Abstract
Claims
1. A two-liquid mixing spray device, comprising: a first reservoir filled with a surfactant, the first reservoir being connected to a first output conduit; a second reservoir filled with a protective liquid composition, the second reservoir being connected to a second output conduit, wherein the volume of the surfactant is 1-2 times that of the protective liquid composition; and a nozzle device connected to the first output conduit and the second output conduit, defining a mixing space for injecting and mixing the surfactant and the protective liquid composition into a mixed liquid, and a nozzle communicating with the mixing space for outputting the mixed liquid.
2. The dual-liquid mixing spray device as claimed in claim 1, wherein the protective liquid composition is a mixture of an antistatic polymer and a film-forming polymer.
3. The dual-liquid mixing spray device as described in claim 1 further includes a proportional adjustment mechanism connected to the first liquid storage tank and the second liquid storage tank. The proportional adjustment mechanism includes an adjustable proportional knob that can finely adjust the output flow ratio of the first liquid storage tank and the second liquid storage tank within the range of 1:1 to 2:
1.
4. The dual-liquid mixing spray device as described in claim 1, wherein the mixing space has a flow guiding structure to increase the contact area and mixing efficiency of the surfactant and the protective liquid composition, so that they form a stable mixed state before being sprayed from the nozzle.
5. The dual-liquid mixing spray device as described in claim 1 further includes a plurality of anti-backflow devices, which are respectively disposed in the first output conduit and the second output conduit to prevent the surfactant and the protective liquid composition from interpenetrating or undergoing long-term contact reaction.
6. The dual-liquid mixing spray apparatus as claimed in claim 1, wherein the nozzle is an atomizing nozzle, and the mixed liquid is output from the mixing space in an atomized form.
