Abstract

This invention relates to a charging connection device comprising: a housing, a power supply unit, a cover, waterproof rubber, and a reset structure. The power supply unit is located inside the housing and has an opening in the housing. The cover is pivotally connected to the housing, allowing it to reciprocate relative to the housing. The waterproof rubber is disposed on the cover, allowing it to reciprocate synchronously with the cover. The reset structure is disposed between the housing and the cover, and is used to keep the cover in a covered position. When the cover is in the covered position, the waterproof rubber covers the housing opening and is clamped between the housing and the cover, deforming to improve the sealing of the housing opening. At the same time, a tapering gap is formed between the housing and the cover, thereby guiding rainwater to the narrower part of the tapering gap, preventing rainwater from stagnating between the housing and the cover due to surface adhesion. Thus, when the cover is opened, the risk of rainwater flowing to the power supply unit is significantly reduced.

Claims

1. A charging connection device, comprising: a housing having an installation space inside and a housing pivot portion and a housing surface outside, the housing surface being recessed along a plug axis to form a housing opening communicating with the installation space; a power supply unit located inside the installation space and having a circuit board and a plug socket, the circuit board being electrically connected to the plug socket, and the plug socket being positioned corresponding to the housing opening; a cover having a cover pivot portion and a cover surface, the cover pivot portion being pivotally connected to the housing pivot portion such that the cover can swing relative to the housing between a covered position close to the housing opening and an open position away from the housing opening, wherein when the cover is in the covered position, the cover surface is obliquely arranged relative to the housing surface, forming a tapering gap between the housing surface and the cover surface, the tapering gap gradually narrowing from the housing pivot portion along a tapering axis not parallel to the plug axis; A waterproof rubber is disposed on the surface of the cover, which covers the opening of the housing when the cover is in the covered position and is deformed by being clamped between the housing and the cover; and a reset structure is disposed between the housing and the cover to keep the cover in the covered position.

2. The charging connection device as described in claim 1, wherein, The aforementioned waterproof rubber has a first waterproof part and a second waterproof part disposed around the first waterproof part. When the cover is in the covered position, the first waterproof part and the second waterproof part respectively contact different positions of the housing, such that the first waterproof part and the housing contact each other to form an inner pressure area, while the second waterproof part and the housing contact each other to form an outer pressure area located around the inner pressure area.

3. The charging connection device as described in claim 2, wherein, The aforementioned shell extends from the surface of the shell to form an annular rib located around the opening of the shell. The thickness of the first waterproof part is less than the thickness of the second waterproof part, so that a recessed space is formed between the first waterproof part and the second waterproof part. When the cover is in the covered position, the annular rib will insert into the interior of the recessed space to compress the first waterproof part. At the same time, the second waterproof part contacts the surface of the shell, causing the first waterproof part and the second waterproof part to deform simultaneously.

4. The charging connection device as described in claim 3, wherein, The aforementioned external pressure points are spaced out around the aforementioned internal pressure points.

5. The charging connection device as described in claim 1, wherein, The aforementioned housing pivot portion has two housing pivot blocks spaced apart from each other, and the aforementioned cover pivot portion has two cover pivot blocks located between the two aforementioned housing pivot blocks. The two aforementioned cover pivot blocks are spaced apart from each other, such that a gap is formed between the two aforementioned cover pivot blocks, and the lateral width of the aforementioned waterproof rubber is set to be a rubber width greater than the aforementioned gap.

6. The charging connection device as described in claim 5, wherein, The aforementioned reset structure is located between the two aforementioned cover pivot blocks.

7. The charging connection device as described in claim 1, wherein, The cover has a cover swinging part with the cover surface. The reset structure has a first reset component and a second reset component. The first reset component is disposed between the cover pivot and the housing to form a first reset force, and the second reset component is disposed between the cover swinging part and the housing to form a second reset force. The cover is held in the covered position by the first reset force and the second reset force.

8. The charging connection device as described in claim 7, wherein, The aforementioned first reset assembly has a pivot rod and a torsion spring. The pivot rod is movably connected to both the housing pivot and the cover pivot. The torsion spring is sleeved on the pivot rod and connected to the housing and the cover at both ends, so that the torsion spring deforms to form the aforementioned first reset force to act on the cover.

9. The charging connection device as described in claim 7, wherein, The second reset assembly has a first magnetic accumulator assembled on the housing and a second magnetic accumulator assembled on the cover. The first magnetic accumulator and the second magnetic accumulator are magnetically attracted to each other to form the second reset force.

10. The charging connection device as claimed in claim 1, wherein, The cover is recessed from the surface of the cover to form a cover space, and a portion of the waterproof rubber is disposed inside the cover space, while the remaining portion of the waterproof rubber protrudes from the surface of the cover and is located outside the cover space.
