Abstract

This invention is an automatic magnetic base for use in helmet Bluetooth headsets. It is a fixed structure installed on the helmet for the detachable installation of Bluetooth headsets, including Bluetooth headset bottom shell, automatic magnetic base, base hook, base hook spring element, and base pull rod. The Bluetooth headset's bottom shell features a pair of earphone bottom shell slots and a pair of earphone magnets. The automatic magnetic base is located on the outside of the helmet or the edge of the helmet. The automatic magnetic base has an accommodating area for the Bluetooth headset bottom shell to be inserted. At each end of the accommodating area, there is a base hook, a base hook spring element, and a base magnet element. When the headset containing the Bluetooth earphone bottom shell approaches the automatic magnetic base, the magnets between them generate an attractive force, causing the headset to automatically and tightly adhere to the accommodating area where the Bluetooth earphone bottom shell is inserted. Simultaneously, the magnetic force pushes the base hooks to slide along the earphone bottom shell slots. After the headset is fully attached to the automatic magnetic base, the base hook spring element pulls the base hooks back towards the center and inserts them into the earphone bottom shell slots, completing the automatic locking and fixation. When it is necessary to remove the headset, the user presses the base lever, which drives the base hooks to move in the opposite direction and disengage from the earphone bottom shell slots, allowing the headset to be smoothly removed. This invention allows for automatic engagement and quick disassembly of the headphones and base, making it easy to operate. The magnetic pole configuration also prevents the headphones from being inserted backwards, making it more convenient and reliable than traditional plastic clip structures that require manual pressing.

Claims

1. An automatic magnetic base for a Bluetooth headset in a helmet, used for detachably securing a Bluetooth headset to a helmet, characterized by comprising an automatic magnetic base disposed on the outside of the helmet and forming a receiving area for the bottom shell of the Bluetooth headset to be inserted; at least one base hook disposed within the automatic magnetic base and slidable relative to the receiving area for the bottom shell of the Bluetooth headset to be inserted; at least one base hook spring element disposed at the connection between the base hook and the automatic magnetic base, and applying an elastic bias towards the receiving area for the bottom shell of the Bluetooth headset to be inserted to the base hook; and a base magnet element disposed within the magnetic base; wherein... The Bluetooth headset has at least one earphone shell slot and one earphone magnet element on its bottom shell. When the Bluetooth headset approaches the automatic magnetic base, the earphone magnet element and the base magnet element generate an attraction force, causing the Bluetooth headset bottom shell to automatically close into the receiving area for the Bluetooth headset bottom shell to be embedded. During the closing process, the base hook pushes the base hook to overcome the base hook spring element and move outward. When the Bluetooth headset is fully attached to the magnetic base, the base hook returns under the elastic action of the base hook spring element and is embedded in the earphone shell slot to complete the automatic locking and fixing.

2. The automatic magnetic base as described in claim 1, wherein the base hooks are disposed on the front and rear sides of the receiving area into which the bottom shell of the Bluetooth headset is embedded, and respectively cooperate with the corresponding base hook spring elements.

3. The automatic magnetic charging base as described in claim 1, wherein the magnetic charging base further includes a base pull rod, the base pull rod being connected to the base hook, and when the base pull rod is pressed, the base hook moves outward and disengages from the earphone bottom shell slot to release the Bluetooth earphone.

4. The automatic magnetic charging base as described in claim 1, wherein the magnetic element of the base and the magnetic element of the earphone are disposed in corresponding positions, so that the Bluetooth earphone is automatically guided to the correct positioning position by magnetic force when it approaches the automatic magnetic charging base.

5. The automatic magnetic base as described in claim 4, wherein the magnetic pole system of the base magnet element and the earphone magnet element is designed to generate an attractive force when installed in the correct orientation and a repulsive force when installed in the reverse orientation, so as to prevent the Bluetooth earphone from being installed in the wrong orientation.

6. The automatic magnetic base as described in claim 1, wherein the base hook spring element is any one of a compression spring, a tension spring, or a spring sheet.

7. The self-closing magnetic base as described in claim 1, wherein the base hook slides along the guide direction of the receiving area into which the bottom shell of the Bluetooth headset is inserted.
