenience of use but also increases the cost. In conclusion, existing suction cup phone holders do have aspects that need improvement. Summary of the Invention

[0004] To address the shortcomings of existing suction cup phone holders, such as insufficient suction due to hardening of the suction cup after prolonged use, which affects the usability of existing suction cup phone holders, and the inconvenience and cost of purchasing new phone holders, this invention provides a suction cup phone holder that allows users to quickly assemble and use it, and easily replace the hardened suction cup. This ensures the phone holder remains securely mounted on vehicles even after extended use, thus providing a suction cup phone holder that is quick to assemble, easy to replace, has extended usage time, and saves costs.

The quick-release assembly is provided with a connecting bolt and a quick-release handle. The connecting bolt has a connecting hole in the middle section that is connected with the connecting rod. The connecting hole of the connecting bolt has an internal thread on its inner surface that is connected with the external thread of the connecting rod, so that the connecting bolt can be connected with or separated from the connecting rod. The quick-release handle is connected with the connecting bolt and is located on the end of the connecting rod that extends out of the top cover.

[0006] Furthermore, in the suction cup type mobile phone holder described above, the suction cup is provided with an elastic element, which is sleeved on the outside of the connecting rod, and the elastic element abuts against the inner surface of the top cover and the top surface of the body.

[0007] Furthermore, as in the suction cup phone holder mentioned above, the quick-release assembly has a backing pad between the quick-release handle and the top cover. The backing pad is fitted onto the connecting rod and abuts against the top cover and the quick-release handle.

[0008] Preferably, in the suction cup type phone holder described above, the top cover has a connecting seat on one side of the perforation, and the connecting seat has a universal joint.

[0009] Preferably, as in the suction cup phone holder described above, a pull handle is protruding from the outer periphery of the sealing ring on the main body.

[0010] Preferably, as described above, the suction cup phone holder has a body made of an elastic material and a top cover that is a rigid cover with a shape corresponding to the body of the suction cup.

[0011] Preferably, in the suction cup type mobile phone holder described above, the main body has a vacuum chamber recessed at the bottom surface, a sealing ring is provided at the outer periphery of the vacuum chamber, the top cover has a chamber communicating with the perforation inside, and a pressing ring is protruding at the outer periphery of the bottom of the chamber on the top cover, the pressing ring can press against the sealing ring of the main body.

[0012] Preferably, in the suction cup phone holder described above, the pressure ring edge has at least one groove recessed on its bottom surface.

[0013] Preferably, as described above, the suction cup phone holder is fixed to the top cover by a plurality of fasteners.

[0014] Preferably, in the suction cup type mobile phone holder described above, the quick-release handle has two spaced-apart connecting wing plates. The two connecting wing plates are located on both sides of the connecting rod and are connected to the connecting bolt. Each connecting wing plate has a through hole, which is eccentrically located on the connecting wing plate and connected to the connecting bolt. When the quick-release handle rotates relative to the connecting rod via the connecting bolt, the two connecting wing plates can push the top cover to press against the body of the suction cup.

[0015] By utilizing the aforementioned technical features, this novel suction cup phone holder allows for convenient and quick attachment of the suction cup to the surface of an object by simply flipping the quick-release handle of the quick-release assembly, achieving a stable positioning effect. Furthermore, when the suction cup hardens due to prolonged use and exposure to high temperatures, the user can easily separate the quick-release assembly from the suction cup and top cover by loosening the threads and holes, allowing for easy replacement of the suction cup without the need to purchase a complete set. This not only facilitates disassembly and replacement but also effectively extends the lifespan of the suction cup phone holder, resulting in cost savings. Therefore, this invention provides a suction cup phone holder that is quick to assemble, easy to replace, has extended lifespan, and saves costs. Simple Explanation of the Diagram

When using this novel suction cup phone holder, as shown in Figure 4, the body 11 of the suction cup 10 is placed against the surface of an object 40 (such as a car window or body). At this time, the quick-release handle 32 is rotated relative to the top cover 20. Since each of the sleeve holes 322 is eccentrically positioned on the corresponding connecting wing plate 321, when the quick-release handle 32 rotates relative to the top cover 20, it pushes the top cover 20 towards the suction cup 10 via the abutment pad 33. This causes the pressing ring edge 22 of the top cover 20 to press against the sealing ring 112 of the body 11, thereby creating a vacuum state in the vacuum chamber 111 of the body 11. This allows the suction cup 10 to firmly adhere to the surface of the object 40. As shown in Figure 5, a mobile phone 60 can be fixed above the item 40 by a bracket connecting arm 50 that connects to the universal joint head 241 of the connecting seat 24, which is relatively convenient and quick to use. Furthermore, when the suction cup 10 hardens due to high temperature exposure after long-term use, the user can quickly separate the quick-release assembly 30 from the suction cup 10 and the top cover 20 by loosening the screw threads and holes, and replace it with a new suction cup 10. There is no need to buy a complete set of suction cup mobile phone holders. This not only makes disassembly and replacement convenient, but also effectively extends the service life of the new suction cup mobile phone holder and achieves the effect of saving costs.

[0023] In summary, by virtue of the aforementioned technical features, this novel suction cup phone holder allows for convenient and quick attachment of the suction cup to the surface of an object by simply flipping the quick-release handle of the quick-release assembly, achieving a stable positioning effect.
